Hotel is quite new and very clean, but needing maintenance with some of their equipment. When we checked in, there was only a room available facing the highway. It was so noisy and added with the construction that's currently goin on, it was unbearable. So we asked to move to another room away from the highway. We managed to move to another room, checked into the room, and found out that the food disposal machine was broken as the previous guest who stayed in has put in a plastic cap cover into the food disposal machine. We had to call the maintenance to take it out. After it was taken out, we found out that the machine was broken and when the food disposal machine was turned on, the whole kitchen sink shakes and gives a very loud noise. We asked hotel to put us in a different room but rooms were unavailable. We suggested to have the maintenance team switched the disposal machine from another available rooms that is empty, but they were unable to do so. Because of this, our whole stay was quite unbearable, as whenever we enter our room, we had to smell the wet garbage that was supposed to go into the disposal machine for our next 8 days there (we booked our stay for 10 days). We asked few times to the front desk if they can fix it, they can't do anything about it as they said they have no idea when the parts will arrive. Not only that, I thought Marriott has a No noise policy after 10p.m as stated in their hotel stay policy, and no guests should be partying at the pool area. However, on the night that we stayed there, about 12 plus people plus kids was partying down next to the pool and it was really loud and they stayed till about 11.30p.m. When we called the front desk to complaint, there's no one picking up the phone. The flooring of each floor was also very thin as when the upstairs guests was moving on around or dragged the heavy metal chairs, the noise was just really bad. We had to call the front desk at midnight and an unfriendly night front desk gentleman was not helpful and not keen on resolving the problem. Till after my 2-3 night calls more for the next few days then the noise subsided. One of the morning front desk was really nice though. I can't remember her name but when I told her about the problem, she right away was understanding and note the problem and said will resolve the problem. After that, the noise was really manageable. Perhaps hotel should put something under those chairs so when its dragged around the room, it doesn't make so much noise to the room below. Hotel does not offer any resolution for the food disposal, not managing their hotel No noise policy well, and only a handful of the front desk person was nice. Being a Titanium Elite member and stayed with so many Marriott hotel for the past 20 years, its definitely been the most disturbing & disappointing stay. In my over a decade loyalty to Marriott, have I never been treated the way this hotel treated us. The GM Ryan Fitzpatrick and Front Desk Agent Susette Gonzales have totally ruined the Marriott brand! I was forced to pay a higher rate because I was a Veteran, and not considered a federal employee. I booked on the app, and chose the Govt./Military rate, and was given the rate of $120 for the Govt./Military option. When we came to check in, she stated that the actual rate was $182, and that the app was incorrect. I also called the Titanium Elite line, and they confirmed that the hotel should honor the rate because we showed proper identification. Susette and the GM Ryan refused to honor the rate the app gave, and increase our nightly rate! Ryan stated, I cannot give you that rate because you are just military, and not considered a federal or state employee. If this is the way Marriott treats the Disabled Veteran community, it’s unfortunate. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN THE MILITARY, they have no respect for your service!

