Came here for a wedding. It is a short drive from BWI to the resort and a little bit up the road from Camp David, which is nice. The room was very affordable, and ditto with the drinks and late night menu at the bar. The room itself was okay. The bed was a little cramped for two people, the coffee maker needed to be descaled and the wallpaper needed a refresh. I didn't play any golf, but the course looked well maintained. The outdoor pool was not open at the time, but it looked like it would be fun. Didn't use the spa, but the menu included all of the usual treatments and the prices were reasonable. There might be fancier resorts around, but this one punches above it's weight in terms of getting what you pay for.

Stayed here with my husband last week. I've had better sleep on an airplane and a cleaner room at a Motel 6. I strongly advise you to not stay here, but if you must, absolutely don't stay in the basement room (Suite T). The Inn advertises Tempur-Pedic beds, but apparently with this room, you get 2 innerspring mattresses that are 13 years old and one of which was broken. Look, I have stayed in hotels that looked much nicer in their online pictures, but I have always shrugged it off and dealt with it. After a nearly sleepless night of tossing and turning, I said to hell with this, I'm not sleeping another night on this rock of a bed. I went to the front desk to let them know one of the beds was broken and the lady acted like I had told her aliens invaded the room or something. ”The bed is BrOkeN?!” Yes, it's broken. It's sinking in the middle and the slats under it have fallen out. She said she'd check on it in a bit and then very casually and slowly left to go get something from her car. She eventually started the trek downstairs and I began to tell her how uncomfortable the 1 working bed is (since I thought we'd be getting Tempur-Pedic mattresses as advertised) and she abruptly stopped and said, ”Oh, so do you want to upgrade your room?” I told her I don't want to pay for an upgrade and she gave me the sarcastic, ”Oh, okay” response like that Jennifer Lawrence gif. I told her I either wanted a room upgrade or to check out. After inspecting the bed and determining that it was, in fact, broken, just like I said, she said she'd call the manager. The manager agreed to upgrade our room. We were almost put in the room at the front right of the property, but a wooden step leading up to it was broken, so the lady put us elsewhere. I don't know how this place hasn't been sued into oblivion yet. The upgraded room was certainly better, but we still had stained pillowcases and towels and the microwave turntable didn't turn. The whole place is pretty much like this...things in disrepair, some of which seem so obvious, it must be a choice to not fix them. As a side note , my fault for not doing better research, but this is not a bed and breakfast anymore. Instead, you get a grab bag of blueberry muffins (mine were expired), very crunchy, dry granola bars that taste like cardboard, some packets of instant oatmeal along with paper bowls and plastic utensils, and a couple of juice drinks. They use Covid as an excuse to not serve breakfast anymore, but we all know this is more about saving a buck than Covid fears. It's a shame this place has become the way it is. It's a beautiful house with beautiful grounds and has so much potential. It needs TLC that the current management is clearly not going to spend the money on. I hope someone else takes it over and makes it the gem I thought I was going to be staying at.

I stayed here 1 night and was overall very happy with my stay. I felt like I was at a ”real” hotel, not the shabby, overused Hampton Inns I had been staying at on my drives from NYC to Florida and back. The staff was welcoming and professional and my room was a delight--clean, lovely towels, dual lighting for the beds (dim & regular), hot water than was hot immediately, and a very comfortable king bed. The TV had really good channels, including some premium ones. The waitress in the restaurant served me a late dinner graciously. The buffet breakfast is overpriced, but you get more for that price than you do at Hilton Garden Inns and the staff did a very good job of refilling the serving pans as they were emptied by the kids. I did had some issues, thus the 4 stars. Most of the people staying at the hotel appeared to be families traveling with children going to sports meets. There should be some way of keeping a part of the hotel for adults only, so you don't hear girls screaming down the corridor at 12:30am (and yes, they did wake me up). One elevator was broken, incurring long waits, and I see from other reviews that this is a continuing problem. Also, the toilet paper needs to be upgraded!

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der das Gebiet von North Maryland in Kolumbien besucht. Management und Personal sind Beruf und freundlich. Großes Frühstück und Ausstattung auf dem Grundstück. Personal ist jederzeit untergebracht und hilfreich.

Ich blieb hier vom 9. bis 18. Juli. Ich nahm einen Redeye Flight von der Westküste nach Kolumbien. Ich war erschöpft, als ich am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr ankam. Ich hatte wirklich gehofft, dass ich früh einchecken würde, aber es wurde mir gesagt, dass es nicht möglich war, so schlief ich vier Stunden am Grassy Knoll in der Nähe, nur genug Zeit, um zu kriegen Sonnenbrand zu meinem Kopf. Als mein Bruder und ich ins Haus gingen, bekam ich einen Tee und meinen Bruder Kaffee. Wir saßen in den Armstühlen im Lobby, bis wir erzählten, dass wir dort nicht mehr bleiben konnten. Obwohl ich zwei Zimmer für neun Nächte reserviert habe. Als wir endlich umgekommen waren, um sich anzumelden, fanden wir keine Zimmerservice. Keine Badreinigung oder so was. . Ich musste meine Blätter und Handtücher und Handtücher alle wenigen Tage herunterbringen. um sie zu ersetzen. Mein Schwester schneidet ihren Fuß und verwendete einen kurzen Handtuch, um es zu reinigen. Dafür bezahlten sie mir 53 $, was ich erst später herausgefunden habe. Seit wann kostet ein kleines Handtuch 53 $? Dann am letzten Tag, reservierte ich ein Zimmer in ihrem Schwesterhotel für meine Schwester-in-law. Ich wollte diese Buchung stornieren und nach 20 bis 25 Minuten im Lobby telefonieren konnten sie nicht durch. Sie sagten, besorgt nicht, dass Ihre Kreditkarte nicht gezahlt wird, aber es wurde am nächsten Tag gezahlt. Ihr Frühstück ist nichts! Nur ein paar Tee und Kaffee und ein paar Muesli. Keine Früchte oder Hot Stuff! . Am ersten Tag konnten sie mir keinen Kaffeemacher liefern und sagten, sie waren aus den Kaffeemachern, so habe ich auch auf den Toaster aufgegeben. Nein, ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht an meine Kunden im ”The Pearl Spa” oder Capgemini Engineering.
