Finde Hotels in Hương Trà

We came here with our 2 kids, also based on previous good reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with reality. The road to get here is already, let's say, adventurous, but ok, we knew it isn't at the city centre (our taxi driver asked us to tip him more because the road is so bad and he needs a lot of time to get back... From the centre of Hue it's about 30 minutes, and around 150K Dong/6€/6$). The buildings look nice enough and newish, but the grounds look unfinished, with a lot of stuff lying around, mostly dead organic material and fallen fruit. It comes across like someone had started tending to things, but stopped half way through. The people are friendly, we've experienced nothing else in Vietnam, but there's a bit of professionalism missing all across. The room itself was nicely styled and clean, the bed (very) hard, and we found no safe. We've only had breakfast here, no buffet as there weren't enough guests apparently, which was definitely not the best we've had during our trip around Vietnam. Overall we wouldn't come here again, but would probably take a hotel located more centrally, especially for a short stay, as from here, you'll not be able to experience Hue that easily.

Leider war dieses Hotel in den meisten Bereichen ein wenig enttäuschend. Es ist eine schöne Lage am Fluss, aber die Lage ist nicht ideal, mindestens 5 km von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das machte es schwierig, Grab Taxis zu bestellen, da sie nie herauskommen, uns zu sammeln, weit vom Zentrum von Hue entfernt. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht so sauber wie wir hätten gefallen und es gab immer eine Reihe von schrecklichen Kräften im Zimmer mit uns. (Um fair zu sein, haben sie uns darüber warnt) Das Hotel hatte einen schönen Schwimmbad, obwohl das leider für zwei der drei Tage, für die wir hier geblieben waren, geschlossen war. Schließlich ist die Kosten für den Aufenthalt hier ein wenig schwach. Wir sind in Vietnam seit fast 4 Monaten und damals haben wir in vielen verschiedenen Hotels geblieben. Das war wahrscheinlich das schlimmste, aber es war das, was uns das größte Geld pro Nacht kostete. Alle anderen waren schönere Hotels, die so viel mehr anbieten. Ich möchte mit einigen positiven enden. Zunächst konnten wir den Kundenservice nicht fehlen, alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich zu uns. Auch das Frühstück war hier sehr lecker, uns einen guten Start für jeden Tag, den wir verblieben haben. Suchen Sie nach einer ruhigen friedlichen Zeit? Dann wird dieses Hotel für Sie gut funktionieren. Wenn Sie jedoch planen, etwas Sehen und Sozialisieren zu tun, wählen Sie irgendwo näher zum Zentrum.

Große Erfahrung bei Nhan Stay Der Schwimmbad ist sauber, kein Chlor-Luft, hat heißes und kaltes Wasserfilter

We had high expectations as this was a much rated hotel. To give the positives first - great restaurant staff in both restaurants. Lively housekeeping staff and guards at the entrance. Reception - not so good. ‘It properly trained to manage guests requests. Wasn’t helpful with information nor clarity in services. We rented scooters for 3 of us and took them at 1600 when we first arrived. Every time we returned to the hotel, we have the keys to the guards. This is what we did when we finished using the scooters 24 hours later and rhanked the guards telling them we were done as we’d be staying in your chill before checking out the next day. So they wanted to charge us for another day for the scooters - they never told us we had to give the keys back to reception because we collected them from the guards. The Receptionists also agressively asked where was the pen which was in the room. Most hotels expect you to take their pens but on this occasion, we had no idea where it was. I was so mad I left three of my biros for them to use. They wanted to charge us for the pen. This is not to mention that my AirPods which were in the room went missing. The Spa was OK. I added an hour yo my free 30 minute session and when asked to rate, I marked GOOD as it was just that. They asked me to change that to excellent which irritated me and I declined because it wasn’t excellent! Not well trained in etiquette. There are choices of hotels in Hue. Never gain will we stay here. Very disappointing.
