Unsere Eincheck-Erfahrung war wirklich schlecht. Eincheck-Agent fehlte alle grundlegenden Informationen, die Sie erwarteten. Zimmerrichtlinien, wie lange es Frühstück, Abendessen usw. im Restaurant ist. Poolöffnungszeiten. Ich fand alle diese Informationen im Zimmer, aber nicht! So muss entweder diese Informationen bei der Eincheckung mündlich vorgelegt werden oder ein Informationsblatt im Zimmer. Bitte machen Sie auch den Gästen klar, dass Sie Ihren Zimmer zu bestellen haben müssen, lassen Sie uns nicht raten! Anderes als das, was wir wirklich genossen haben! Das Zimmer war schön, die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Essen im Restaurant war großartig und alle Hotelpersonal waren sehr freundlich! Spezial schreien nach Amari in Burger Theorie, sie war großartig. Die Außen- und Innenpools sind großartig und es ist eine 5-minütige Fahrt nach dem Zentrum von Grand Haven und dem Strand.

Best place in town for a week of fun with the family, as well as new furniture and clean rooms!!! Very close to all of the fun in town for families needing easy access to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the stay and will be back next year. The employees were very helpful while we stayed, helping with extra towels, as we played at the beach daily. There were plenty of charging ports for the kids to stay playing games when we rested v.s. only one outlet in other motels around town we have stayed at in the past.

Das Hotel war ein wenig nostalgisch, es erinnerte mich an Orte, an denen ich während meiner Kindheit geblieben bin, als meine Eltern, Schwester, und ich auf Urlaub ging. Ich liebe das Warmwasser. Die Dienstleistungen im Hauswirtschaftsbereich waren verständlich begrenzt, aber als wir vor der Nacht um Handtücher gefragt haben, haben wir sie tatsächlich. Das passiert nicht immer, wenn wir irgendwo bleiben, deshalb wollte ich es bemerken. Das Frühstück hatte auch eine nette Auswahl. Das einzige, was ich nicht gern wollte, war, dass ich zum Pool fahren musste, aber es hätte mich auch nicht umgebracht, zu gehen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Es ist aktualisiert und das Zimmer war schön. Das Checkin-Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Sara, die Nachtarbeiter ist so süß und hilfsbereit. Die süße Dame, die das Frühstück macht und es aufbewahrt, war eine Freude. Sie lächelte jeden Morgen und sang sie singen. Sie war bei sich und es war ein bemühtes Wochenende. Sie klagen nie oder handelte ärgerlich. Das Bett war komfortabel. Wasserdruck war gut. Nur Beschwerden waren das Internet war nicht so groß. Und Frühstücksoptionen hätten besser gewesen sein können. Aber was war da war frisch und lecker. Ich würde definitiv zurückgehen.

The hotel is brand new, can still smell fresh drywall etc. This adds to the rating because everything seems clean and fresh but the workmanship of the building is terrible. It looks like it was slapped together by random people off the street. The little staff that was there was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and clean with a bit of variety from one day to the next. There was coffee and tea available 24/7 which is always appreciated. There were minor annoyances about the hotel like a lack of blanket for the pull out couch (this should be clean and available in the room if you book a suite always) when we asked for a blanket for our daughter they said they gave them all away. Thankfully we had brought a small one from home. Also our 6 person suite came with 3 towels. Obviously I can ask for more but if I have a room for 6 people for two nights, 3 bath towels clearly isn't going to cut it and it's inconvenient to have to go wait in line at the lobby for towels. Same goes for the pool, you had to ask for towels. This might help cut down laundry but it seems to big down front desk staff. Overall it was a nice stay and I'd return if we needed to stay in the area. Close to target and Meijer and Culver's amongst other shopping and quick eats.

Please note, I have had Diamond status with Hilton for more than 10 years. On this stay, my family stayed in 2 rooms at the Hampton Inn Muskegon on the night of June 15, 2024, and checked out on Father’s Day. My family has stayed at this hotel before, and it was nowhere near this bad on our previous stay. The fact that they claimed to be out of all the Diamond member benefit snacks other than bottled water was a tad annoying, but minor. Let’s get to the bigger issues. On this stay, this hotel was quite the mess. The rooms were filthy, with all sorts of trash behind the beds, and with stained sheets. The fitness center was also quite filthy and dusty, and with zero towels. The breakfast area is added to the filthy areas. Additionally, the breakfast was supposed to run until 10. However, I’m told by another that they stopped restocking anything at 9. I went to the breakfast room after my morning workout, so I got there at 9:35 to find most of the items were completely gone. No employees were visible in the breakfast room, so I asked at the front desk if it would be possible to get more waffle batter. The person at the desk said, “Absolutely!” She then left the counter, presumably to talk to the person in the kitchen. 15 minutes later, I still hadn’t seen anyone in the breakfast room, so I went back to the front desk. The person I originally asked was back. She then said, “Oh, it is too close to the end of breakfast. We aren’t going to mix up any more batter.” So, I was left waiting for 15 minutes, expecting to see the batter refilled, but was just forgotten about. I didn’t even receive an apology for my wasted time. And my wife had been in the breakfast room at 9, when she heard someone else ask for more waffle batter. Apparently, 1 hour until closing of the room was still too close to the end to justify mixing up more waffle batter. Note, I’m not a big breakfast eater, but I really like the Hampton Inn waffles. It is the primary reason I stay at Hampton Inns. As we were checking out, I uncharacteristically asked for a refund, as this was easily the worst Hampton stay I’ve had in over 20 years. The clerk said he’d mention it to management. Considering how I failed to get notified about the waffle batter, I don’t have a lot of faith in ever hearing back on that refund possibility. So, I contacted Hilton via the app. The response was underwhelming. Their response included the following statement: “I apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will have your feedback shared to relevant team so that they can have the changes implemented as soon as possible this is the best we can do from our end at this moment. Rest assured that this does not correspond with the caliber of service or standards that any guest would anticipate receiving. Your comments will be shared with the relevant management team to ensure any shortfalls have been addressed and rectified. We appreciate your bringing this to our notice.” There used to be
