GGuest UserSehr schöne Seenaussicht von unserem Balkon. Es ist die höhere Zimmergebühr wert (im Gegensatz zum Hügelblick). Sehr freundliches Personal, hat eine Maschine im Lobby, wo Sie Kaffee, Schokolade oder Tee kostenlos zu trinken können. Liebe das! Wir bestellten auch Pizza im italienischen Restaurant im Hotel & erhielten 10% von Hotelgästen, Food war so, aber es ist gut, das Essen, das wir bestellten und genossen sie im Balkon!

PPendergastSharonWir blieben im Lake Lawn Lodge, weil wir an Hochzeitsfeiern in Delevan teilnahmen. Alles war fantastisch, einschließlich der roten Wein serviert im Restaurant! Das Personal ist warm, freundlich und komplett zugekommen! Danke!

GGuest UserHier am Genfersee ist es ok, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, man kann zu Fuß zum See oder zu den diversen Restaurants in der Innenstadt laufen! Das Hallenbad und der Whirlpool sind auch sehr gut geeignet, um ein Baby mitzubringen! Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann nur als durchschnittlich bezeichnet werden 😳 hängt vom persönlichen Verständnis ab

My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

GGullyThe staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Room provided everything I needed and had a large tv to help relax when I had extra time. Would definitely recommend.
