Stopped at this hotel just for the night as I was driving from Orlando, back home to Houston. I booked on ***********. The room was ready upon arrival and check in was quick and easy. I woke up the next morning for breakfast. Let me just say that Lanette was AMAZING.. this was about 2 weeks ago and I still remember her name, that’s how great she was. She made sure breakfast stayed stocked, answered all guests questions and needs all while making sure the breakfast bar never went bare. Checking out online and returning the keys was also a breeze. If I ever need to stop again doing another roadtrip, this will be my stopping point. An amazing stay!

We (3) stayed one night at Comfort Inn & Suites Covington - Mandeville in July 2023. The parking is adequate. The lobby is nice. The room is good and clean. The elevator was good but noisy. The breakfast was average. There were sausages and egg on the buffet. The staff was helpful.

Not even a drop of hot water for my shower at 6:30 am. I complained only to be told that I must call and have a maintenance person inspect the problem. Um, no. I had to be on the road at 7am. I splashed myself in the shower with cold water and went about my morning. The blow dryer did not work. The beds are full sized, not queen like on the reservation page. Indian management sure is different. He could have just taken 10% off the night or something. I would have been happy. I think the problem was that another room used the hot water. I could hear the shower running before I took mine. Still, I have never had this problem before. Never. It should never happen. Seriously, management could have just apologized. Things break. I can understand. Tip: Wear shoes or flip flops. My white socks got black walking in the room. This is the worst review I have written in a decade. It saddens to do this.
