Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, aber es leben ziemlich viele Leute, wenn Sie frühstücken möchten, versuchen Sie so früh wie möglich zu essen.

Erstens ist das Eigentum sehr sauber und präsentierbar. Sie kümmern sich natürlich um die Erscheinungen. Zweitens ist Nicole das Beste! Sie war sehr professionell und höflich und erklärte alles in großer detailliert. Sie war auch sehr hilfreich bei der Bereitstellung von allem, was für den Aufenthalt erforderlich war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Dusche sind geräumig und der Wasserdruck ist zweit bis niemand. Betten und Kissen sind so komfortable wie möglich. Ich konnte nicht um einen besseren Ort bitten, um zu bleiben. Ich werde sicher sein, wenn ich jemals wieder in der Gegend bin. Top Notch!!

Dieses Hotel ist am Hauptstreifen auf der Home Depot Seite der Autobahn. Es ist Rückkehr vom Straßenweg und fühlt sich relativ privat. Wie andere in ihren Bewertungen gesagt haben, ist das Personal freundlich. Die Nebenwirkung dieses Hotels ist es zu renovieren: Die Teppichtafel muss ersetzt werden; sie laufen Deumidifikatoren auf einigen Etagen 24/7; Zimmertelefone funktionieren nicht; Zimmertüren sind nicht sicher auf dem Rahmen; und Rücktüren zum Einstieg in das Gebäude nicht lockt (🥹). Es gibt auch den Eindruck, dass einige der Gäste zu Fuß gehen, die sich anscheinend durch etwas gehen. Ich habe mich nicht sehr sicher fühlen. Ich werde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.

If I could rate this hotel a zero, I would. The room we were given was disgusting. The floor was sticky, the bedside table was sticky, there was candy wrappers in one of the beds, candy wrappers and dirt on the bathroom floor, and the door knob for the bathroom floor was falling off. Since it was 2am (late flight arrival), we decided to deal with it in the morning. The next morning I requested to change rooms. We room we were given was on the first floor instead of the second floor. I was told they were giving us an upgrade and waiving the upgrade fee. I looked at the room and it was the exact same kind of room. I asked what was the ”upgrade.” Management responded that since they don't have an elevator, first floor rooms are more expensive for the convenience of not having to use the stairs. Except I had already carried our luggage up the stairs the night before and check in and then back down the stairs when we moved rooms. So really, no convenience or upgrade was actually afford to us. We were simply paying the same price for the same kind of room. That night when we returned to the room and went to shower, we noticed the shower curtain was moldy. So the next morning we got a new shower curtain from management. Later that week, the one day we requested (via the door hanger) for our room to be serviced, it was not. When I checked out, I asked to be refunded for one night, of our 8 night stay, to be refunded for the inconveniences. Management refused stating they had accommodated us. I have called customer service for Best Western corporate, and they will not do anything either. I travel frequently for work and this is the worst experience at a hotel I have had. I know this is not reflective of the experience at all Best Western properties. However, those we were there visiting, we told them to never let any guests stay at that hotel.

Visiting family in the area, we chose this hotel for their availability of a one bedroom suite. The location is convenient and the proximity to local restaurants is a plus. The offer of a daily included breakfast is an important plus and is one of the most positive factors which would warrant a repeat visit. Staff member Aileen was there on a daily basis to ensure that the breakfast, (eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy), was always fresh, hot and replenished. In addition, the cleanliness and care of the breakfast area was excellent. The care of the room was also worth noting - Gloria provided replenishment of all necessary items as well as daily cleaning services with a good crew of room attendants. Help was provided by Luis at the front desk regarding recommendations for the local area shopping needs and the transfer from my old Radisson frequent stay account to their new program. Prior business travel afforded an opportunity to stay at multiple locations and sample many hotel chains. Based on this stay, I can easily recommend this location and will return here when in the area. One minor potential improvement that was identified by my wife was the lack of a wall mirror in the separate bedroom. All mirrors in the suite were located in the main room. Honestly, that is an observation that I would never have noticed … historical business travel focused on getting in and out, I was never really aware of that level of detail.

Unsere ganze Reise-Baseball-Organisation blieb in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Das Gebiet ist sicher. Allerdings ..... die Klimaanlagen sind klar eingerichtet, um zu schließen, bevor sie die geplante Temperatur erreicht. Obwohl die AC 69 das Zimmertemp war in der Mitte bis hoch 70s. Wir haben zwei Nächte in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern an verschiedenen Enden des Hotels auf verschiedenen Etagen in der gleichen Situation geblieben. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde eine Beschwerde eingelegt und wir wurden gesagt: „Ich hoffe, dass Sie nicht wieder das Zimmer bekommen.“ Wenn Sie lieber in einem kühlen Zimmer schlafen, ist das nicht der Ort, wo Sie bleiben.

Es ist ein durchschnittliches Hotel. Sie haben mich für das Frühstück doppelt gezahlt. Meine Reservierung zählte Frühstück für 2, und dann, wenn ich Frühstück gegessen habe, haben sie es zu der Rechnung hinzugefügt. Seien Sie vorsichtig.
