Schönes Hotel und das bequemste Personal. Der Frontbüromanager Andy ging während des Buchungsprozesses oben und weiter und half der Familie meines Bosses, indem sie zu Hause fühlen. Sie genossen wirklich ihre Dessert! Wir werden sicherlich das Hotel Landing für unsere großen Veranstaltungen in der Zukunft suchen. Danke Andy und Team!

Das Hotel ist sicher und einfach zu parken - leicht zu erreichen und nicht zu weit von Walker Art entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr schön mit längeren Stunden am Samstag und guten Sitz, was mit Kindern helfen kann. Mein einziger wahrer negativer, der mit mir halten wird, war, dass es Alkohol im Pool/Hot Tub Bereich (keiner wurde blitzed) gab, aber es machte für ein wenig Unbehagen um die Hot Tub mit Kindern. Die Zwillinge spielen den Tag zu Hause - also muss ich das nächste Mal, wenn wir nach MN reisen, bedenken.

On Wednesday the 20th of July, 2022 around 1 pm, I was a guest there and I had a friend come over while I was at work. He got locked out so he tried to get a key to my room and the lady at the front desk apparently gave him access without confirming any information nor was my friend’s name on the reservation! Once my friend told me that he was able to get a new key because he accidentally locked himself out, I was and still are livid at this employee. I have worked in hotels for OVER 12 YEARS and this is HOTEL 101. I felt like my security was compromised. I stopped by the front desk to confront the lady and when I arrived I asked her for a card or the general managers phone number or email. She rudely explained to me that they aren’t here. I said, “that’s fine but I’m asking u to write down the name and number and email address to your general manager”. She kept arguing with me stating that I can call the hotel and it’s online. She repeated this over and over multiple times. I sternly said I am not asking u to redirect me where to go, I’m asking u to write it down. She was very argumentative with me. I finally got fed up with it and said I have worked in this industry for multiple years and u are not providing good customer service. She tried to blame my friend telling me that she’s gonna call the cops and have him removed because he’s an unregistered guest. I was the registered guest. My friend stopped by while I was at work. I am not paying for this stay and will be submitting a review on this because like I said I am LIVID at the fact that there was no understanding at how this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Nor was there any apology from the employee!😡😠 I feel like she should no longer work there if she isn’t going to care about people’s safety! Very disappointed!!!!🤬😡

這次出差我覺得是住的很舒服的酒店。 入住的時候是凌晨3點，前台已經很貼心的把入住訊息都打印好了，入住非常順暢。 還抽空去了趟明尼蘇達大學，哈哈哈

We were in this area for a wedding. Other parties stayed at the embassy and we chose to stay at this particular hotel. I would have to say this was my first stay at a Home2suites and this stay has me looking forward to staying with them again to where ever my travels take me. This particular location was clean, beds were comfy, the pool was great as well. We were here only for 2 days but I was pleased with the large room we had for our family of 4. We did the 2 queen bed studio room and it was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I have been in. The common areas we were well upkept and the complimentary breakfast (although) similar to other hotels was stocked so it was ready when we were ready. The following week in July I stayed in a different Home 2 suites and although it didn't hit the benchmark of this location it was also a great stay.

The staff are friendly, courteous, and competent. The building and its furnishings seem at a glance to be in good condition, but are sorely out of date and in need of modernization; the dated condition greatly lessened our enjoyment of our stay. The toilet did not meet Americans with Disabilities standards; it was too low and too close to the floor. The shower stall’s floor was slippery. The bathroom’s door hinges were corroded. The HVAC responded so slowly to the thermostat. When we arrived, the temperature of the room was 65 F (18 C) and the HVAC took many hours to reach a comfortable temperature. There were no instructions in print anywhere for using the telephone, for operating the thermostat, for learning about the hotel’s facilities, features, and services. The telephone itself was ancient. The costly breakfast buffet was mediocre. The floor of the swimming pool seemed to be covered with green slime.

Der Ort ist auf eine Art und Weise unterbesetzt. Es wurde gesagt: „Es ist ein Urlaubsweekend und wir sind ein Konferenzhotel und niemand wird dieses Wochenende hier bleiben.“ Das Restaurant schloss jeden Abend früh und zu verschiedenen Zeiten und es wurde keine Anzeige gemacht, uns zu sagen, die veränderten Stunden. Nichts war auf der Website, dass uns einige Dienstleistungen nicht verfügbar wären. Wir prüften am Mittwoch und blieben bis zum Gedenktag. Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt 2 Tage wurde gesagt, ich musste um Reinigungsdienst bitten. Ist nicht Teil des Spaßes, ein Hotel zu gehen ist ein wenig gespannt zu fühlen? Ich meine, wenn ich in einem bewölkten Bett schlafen wollte, hätte ich zu Hause bleiben können. Wir hatten ein anderes Paar mit uns, und sie legten ihre schmutzigen Gerichte außerhalb ihres Zimmers Freitags und sie waren noch Sonntagmorgen. Wir beantragten die Zimmer nahe und wir sind 11 Zimmer getrennt. Unser Zimmer war auf einem unteren Stock, wie wir im Grünbuch festgehalten waren. Das Zimmer war dünn und mit Flügeln im Badezimmer gefeuert und wir hatten keine Gepäckracke und der Desk war Sagging und der Stuhl würde nicht auf die ganze Straße drücken. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Enttäuschung und würde es überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Personal war ein wenig Standoffisch und schien uninteressant in unseren Fragen. Sie schienen, sie wollten anderswo nicht engagiert werden. Als Gastfreundschaftsgeschäft würde ich es ein D-. Die Zimmer waren in der Nähe der geschlossenen Bar und leeren Kaffee- und Wasserbeuteln.
