Reception at check in and check out Rude and unfriendly. Who failed to deliver even on my laundry. Dinner at the hotel terrible, my girlfriend order a steak which arrive literally 2 minutes after the order , Leftovers which I sent back . The waiters were a bunch of giggling ****** Who had no interest in their work. Apart from one who was extremely nice and took pride in what he was doing. He recommended Sax restaurant for the following evening as he had previously worked there . Unfortunately he can not make up for all the above and more ,

A contemporary and well appointed hotel, there are predictable reminders to always wear facemasks. One such sign is at the Registration Desk. But neither of the employees behind the desk were masked when I arrived last night, Dec 4, 2021. The use of masks by employees is irregular and unmonitored, but guests generally do not use masks in either large or small closed areas. Elevators, for example, are crowded and maskless. When my companion asked one such group to use masks they feigned a lack of understanding, though he translated into Portuguese, since they were speaking Portuguese. Ciudad del Este has a notoriously high incidence of Covid. The Manager of the Hotel politely explained to me all the complexities of having laws that regulate shared spaces and also explained that people don't follow the laws. He could not account for his employees not using masks, nor could he imagine actually complying with the law by requiring guests to mask themselves, the way an airline requires travelers to mask, with employees whose charge it is to keep the area safe. I promised the Manager to write an alarmed review. I am also alarmed that among your questions below there is none about using m asks even for vaccinated people and insuring the safety of guests. I trust this review will get your cooperation to make it prominent; otherwise I will have to imagine corruption on your side and take the matter farther.

Quarto renovado. Mas infelizmente apareceu uma barata enorme vinda do rodapé da casa de banho. A sala de pequeno almoço tem a mobília muito velha e os empregados pouco atentos ao cliente (retiraram todos os alimentos sem perguntarem aos clientes que estavam a tomar o pequeno almoço se se queriam servir antes de iniciarem a arrumação). No bar que também é restaurante, jantei muito bem; excelente confecção e qualidade. Empregado muito gentil e prestável.

Muy buen Hotel, muy completo, area de gimnasio, area de piscina super grande, habitaciones preciosas, camas cómodas, ambiente super limpio desde la entrada, desayuno espectacular, muy completo, muy bueno para pasar en familia o con amigos, excelente experiencia. Cerca de todo, bueno para pasar una buena noche de descanso. Precio bueno y accesible para un lugar de esta magnitud. 100% satisfacción. Sin dudas un lugar excelente para hospedarse.

Excelente servicio habitaciones confortables, la pileta grandisima en muy buenas condiciones, el desayuno americano o continental completo no le falta nada. La cocina del hotel con algunas limitaciones pero sus precios están acorde a lo que ofrecen

Ya estuvimos tres veces en este hotel, la piscina excelente, las habitaciones también pero el restaurante fue un desastre la atención, no te atienden, hay que reclamar mil veces para que limpien la mesa y la comida deja mucho que desear. Te cobran el agua para el mate el desayuno no es completo, al menos ami que bo como harinas, no me gustó. No hay relacion costo/servicios

un lugar realmente paradisiaco!!! Es especial para pasarlo en pareja, las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas. La piscina es espectacular!!! la comida es muy buena y el servicio en general de la gente que trabaja ahi es realmente excepcional!!

Excelente!!! La comida es 5 estrellas, habitaciones amplias, vista sensacional. La piscina es gigante, y siempre está limpia y hay juegos para los niños. La atención es muy buena. Me encanta, no es la primera vez que voy. Y seguiré yendo!!!

Único ponto positivo : Estrutura. O Atendimento é péssimo... Preço da reserva foi diferente do contratado pelo Booking, cobraram a mais... Solicitei cama extra no ato da reserva e também no balcão, e nem nos deram satisfação. Total descaso... Péssima localização e o sentimento de insegurança é total dentro do Paraguay, não recomendo... Existem opções melhores em Foz.
