Also dauert es nicht viel, um mich mit einem Hotel zufrieden zu sein, weil ich typisch allein reise und nicht sehr im Zimmer bleiben. Ich habe jetzt zweimal hier geblieben und das erste Mal war ok für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Zweitens blieb ich in diesem Wochenende zwei Nächte. Normalerweise benutze ich die Treppen, um auf und nach oben zu gehen, im Gegensatz zum Aufzug. Als ich zum ersten Mal nach unten ging, gab es eine große Menge menschlicher Fäzes auf der Erde. Der einzige Grund, warum ich es bemerkte, war, weil der verrückte Stengel, der meine Narben gestürzt, als ich nahe dem Boden nahe kam. Was auch immer, Scheiße passiert, ich vermute, und jemand hat es später gereinigt, weil es nicht da war, als ich das nächste Mal durchkam. Die Hausaufbewahrung muss das Badezimmer nicht gereinigt haben, bevor ich incheckte, weil es noch Haare im Tauchbad. Insgesamt werde ich sie nicht für diese beiden Dinge, die schlecht wie die meisten Menschen auf diesen Bewertungen tun. Das Zimmer (außer dem Bad) war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und es ist nur einen Meilen Spaziergang zum Akkubereich mit Truist Park. Es gibt Parkplätze vor Ort für einen kleinen Gebühr. Das wird nicht meine Zukunft sein, es sei denn, ihr Preis ist weit unter den anderen Zimmern in der Gegend.

We made reservations in advance to stay at the Hotel Indigo Vinings for a few day trip to Atlanta. Due to getting a late start on our arrival date, I called the hotel at 6:30pm to let them know we wouldn’t arrive until midnight or a little later and were assured this would not be a problem. When we arrived just before 1am, the lobby was locked up and I called the front desk number. A staff person came out of the office behind the front desk and appeared to have just woken up and very terse in his interactions with us. After he spent 15-20 minutes trying to get into his computer he said he could not check us in and he could not accommodate our reservation with any room. He very nonchalantly said “there is no good news here” and suggested we go find another hotel (mind you it was now 1:30am in a city we have never been to before) and come back in the morning. There was no offer to assist us find another hotel and no offer to pay for another hotel. I used the IHG app to find another pet friendly hotel nearby. I called to verify they had a room and received amazing customer service from that moment on. I will not recommend the Hotel Indigo Vining to anyone at this time.

We were checked in and had been in our room about an hour when another guest opens our door, peeks in, says ”Oh”, and then left. I called the front desk and later found out they had mistakenly assigned the room to another guest. I was also told that the room should not have been given to me because it had no curtains - and sure enough it did not, only a sheer, and the bright lights from the parking lot served as a very bright night light. By that time we had unpacked and tired so we decided to stay but we were sure to use the security bolt to keep anyone else from coming in during the night. We did not have a very restful night. The bed was fine, but the water pressure for the sink and shower was not very good. When we checked out the next morning, they still thought we had been in another room. No apologies. I can't recommend this place because their management is clearly incompetent.

Won’t stay here again. Mattress is sunken, unpleasant smell on the first floor of the building, unaddressed maintenance and cleanliness issues in common areas. Outdoor common areas are inaccessible due to season - but weather is moderate and it would be nice to be able to spend some time outside. Stayed here for the price - but spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

Er nahm diese Lage aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Arbeitsplatz Reise. Er fand den üblichen COVID Reinigungs-Update-Schreiben im Zimmer, der ihre Verbesserungen und Änderungen erläuterte. Dann ging er ins Badezimmer, um Linien von falschen Augenbrauen an der Wand festzuhalten. Erzählen Sie mir mehr über diese verbesserte Reinigung ...... eww. Wenn Sie COVID/Mask-Bewußt sind, beachten Sie, dass das gesamte Personal des Frontdesk nicht Maske ist, die meisten Reisenden sind auch nicht. Frühstückspersonal wurde maskiert. Die Fernsehgeräte haben nun die Möglichkeit, sie von Ihrem Mobiltelefon mit einem QR-Code zu kontrollieren, den wir genossen haben. Nur noch eine andere echte Beschwerde war der Wasserdruck war wirklich niedrig und es dauerte ewig, um warmes Wasser in der Dusche zu bekommen und ich wollte aufgeben, bevor es endlich ankam. Andernfalls war dies ein sehr durchschnittlicher Fairfield Aufenthalt. Wäre hier wieder, wenn es nötig wäre.

Diesmal war es unterirdisch angelegt und es gab keinen Aufzug. Es war etwas umständlich, den Koffer alleine die Treppe hinunter zu tragen. Das Frühstück war das Frühstück eines normalen amerikanischen Hotels. Es gab nicht viele Sorten und das Zimmer war ok.

The 5 stars was for Kemi at The Link Cafe (Starbucks) because she gave us the BEST experience during our stay. She made our coffees for two days amd they were perfect. She is so nice and energetic that it just rubs off. Keep her, give her a raise! Otherwise, the suite was nice, the breakfast was good, and the bar had good drinks and food. Hotel location was great. You can Uber to downtown in 20 mins and not have to deal with crazy traffic. We'd stay here again.

Selbst die gleiche Marke ist ein amerikanisches Hotel in Tausenden von Geschäften.
Zunächst ist dies nicht im Flughafenbereich, es muss ein Auto sein, es muss eine halbe Stunde Fahrt dauern.
Frühstück, Zimmer sind in Ordnung, es gibt Autos, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ess ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