Die Eincheckung war ein Briss: freundlich und schnell. Sie gab mir, was ich gefragt hatte: das ruhigste Zimmer. Also, als ich Probleme begann, beschloss ich, nicht um ein anderes Zimmer zu bitten. Ich habe bei Motel 6s geblieben, so dass ich wusste, dass der Platz neben dem Fenster in der Regel einen Tisch und Stühle hat. Mein Zimmer war nicht, es war nur ein großer leerer Raum. Ich war allein, also brauchte ich nicht wirklich den Tisch; ich saß in einem Stuhl entlang des Büros neben dem Zimmer. Ich ging in meinen Computer einschalten, und ... Es gab nur *ein* kostenloses Outlet im ganzen Zimmer -- außer im Badezimmer! (Siehe das Foto.) (Anzeige: Ich habe gelernt, ein langer Verlängerungsstreifen und Stromstreifen für Zimmer wie diese zu bringen.) Ich versuchte, das Licht über den Desktop zu drehen; es funktionierte nicht. Als ich in der Schnittstelle sah, war die Lichtblase *vermisst*. Die Lichtanordnung über den großen leeren Raum auf dem Boden hatte nur eine Arbeitsblase; die andere war entweder vermisst oder ausgebrannt. Glücklicherweise war das Licht über dem Waschbecken hell, so habe ich es verwendet, um das Zimmer zu beleuchten. Ich ging zum Waschbecken, um meine Hände zu waschen. Als ich den Fächer zu heiß wandte, kam nur ein kleiner Trickle raus. (Siehe das Foto.) Ich beschloss, meine Hände im Bad zu waschen. Dann merkte ich, dass der Tubspül nicht sauber war: es hatte einen Film von Mineralien. Der Tub hatte ein paar Tränen, einige rustige Farben, und ... zwei co**** schwarze Haare mehrere Zoll lang! Ich ging um ein Handtuch zu bekommen; es gab nur ein, und es war aus dem Handtuch-Rack hängen (siehe Foto) ... Es gab keine Waschbecken. Ich habe meinen Computer in mein Extension-Reifen gesetzt, um das WiFi zu verwenden. Der Computer sagte, das Signal war stark. Wie üblich öffnete mein Browser eine Login-Seite, aber dann wartete ich ... es dauerte fast eine Minute, bis die Login-Seite zu sehen! Ich ging zur Speed Test-Website (TripAdvisor wird mir wahrscheinlich die URL nicht geben lassen). Ich hatte 0.99 Mbps herunterladen und 0.50 Mbps upload -- das ist super langsam. (Dies war um 4:30 Uhr. Die Geschwindigkeit blieb gleich für Stunden danach.) Ich versuchte, Bilder von meiner Telefonkamera auf Google Fotos ... hochladen 80 Fotos dauerte zweieinhalb Stunden! Wenn ich später wieder angemeldet habe, habe ich einen Raum für einen ”Upgrade Code, wenn er gekauft” bemerkt. Vielleicht verleiht das Motel uns mit ihrem Zeichen durch die Straße Werbung WiFi, aber macht uns mehr zu bezahlen, wenn wir fast alles mit ihm tun wollen? Glücklicherweise brauchte ich es nicht, also habe ich es nicht versucht. Es gab eine fair Menge an Farbe, die von Teilen der Außenwände und Gang-Graffiti durch die Treppe am hinteren Ecken des Motels fehlte. Aus irgendeinem Grund -- obwohl die Tage von Soda und Bier in Flaschen meist verschwunden sind -- gab es eine alte, russische Flasche öffner-Fixe unter dem Waschbecken. Ich bin nicht schwer, aber das Bett in der Mitte versiegelt. Zumindest war das Parkplatz sauber.

Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, für den letzten Teil des Julis auf dieser Lage zu bleiben. Wir hatten eine Reihe von Schwimmern, die zwei separate Schwimmversammlungen besuchten und das Hotel war außerhalb der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Schwimmer wurden jeden Morgen gefüttert (und das ist ein großer Feat), und das Personal wurde nach hinten gebogen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Konferenzzimmer vor jeder Teamsitzung gereinigt wurde.

we were told that a 50$ deposit will be held for two weeks. never returned it. when i called they said the housekeeper claimed we smoked in the room.. we’re not smokers. we don’t even have anything to smoke with. asked why the housekeeper would even say that, what made her think that. they dont know. they just go off of her word. i then asked for a manager. no manager on site told to call later. called later no manager. they took my name and number and said they’d called back. never did. come to a few days later, they charged my card again for the deposit. absolutely disgusting. should be ashamed of the way you are treating your customers and running this business. something that could be a simple fix into this. so watch your credit card around these people! they’ll scam you and when you try to get them to fix it , they’ll take more 🤣

Wir blieben in diesem Hotel, während mein Sohn ins Krankenhaus in Hoag Hospital aufgenommen wurde. Das Hotel war leicht zugänglich von Hw 55. Das ist ein älteres Hotel, aber die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Der Preis war extrem vernünftig. Das Personal war freundlich, vor allem das Frühstückspersonal, die Mädels und das Front Desk. Sie haben einen schönen Pool und Spa und einen geeigneten Fitnessraum. Sie haben auch einen Flughafenshuttleservice und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Hotel ist sicher, sie haben Sicherheits- und Überwachungskameras gegeben. Es ist nahe an Restaurants. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel.
