Ich habe zwei Zimmer mit Königsbetten reserviert und E-Mail-Bestätigungen erhalten. Die App würde mich nur in einem der Zimmer mit 2 Königinnen statt 1 König überprüfen lassen. Als ich das auf dem Büro fragte, gab die Frau mir einen Ström von Unsinn. Erst sagte sie, es sei, weil ich mit einem Dritten gebucht hatte, aber ich habe auf der Hilton-Website gebucht. Dann sagte sie, es sei, weil sie vor einer Woche aus Königen verkauft hatten, aber ich hatte meine Reservierung drei Wochen früher gemacht. Schließlich gab sie auf und sagte einfach, sie waren voll und hoffte, ich wäre trotzdem glücklich. Das Frühstück war besser als in den meisten Hampton Inns, mit Omelette, Kartoffeln und Sauce. Das Zimmer hatte schreckliche Beleuchtung, mit niedrigen Watt-CFL-Bällen und einem fehlenden Bällen. Der einzige Ort, der wirklich glänzend genug ist, um zu lesen, hätte auf dem Bad gestanden. Ich musste den Nachtstuhl bewegen, um etwas ins zu plucken und es war schüttelnd hinter ihm, so dass das Zimmer eindeutig nicht in einer langen Zeit tief sauber war. Auf der Seite waren es genug Handtücher, es gab Bar-Seife, und während die HVAC-Einheit wirklich laut war, funktionierte sie richtig mit dem Thermostat, um das Zimmer bei komfortabler Temperatur zu halten.

Die Leute im Objekt sind erstaunlich. Alles in der Richtung, dass sie heiße frische Cookies jeden Abend kochen. Meine Jungs genießen sie ziemlich gut. Ich bin ein 1. Stock freundlicher Typ. Und sie haben immer gebucht.. Die Zimmer sind sauber! Wasser ist heiß! Und die A/C schlägt kalt! Nichts anderes ist notwendig!

Everything was clean beds were comfortable breakfast was great. I would recommend to stay here anytime the pool was clean AC work great the staff were awesome. The only problem I had was with the TV other than that it was great. Wasn't close to the highway

Room was good even though no coffee machine. Very loud due to inconsiderate guests that do not control their door when entering or exiting room. The doors slam very loudly due to lake of a spring mechanism. If you turn the bathroom faucet on too high then it sprays everywhere outside of the sink. Breakfast was very bad! Limits items. If you like oatmeal then all they have are packets with no original non sugared available. Lack of any teas such as green or chamomile. No jelly for toast. No Greek yogurt or light ones. No whole wheat bread. No healthier sweeteners such as stevia. Front desk staff very nice.

I found your staff lazy in the front office and not friendly. -I called in the morning asking for an early check in which they denied. Then my room would probably not be ready for the 3pm check in and was pretty aggressive telling me this. Kept saying the hotel was completely booked up the night before. -The microwave was broken for the continental breakfast. They told me but neglected to put a sign on it and they could have easily used one from one of the rooms or drive 5 minutes to Walmart and purchase another one. -I was in town due to the death of my mother. The room did not have an iron and ironing board. When I called the front desk I was instructed yes, they had one, that I would need to come down and get it. 63 years old and I had to carry up the ironing board and iron myself. -I spend 3 nights there and on Sunday I asked if I could get a late check out. She said they didn’t do late check outs. I practically begged her for just an hour and she refused saying the hotel is completely booked. At this point I knew she was lying, there were a total of 13 cars in the parking lot. I had to book another hotel across the street just to get ready for my mother’s Sunday burial. -To confirm they weren’t booked I asked the lady cleaning a room on the same floor as I was leaving she advised they had not been fully booked. With 3 floors at this hotel I’m sure they had probably 100 rooms. To not help a customer not only at check in or check out I was very disappointed in the staff at your hotel and will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. -Lastly they well let me know they don’t clean the rooms daily and that if I needed more towels I would have to bring the dirty towels down to them and they would replace what I used. I had to bring my dirty towels to them each day and they gave me clean towels. Crazy to do business like this and treat customers this way.
