帶長者和孩子到酒店一日遊，説一下這家新開的五星級酒店的體驗 硬件：優點：庭院造景和室內的花藝色系搭配很贊，處處都是拍照打開點 游泳池很大，客房敞亮 缺點：因為是帶着老小一起過去的 小孩子沒有遊玩的地方，比如小童遊樂設施，場地還有很多沒有開放出來可能正在籌備中？… 辦理退房的時候看到大多數都是帶小孩來入住 這個項目覺得有必要增加 當然 酒店可能有自己的定位 服務：門口的小哥以及前台所有的人都很禮貌積極 ，但有一點覺得需要改進，我們帶著兒童沒有前台問我們是都需要送一套小童用品（牙膏牙刷拖鞋什麼的）也沒有通知客房給我們送一套 這一點覺得有必要改善 餐飲：必須誇誇早餐 開放式廚房 ，不是預製點心和炒菜 ，食材新鮮 味道可口，沒有一道菜踩雷 ps：因為怕胖，沒吃甜點蛋糕之類 吃一餐管三頓 衞生：門背後的死角處和房間的地毯毛絨比較多 有待改進 總體來説體驗是不錯的，畢竟新開業不久，崗位人員的工作需要適應和過渡 希望下次入駐能看到更多驚艷作品
