Ich bin sicher, einige der Zimmer hier sind sehr schön, aber obwohl meine ”super” (nach Wyndham) war, war es nicht einer der sehr schönen. Es war in einem Flügel des Komplexes durch einen Laden, überblickt die Parkplätze auf einer Seite und mit einem Fenster zum Essensbereich auf der anderen. Das Essensbereichfenster war am Morgen interessant, als ich in meinem Unterwäsche die Schüsseln öffnete, um in etwas Licht zu lassen und eine Menge Frühstück zu entdecken. Andere Dinge, die zu einem subparen Erfahrung beitragen: Bad-Schlauch, die nicht drenn, keine bequemen Ausgänge neben dem Bett für die Bezahlung, keine Lichtschalter neben dem Bett, verwirrend platzierte Wandschalter, uninteressante TV-Kanal Auswahl. Bar geschlossen um 9? 10? zu früh. Das Frühstück war schön, in einem schönen, wenn auch kleinen, Ecke eines Zimmers. Der ältere Teil des Gebäudes ist schön. Genießende Außenportal-Sitzbereiche.

Ich bin ein ”Mariott Awards Member” & Ein loyaler ”Marriott Hotel Guest” Für viele Jahre jetzt. Ich hätte mein Hotel Gästeerlebnis mit Fünf Sternen bewertet Aber ich war gestern von einem männlichen Restaurant Mitarbeiter in einer unprofessionellen/unwelkomischen Weise näher gekommen! Ich war auf dem Komplimentar Computer & Ein afrikanisch-amerikanischen Männlichen Restaurant Mitarbeiter nahm mich mit ”Ich weiß, wer Sie sind & Ich sah Sie, wenn Sie das Hotel eintraten.” Er informierte mich dann, dass der Komplimentar Computer nur für Hotelgäste ist OHNE EINEM Wunsch Wenn ich ein Hotel hätte oder wenn ich ein Hotel Gast war!! Ich kommunizierte mit Jennifer-”Front Desk” Das war freundlich und professionell, dass mich als ein ”Marriott Hotel Guest” besonders fühlte. Ich fühle mich auf meinem Geschlecht und Rasse basierend Das war der Grund, warum ich unprofessional war, dass mich unwelkommt als ”Marriott Hotel Guest”! Ich hatte einen Moment, wo ich zu kritisieren wollte! Ich bin dankbar für Jennifer-”Front Desk” Das war freundlich & professionell für mich als ”Hotel Guest” . Meine Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel, was ich erwartete bei ”Marriott Hotel”. Das Hotellobby ist sehr visuell attraktiv & so ist das Gazebo als gut. Bitte kommunizieren Sie mit dem Mal Restaurant Mitarbeiter Zur Annäherung an ALL Hotel Gäste In A Professional Manner Bezüglich einer Hotel Gästebuchung Im Hotel Property Wenn er Hotel Gäste mit dem komplimentären Computer des Hotels in der Zukunft sieht!! Ich brauche wirklich, wie gut zu dem ”General Manager” zu kommunizieren Amoy & Antoinette Johnson-”Gast Service Manager” On My Hotel Guest Experience With regard to The Restaurant Male Employee!!

Das ist wirklich gut.

The staff has exceptional customer service from the front desk to hospitality! The wine and cheese from 5 - 7 were great to ”wind down” for the day and the cookies and milk from 8 - 9 were so tasty for an evening treat or bedtime snack. My room was LARGE with two levels - queen size bed, a large sofa, a side chair, and a faux fireplace with a space heater to imitate the real deal. The space heater did heat up the room because it was quite chilly. The only complaint I have is that my microwave did not work and it was pretty cold in the rooms but the staff was more than willing to accommodate my needs. The floors creek a lot when people are walking or just settling for the evening. Those little inconveniences will be there with the age of this building but it also speaks to its history...thus the story of Sally the Ghost. I was not afraid of that after reading about her story on my first night there.

This is the place to stay in Winston Salem. My nephew who was only a day old was transferred to the NICU at at local hospital. As you can imagine my brother had a lot going on. I called the hotel and Tanya went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate and help to make this horrible situation a little easier. She kept in contact with me during my brothers stay, extended his stay and the hotel even got the baby a gift that was waiting for them at check out. Everyone should take a lesson from this employee. The kindness she showed was so appreciated. There are not enough words to describe how much it meant. Thank you Tanya! She deserves a raise!
