Two-story walk up motel, clean and in good condition. Comfortable beds with good linens and towels, nice toiletries. There is only a window fan, no A/C. Refrigerator, microwave and Wifi worked fine. There is enough parking (one space per room). I was always able to get a space. Photos are accurate. I had an upstairs room (#37) with two beds. Room is reasonably sized and well-equipped. My main issue was the service due to limited office and breakfast hours (7am -10pm). I asked if I could get a banana for breakfast when I checked in, since I needed to leave before 7am for four of my five mornings and the receptionist pretty much shut me down (I did manage to get one packet of oatmeal for one morning). She also shut me down from making a cup of Keurig coffee when I first checked in, but I was able to make a cup on subsequent afternoons. The room coffee setup is a Mr Coffee machine. It was pretty bad, and they do not replenish the coffee packets unless you ask. I wound up boiling water in the microwave and using some freeze-dried coffee I had with me, then having coffee at the conference (thank goodness!) The location is good if you want to walk up and down the Main Street drag in Frisco, and if you have a vehicle there are several grocery stores and bakeries nearby (to buy breakfast etc if you can't be there for the included one).

Dieses Resort ist ein wahres Geschirr im Breckenridge-Bereich. Es befindet sich außerhalb der kleinen Stadt, die groß ist, weil nicht in der Mitte der Menge. Das Empfangszentrum am Frontdesk ist wirklich nett und das Personal ist sehr nett im Allgemeinen. Wir hatten die Freude, in der Suite zu bleiben und es war wunderbar. Vollküche, volles Bad, volles Sitzbereich und ein volles Schlafzimmer. Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist da! Schwimmbereich ist eine wahre Freude, einschließlich der Heißräder.

The location of this property is the best! The amenities were great! Having the BrekConnect out front, ski rental and restaurant just steps away couldn’t be beat, along with the great shuttle service! We were very happy with our first visit to the area. Our condo 7310 was perfect for our family of 4. Can’t wait to return!

Dieses Hotel befindet sich direkt am oberen Ende der Hauptstraße Breckenridge. Viele Restaurants und Bars auf der Hauptstraße und der parallelen Ridge Street sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Breckenridge Brewery ist nur über die Straße. Ein paar Komfortgeschäfte sind auch in der Nähe. Eine Vordertür (auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes wie Parkplatz und Fahrzeug-Drop-off) bietet den besten Zugang zur Main Street. Das Front Desk-Personal ist professionell und unterkünftig. Das Frühstück ist besser als der Durchschnitt für ein Hotel, und umfasst sowohl Selbstbedienungswaffe als auch einen automatischen Mini-Pancake-Hersteller. Einige der heißen Lebensmittel ändern jeden Tag. Es gibt einen bestimmten Mann, der beim Frühstück Reinigung arbeitet und manchmal ein glückliches Vibe bringt, das ins Lied brechen. Hausaufbewahrung ist jeden anderen Tag auf Anfrage und tut so zuverlässig. Die Suite-Stil-Zimmer sind nicht zu geräumig, aber sind viel gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Sehr ausgezeichnete Smart-TVs bieten einfache High-Tech-Verbindung. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem vollen Kühlschrank ist mit allen Zimmern enthalten. WiFi ist leicht zu verbinden und zuverlässig, dankbar nicht routinemäßig wiederverbinden. Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind ebenfalls willkommen und umfassen eine Menge cool Ski-related Kunst (siehe meine Bilder) und es gibt eine sehr angenehme Außenfläche mit einem Feuerkabine und einigen Sitzplatz. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Freien Parkplatz sind verfügbar. Während der Skisaison bietet ein Shuttle während des Tages einen nicht-Stop-Service bis zu drei verschiedenen Drop-off-Punkte an den Stränden. Alle drei Fahrer, die ich getroffen habe, hatten hilfreiche Beratung, mit Alex vielleicht das tiefste Wissen über die Strände und Bedingungen zu jeder Zeit.

VVladimirThat is a motel and it is really outdated. While in the room you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. The fridge was so noisy that I had to unplug it.

This hotel was in a quiet, convenient location. My room with a King bed was spacious and comfortable. Shampoo and Conditioner were good quality without parabens. Lotion was also good quality and appreciated in the dry winter climate. The Breakfast buffet was fresh and included good sources of protein, including eggs. I was able to get a parking space in the heated parking garage, which was excellent on a below freezing night. Beautiful views of Lake Dillon from the hotel. There was a fitness center and indoor pool as well.

