Die Unterkunftsgebühr pro Zimmer pro Nacht war eine Überraschung. Besonders jetzt, wo Sie nur das****** erhalten. Pool ist noch im Bau.

e We had a terrible experience at the Mulberry. But I will start with the good. The exterior and public areas are well-lit and look like they are well taken care of. Check in was smooth, however, the trouble for us started when we got to our room and immediately smelled a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. We set our bags down and began to survey the rest of the room which looked nice, when the smoke detector beeped. Then 30 seconds later beeped again and continued on. We went to the desk and requested a different room after explaining the situation. There was no empathy from the clerk, No apology as she told us, “ there are no more rooms.” I asked her if there was a maintenance person she could call about the smoke detector and she went on to explain to me that there is no one she can call, the owner lives over an hour away, and she was not willing to call another hotel in the area for me. I told the clerk that I wasn’t willing to tamper with a smoke detector in a hotel, and asked her how this was my problem? Again, no empathy and no indication she would do anything to assist with the problem. We returned to the room to stash our luggage, and began searching for other hotels in the area. After we found several highly rated hotels that had rooms available, The clerk called our room and said she had called the owner, and the owner was responding. It was after 9:30PM, we had been traveling all day during a cross country move, and we decided to go to waffle House down the street for dinner while we decided what to do. We decided that even if the owner showed up with a ladder and a 9 volt battery (over an hour later) to fix the smoke detector, the room still reeked, and by morning we would too. We booked at a nearby national chain and had a very nice room and good service. When we checked out after our dinner And asked for a refund, the clerk responded by telling us “I can’t do that“. Which was not surprising after her other responses to our concerns. The next day the charges were reversed and we were happy with that. My impression is that the owners probably do a nice job with this place overall, but this clerk was not trained in any kind of customer service or dealing with issues, and was utterly helpless when it came to even small issues. Their maintenance people dropped the ball by not replacing the smoke detector batteries on a schedule ahead of time, and their housekeeping dropped the ball by signing off on a room that obviously stunk. The owner dropped the ball by having a clerk with poor customer service skills and no resources to address issues.

Me and my family walked in and were greeted as royalty. Desk clerks are very nice and checked us in a room on 1st floor. Our room was nicely prepared with a sweet welcome note from housekeeping. Kids and I enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Lake Charles from here on.

Sehr bequem, sehr sicher, die Umgebung ist gut, das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber sehr sauber, das Parken ist auch sehr bequem, die Rezeption ist gut, der Preis ist von Trip.com günstiger.

Ein weiteres erstaunliches Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Wir blieben von 06/28 bis 07/01 und ich kann nur erstaunliche Dinge über dieses Hotel sagen. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind schön gerönt und überwältigend, das Personal gemacht, um zu fühlen, wie Sie sind Familie und das Zimmer ist unser Haus. Das Front Desk Personal ist großartig sehr zu unterhalten. Sie haben eine perfekte Arbeit gemacht, um sicherzustellen, dass wir versorgt wurden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und freundlich und begrüßt Sie jeden Tag mit einem warmen Lächeln. Auch das Wartungspersonal war uns sehr hilfreich und wir sahen sie im Lobby arbeiten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an jemanden, der zum Lake Charles kommt, vor allem wenn Sie nach Downtown kommen. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und frisch, und es ist direkt über dem See. Danke also an alle Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt so erfolgreich gemacht 🥰 wir werden zurück sein.

Ausgezeichnet alles!!! Essen großartig, Service in allen Bereichen des Casinos großartig!! Zimmer ausgezeichnet!! Ich habe keine 1 Beschwerde über meine Besuche in diesem Casino!! Ich war gewöhnt, nach Golden Nugget zu gehen, aber es Punktsystem ist schrecklich und Spieler-Belohnungen nicht gut überhaupt!! Lauberge schätzt Ihr Geschäft und zeigt es durch Ihre Belohnungen und Punkte auf Ihre Mychoice Spieler-Karte!!

Fabelhaft wie immer! Wir genießen immer unseren Aufenthalt. Zoey Duplichain ist ein fantastisches Concierge und sehr auf die Details achten. Unser besonderer Bestell Schokoladekuchen war fantastisch. Das Wasser war perfekt und das Essen ist lecker. Wir lieben es absolut und wir gehen nächste Woche zurück! Ich kann nicht genug darüber sagen! Wir lieben Rechnungen am Strand und Austin ist ein toller Server. Der Strand ist großartig für Nacht zu Fuß und die Atmosphäre ist großartig. Viele Dinge zu tun und viele zu sehen für alle. Wir lieben Goldene Nugget. Die schwarze Jack ist wunderbar und sie halten die Getränke kommen. Wir werden meinen Zwillinge am Montag zum 21. Geburtstag feiern. Ich kann nicht warten, dass es absolut perfekt wird. Wir haben einen Käsekochen von Vic und Anthony’s bestellt. Ich bin sicher, es wird nichts weniger als erstaunlich sein.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und effizient. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren tolle Wege zum Start und die Tage. Ich habe dort fast zwei Monate verbracht und werde sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben.
