Sagitario Hostal Ciutadella

Todo bien... muy limpio y buena ubicación...

Difficult to grade this hotel as it’s not the kind we’d normally choose, but as this was chosen for us by our tour company for an overnight stay during our Cami de Cavalls island tour, we checked in with the lovely and very friendly staff and were then .. well.. let’s be kind and say our room was … bijou Again, it was all very clean with plenty of white towels that were fine, but imagine will need replacing soon enough.. But seriously.. I say bijou.. and there’s small and there’s small, there was barely enough room to get round the bed.. the air con is a three speed ceiling fan, so luckily for us it was a cool May so really wasn’t needed, but imagine things are very different in August. The bathroom was adequate, but oh boy, we learned quickly not to leave the fan in as it only made the drains smell twice as bad to the point of nearly reporting to reception, and if staying longer likely would have done.. Breakfast was adequate.. but honestly, there was a tray of cold meats and cheese we didn’t go near as we couldn’t decide to knock off the shelf accidentally so a new lot would have to brought out, or just sing Happy Birthday to it.. there was a plate of scrambled egg that, we avoided, so went for the safe option of toast and jam with machine coffee and juice from a shop bought jar with the screw on lid.. and risked a couple of pastries Like I said at the start, for the price, you have a clean and comfortable bed, and even have the option of breakfast in the morning.. it’s just somewhere we personally wouldn’t choose to return to.. we’re sure it will continue to be full through the year.. what I couldn’t get is how there are 30+ higher graded hotels than this in town??

Booked hotel last minute and got a great value for money deal. Wasn't sure what to expect with the 2 star rating. However, hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels. Warm and friendly welcome, exceptionally clean and perfectly situated in the heart of Ciutadella. Didn't find it noisy and the breakfast was just what we needed. We will definitely return.

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos aquí. Con tan buena suerte que nos alojaron en el Petit. Dentro de la misma compañía un espacio mejor. Desde aquí se lo agradecemos a la persona responsable. Todo son cosas buenas. Desde la regencia hasta personal de cafetería y limpieza. Una atención, disposición máxima en todo momento. Agradecer a Cristina su simpatía y amabilidad. Pero todos y cada una de las personas que trabajan ahí son así. Nos veremos el año que viene. (Que pase rápido por favor)

l'ostello si trova in ottima posizione a 2 m a piedi dal centro e dalle attrazioni principali della città, dal market e dai bar/ristoranti. il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. le camere molto pulite. non avendo il parcheggio privato e necessario cercarlo nelle vicinanze ma solitamente si trova. lo consiglio !

Hostal sencillo, limpio y muy bien atendido. Remarcando sobre todo a Cristina que es con la que más hemos coincidido pero el servicio es excepcional en todo. Muy buena ubicación. Limpieza diaria. Volveremos sin duda. Que ganas que pase el año. Gracias

Qualidade preço incrível. Ter atenção que é um hostal, não hotel. Ficamos 4 dias na boa. Funcionárias simpáticas, tudo muito higienizado. Pequeno almoço normal, tem um pouco de tudo. Bem localizado com 2/3 estacionamentos gratuitos próximos. Restaurantes muito perto também

Ubicación ideal para estar cerca de todo lo imprescindible de Ciutadella. Destacar el buen trato de todo el personal y la facilidad para guardar el equipaje durante nuestro último día en la isla. El único pero, faltaría renovar el baño. Pero es po poner un pero.

En pleno centro de Ciutadella de Menorca, en el casco antiguo, encontrareis este hostal de dos estrellas. Que no os engañe esta clasificación. Estais ante un establecimiento hotelero de campanillas que supera con creces muchos hoteles de cuatro estrellas donde hemos estado. Su ubicación es, sencillamente, perfecta. No se puede pedir más. A dos pasos de todo: ses voltes, catedral, mercado, puerto... Aunque las instalaciones ya tienen muchos años, ya existia cuando en 1980 empezamos a visitar la isla, estan en perfecto estado de revista, bien conservadas y límpias sin tacha. Se van renovando cosas, naturalmente, y las que no son nuevas estan perfectas. Tienen habitaciones de todo tipo: familiares, dobles, todas exteriores, con vistas a las callejas estrechas de la ciudad, pero muy silenciosas, está alejado del bullicio estival y la juerga. Habitaciones muy correctas, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado, ascensor, todo tipo de detalles de categoria muy superior. No tiene párquing, en el centro hay pocos hoteles con párquing, y quizás debereis andar un poco para encontrar un hueco, sobretodo en verano, pero os indicaran sitios donde aparcar. El personal es fantástico. Amables, profesionales, se desviven por el cliente. Familiares sin agobiar. Dispuestos y cercanos. Un lujo para la cadena hotelera para la que trabajan. Desayuno muy completo, buffet asistido por la Covid19. Abundante. Productos de la isla, riquísimos. Relación calidad precio muy correcta para ser Menorca, para ser Ciutadella y para ser el centro. Imposible encontrar nada más barato en verano y con esta ubicación. Imposible encontrar nada mejor que este hostal que más parece hotel. Relación precio calidad muy buena para lo que ofrece. Volveremos seguro. Repetiremos sin dudar. Lo recomendamos muy efusivamente.