DDebra CMy goodness, where do I start. Well, let’s start with what happened. My husband and I checked in on July 2, 2024, as we had driven from Oklahoma (elevation 700) to Keystone Resort and Spa (elevation 9,000+). We made the mistake of not acclimating our bodies to the higher elevation, and (with my severe heart condition) I was in dire need of medical attention and Nini Koch (the hotel representation) recognized the severity, called for medical care, took charge and stayed on top of everything from the moment she recognized my crisis, until she took it upon herself to contact Priceline to ask for a refund (due to a medical crisis) on a non-refundable reservation, then helped us find another hotel and area (lower elevation) even though her hotel lost our business. She continued to check on me, even this morning )July 4th, to make sure I was ok and to tell me that everything was a “go” with the refund. This my friends is “true” customer service, an art that has since faded throughout the hospitality industry, it is alive and well at the Keystone Resort and Spa, and in the hearts and minds of Nini and her staff/co-workers. I would highly recommend this facility, as the room was great, the food fabulous (even though we only stayed one night) and the customer service is “best of class”. As an old hotel person and also an ex oil executive I have travelled the world, stayed at many a hotel and resort, and can honestly state that the commitment to great service and taking care of their customers is “top of mind” at Keystone Resort and Spa, and I cannot thank Nini Koch enough for going “above and beyond” the call of duty! Thank you, Nini and the entire staff at the resort

TTrail40024910930We stayed here for one night. There was limited parking when we arrived at just after 1am. There were no king bed rooms available as they have few in the hotel. We got a room on an upper floor. The room was big, very modern and stylish. Nice clean room and very comfortable bed. We were only there for 6 hours as passing through. We didn't use the shower or eat breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast is an additional cost and depends on what you order. The hotel was quite pricey for what it is however we couldn't find anything cheaper in the area. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed to break up our journey.

DDzhagaryanIch habe vor kurzem im Beaver Run Resort geblieben und hatte eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Die Lage des Resorts ist perfekt für Entspannung und Abenteuer, nestled direkt am Basis der Skipisten. Das Personal war überwältigend willkommen und hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und bietet wunderschöne Bergblicke.
Die Resort-Einrichtungen waren fantastisch, darunter mehrere Heißröhren, Pools und ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnesszentrum. Ich genossen insbesondere die Online-Essen, die leckere Mahlzeiten ohne die Notwendigkeit, das Eigentum zu verlassen. Der Ski-in-/Ski-out-Zugang machte meine Tage auf den Stränden unglaublich bequem.
Insgesamt überstieg Beaver Run Resort auf jeden Fall meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es allen, eine erinnerebare Berggebirge zu suchen.

This place can be spectacular or shabby, depending on the room you get. And the only way to know what room you are TRULY getting is to book through the property. I learned this the hard way. Important discoveries: 1) do not stay here unless you can guarantee a river-facing unit with a balcony. These can be quite affordable and they are nothing short of a dream. The sound of the river just outside your window all night will lull you to sleep with the most beautiful white noise of nature. Sit on the patio and soak in the views of the rustling aspens as you sip coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Also noteworthy: these units face the East and only get gentle morning sun so the place never gets hot. This is especially important in the summer bc no properties in Breck have air conditioners. It can get really hot in the units facing the west. Also noteworthy: many units not facing the east overlook a busy-ish street which can be really awful with all the noise (lots of loud trucks all day and even into the night) and the smell of exhaust. But again— you must keep your windows open bc there is no AC. This makes for a miserable experience. 2) do not get a loft unit. Ever. The loft is the bedroom no windows, which means you will suffer a horrible heat when trying to sleep, summer or winter. There will be a skylight but no screen so opening it could allow unwanted critters. You’re in the mountains after all. The single story units (non-loft) have screens on all windows. 3) Stay off the ground floor if possible. This reduces the noise level and allows for a much better view of the river and beautiful trees. The river facing units are not to be missed, but the street level doesn’t provide the same experience. Still, ALWAYS choose river facing. Even street level is great, especially compared to the non-river facing units that face the street or the parking lot. 4) Do not believe the images you see on the hotel websites bc they are often not images of the actual unit you think you are renting. To be safe, always contact the property directly to confirm you are getting the room/amenities you want. 2)

I was on the fence between rating this a 3 and a 4. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. Pros: (Relatively) reasonable price in an expensive destination. Furniture was in decent condition, including an upholstered chair and a nice bench for putting on shoes or unpacking luggage. Microfridge present. AC worked well (I was there in June). Double beds were actually full XL mattresses, making it so that my 5' 11” frame didn't hang off the bed (I usually do on typical double beds). Hotel was clean and centrally located. Cons: Bathroom needs serious upgrades. Toilet did not flush properly and refilled every 5-10 minutes. Sink faucet had to be positioned at one awkward angle to stop water flow. Shower and door seemed old and had poorly patched holes. Shower temperature would shift drastically mid-shower, especially when the toilet did its regular refilling. In addition, WiFi was okay, but not great for streaming (around 5 Mbps). Breakfast was also mediocre - they had waffles but not much else. And the waffle batter ran out toward the end of breakfast on my second day. They were trying to refill it, but the wait would have been too long for me to deal with on the morning of my departure. Overall, this is a decent motel if you want to enjoy an expensive destination at a budget rate. But expect lower quality amenities and maintenance concerns in exchange for the price.
