Freundliches Personal, Hotel immer sauber, komfortabel Zimmer, großartig Frühstück, ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums . Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr gut, es hat gute Gerichte und gute Preis. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr nahe dem Zentrum, wo Sie Ihren Einkauf Fuß zu machen.

O Hotel é muito bom, possui estação para recarga de veículo elétrico, o que nos ajudou bastante. Os quartos estavam limpos, talvez poderia ser um pouco melhor a limpeza do box do banheiro e o nosso ar condicionado fazia bastante barulho e também estava vazando água, quarto 402, porém devido ser apenas uma diária não reclamamos sobre. O café da manhã é ok, nada de mais, simples, mas bem feito e várias opções de bolos, doces e confeitarias. Atendimento bem educado, sempre cordial. Recomendo, já fiquei e ficaria novamente. The hotel is very good, it has an electric vehicle charging station, which helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, although the cleanliness of the bathroom shower could be a little better, and our air conditioner made a lot of noise and was also leaking water in room 402. However, since it was only a one-night stay, we did not complain about it. The breakfast is okay, nothing special, simple but well done with various options of cakes, sweets, and pastries. The service was polite and always courteous. I recommend it; I have stayed and would stay again.

Hotel no centro Hotel maravilhoso, muito aconchegante, funcionários muito atenciosos desde a recepção até os manobristas! A senhora Graziella muito atenciosa e prestativa, já fiquei em alguns hotéis inclusive na Europa, e nao vi ninguém com a atenção e mabilidade com os hóspedes como ela. Parabéns ao gerente pela funcionária! Indico o hotel para famílias e idosos, fica bem no centro comercial do Paraguai da pra fazer tudo ape! Tem restaurante e serviço de quarto!

Punkte zu beobachten Es gibt keine Mitarbeiter, die die Einreise von Menschen in das Frühstücksgebiet mit Taschentüchern und medizinischer Versorgung kontrollieren, mehrere Personen ohne Taschentücher einreisen, als wir sie beobachten, haben Maßnahmen getroffen, Das Restaurant ist von oben, aber die Karte ist sehr begrenzt, wenige Optionen, es wäre gut, mehr Speisen zu haben.

I wasn't in the best mood when I checked in after my transport from the border went up in smoke (NB: had nothing to do with the hotel). I was positively surprised by the fast and efficient check in and very helpful staff that even provided me with advice for Ciudad del Este. The room very nice and in good condition and everything you would expect from a top-end hotel. I liked the pool area and even here staff was very friendly. I would have wished to see some more local drinks but I guess most guests come here for the imported (and low tax / tax free) drinks.. Breakfast was flawless, can't rate dinner. All in a good base to explore CdE and to relax a bit in the pool.

Hotel antigo porém bom. Tem um ar bem retro com seus móveis de madeira antigos. Ar condicionado funcionando tomadas funcionando elevador panoramico funcionando e bem perto do centro de compras. O hotel é uma ótima opção pra quem quer trazer as coisas de valor compradas ou dinheiro pro hotel e depois andar pelo centro mais despreocupado. O café da manhã é bom também e com várias opções.

Paraguay war eine hervorragende Überraschung, insbesondere für unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel Marambaia. Ich war mit meinem Mann, meiner Mutter und den beiden kleinen Kindern, und ich muss sagen, dass wir von allen Mitarbeitern mit großer Exzellenz, Aufmerksamkeit und freundlicher Betreuung betreut wurden. Super geräumige und saubere Zimmer, sehr gut konserviert bewegt, schöne Dekoration, Frühstück, Mittagessen und schmackvolles Essen, und verfügt über ein Spielzeug auf der anderen Seite der Straße mit einem erstaunlichen Raum für Kinder. Ich muss nur danken und plane die nächste Reise. Das einzige Unannehmlichkeiten ist die Entfernung vom Stadtzentrum.

A piscina coberta e a jacuzzi são os diferenciais, podendo ter um aquecimento mais eficiente da água. O quarto tem boa dimensão mas faltam tomadas, agora o ponto negativo é o banheiro, não tem box e a água escorre para a área seca, o chuveiro não esquenta e o papel higiênico é de baixa qualidade. Ponto positivo o café da manhã, com boas opções e tudo saboroso.

Das Hotel Convair in Ciudad del Este braucht eine bedeutende Renovierung. Das Rezeptionsbereich schien nicht einladend mit einem Kühlschrank im Rezeptionsbereich. Vor der Rezeption waren zwei alte modische Rüstungsstuhlen, was es ungünstig machte, sich zu registrieren. Als ich in mein Zimmer kam, fühlte ich es als Fehler, zwei Nächte zu buchen, weil die Möbel aus dem gestern waren. Ich fühlte mich wirklich deprimiert. Zunächst gab es nur Spanisch- und Portugiesisch-Sprachkanäle im Fernsehen. Es dauerte mehr als 10 Minuten, bis der Empfänger Englisch (neues)-Sender gefunden hat, weil der Fernseher behutsam war, zu arbeiten. Die Safe war los und nicht groß genug, um mein iPad zu sichern, es war auch bescheiden zu bedienen. Ich gab auf und hielt meine Werte in meiner verschlossenen Tasche. Die Matresse war jedoch sehr fest und wirklich fantastisch. Das Badezimmer war auch gestern und sicherlich nicht sauber. Ich fand ein kleines Stück brauner Schmutz neben dem WC. Es war trockener Schmutz, als ich vergeblich versuchte, es mit Toilettenpapier zu reinigen. Nachdem mein Zimmer am nächsten Tag im Hausgepflege gereinigt worden war, war der Schmutz im Badezimmer noch da. Kontinental Frühstück mit vielen süßen Objekten war anständig mit Eiern der Wahl auf Anfrage. Ich bat den Empfänger, ein gutes Restaurant für das Abendessen in der Nachbarschaft zu empfehlen. Er hat mich gebeten, einen Taxi zu bekommen, um mich die 1.0-1.2 km zum Restaurant zu nehmen, weil die Gegend nach Dunkelheit nicht sicher ist. Er war adamant, dass ich nicht in der kurzen Entfernung gegangen war. In der Tat nahm mich der UBER-Fahrer durch einen Teil der Stadt, wo ich es auch für unsicher hielt, zu gehen. Allerdings sah die unmittelbare Nähe des Hotels ziemlich sicher aus.
