This was the third or fourth stay at this hotel, and for good reason. We came to Miami for a surgical appointment and we stayed at this hotel again because our stay here earlier this year was a very enjoyable experience. This time was no different and it started even before we arrived. I messaged ahead of our arrival and requested a ground floor room because my wife was to have the surgery (which, btw, was successful) and we needed an accessible room. The responding representative (Dan or James?) was most helpful and he agreed to reserve a room for us, and when we arrived we headed straight for that room. Things went simply well with our stay from there onward, from 7 through 15 Sept. Generally, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, assisting us whenever we needed something during our time there, particularly the front desk staff. We noted that all this happened during a fairly difficult time for hotel staff generally because of reported labour/industrial issues at major hotel chains across the USA. In short, we were impressed with the professionalism (and if my wife says it, that's saying a lot!) and we can only encourage the staff to please continue with this attitude and approach; it will keep guests coming to this hotel for a very long time. Die Leute waren so nett und freundlich, der Service war ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer waren großartig, vor allem mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann! ! ! Der Preis war fantastisch!!! Wird auf jeden Fall für zukünftige Reisen im Hinterkopf behalten!!!

I paid too much, for the little I got. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. The doors are not automatic, it was like trying to get out of a rat trap, with that wheelchair. If you are like me traveling with your love ones that is in a wheelchair or trying to pass those doors with a stroller. You are going to have a problem and will need help. The one star 🌟 was given for the person that checked me in. After that everything went downhill. Once I got upstairs the air freshener was the first thing I smelled, but it was no match for the ********* smell in the hallway. I rather smell wet carpet, then to smell that nasty *********. I called and asked if smoking ********* was allowed, because this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel! No, I was told, there is no smoking allowed. Thank God the smell was not in the room. But that wasn't the only thing that was not in the room. There was no silverware or plastic ware. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a plastic spoon to feed my mom. There is a stovetop, but there's no pots or pans. There was no paper towel. These are the things I look for inside an extended stay hotel! The room is stocked with only 2 towels and 2 wash cloth. That next day, after I bathed and bathed my mom, I realized I needed one more bath towel. The house cleaner was right outside my door. When I asked for a towel. She said ” No”. I had to go downstairs. When I asked the lady at the desk, she told me there was no towels available, come back in an hour. And bring the dirty towel too! She yelled, as I was walking away. Let me say it again, this place is not wheelchair accessible. The bed, I mean the mattress on the spring table, stands about 3 feet off the floor. With the grace of God, I was able to put my mother, that stands 4 feet and 11 in. into bed. This was not an easy task because she needs complete assistance. One good thing about the bed, was that it moved, so I was able to move it around the room to better care for my mom. And the rest for furniture moves too. I could have easily turn on some music and played musical chair. I am confused on how this hotel is 3-stars. But I guess to each is own. You see I am really a 5-star kinda girl. but I was being cheap, and that is what I get. You get what you pay for. Like my friend always say, ” and what have you learned? ” I learn to NEVER use this hotel, again. And to tell ALL my family and friends to save their money and not use this hotel. And I learn to spend a little more time and read the reviews. I've learned to spend a little more money and get the service I expect. COMPFORT.

Upon arrival the lady that checked us in 7/29 around 4pm was very nice and gave us all the informations about the hotel. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and had a good night sleep at your hotel.Breakfast is a plus.Cookies at the front desk are really delicious.Highly recommend this property

Der Preis ist mäßig, der Verkehr bequem, die Umgebung ist komplett, Zimmer, Frühstück, Service, nicht gesagt werden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es lohnt sich, empfohlen zu werden.

Hotel kann schmutzige Bettwäsche nicht ersetzen, weil ”sie zu 100% ausgebucht war und DESHALB keine hatte.” Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und jetzt weiß ich, dass der Service bei Bedarf unzuverlässig ist. Bringen Sie für alle Fälle Ihre eigenen Kingsize-Bettlaken usw. mit.

This quality inn is a great alternative to expensive (resort-fee) hotels. I’ve stayed here twice while doing personal business in Miami Beach and not having sufficient time or inclination to pay for amenities I don’t use. Though it is a half hour drive from Miami Beach this location is easily accessible and the traffic is manageable certain times of day. Nice residential neighborhood that I felt safe running in the morning. Close to many family friendly restaurants & The Falls mall which has an Apple Store. Updated clean & spacious rooms. Very comfortable queen beds. Nice pool & patio, free parking and free, breakfast. Well run, family-owned establishment. I chatted with the owner last year and she said her family owned and operated it for 40 years. My brother and I shared a room and both agreed that the place is simply pleasant and relaxing. I love staying at the beach but when I have no time do it this place is my go-to alternative.
