Grace, Chanda und Mike haben meine Familie während der Urlaubszeit eine hervorragende Erfahrung gemacht. Wir wurden warm willkommen und behandelt zu einem Haus weg von zu Hause. Große Pflege wurde mit beiden Zimmern genommen.

Außergewöhnliche Geruche im Hallway auf 4th floor. Kann es nahe der Vordertür stinken, aber nicht ins Zimmer dankbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber fehlte eine Handsaftbar. Es war spät, so einfach mit ihm geteilt. Hatte flüssige Körperwasch, Shampoo und Klimaanlage in Containern in der Dusche montiert. Großes warmes Wasser und guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Mini Kühlschrank. Eispuck in Schrank. Sehr hohe Gepäckwagen. Wir prüften zu spät, so fühlten wir uns schlecht machen so viel Lärm im Hallway. Nicole, die uns ins Haus geprüft hat, war sehr angenehm. Das Bett war schöner als einige andere Hofyards, aber nicht die bequemste wie wir an anderen Orten hatten. Ich hörte Türen öffnen und schließen während der Nacht, wo ich ein paar Mal wach habe. Mit einer Lärmmaschine auf. Wir blieben am Montag Nacht und weckten zu sehr lauten Lärmen draußen, die wie Garbage Lkw leer die Dumpster. Und es war nicht nur ein oder zwei es ging und ging. Am Morgen hatte es Probleme mit Toiletten nicht fließen und Wasser in sinkend drainieren langsam. Ich sah die Mädel in der Halle, als wir verließen, war sie super süß. 10/18/22 am. Wünsche ich ihr Name. Ich sagte ihr, welches Zimmer wir auschecken und sagte ihr, wir müssten wechseln, um ihr einen Tipp zu verlassen. Auf dem Aufzug sah man einen Teil von der Tasche, der nur schrecklich erschien, ein höherer Tier Marriott zu sein. Er sah nur besessen. Er bat den Front Desk Mitarbeiter, eine $20-Bank für eine Veränderung zu brechen, um einen Tipp für eine Frau zu verlassen. Ich wurde gesagt, dass sie nicht genug haben, um es zu brechen. Das war schockierend, weil es ziemlich gut groß ist. Viele von uns bleiben nur 3 Etagen haben das hatte 4. Ich fragte, ob ich den Tipp in unser Zimmer bezahlen könnte, so dass die Mädels Tipp erhalten konnte ich wurde gesagt Nein. Ich wünschte, ich hätte die Jungfrau nicht erzählt, da wir in der Eile sind und auf der Straße gehen müssen. Ich konnte nicht verlassen, dann finden Sie Änderung und Rückkehr. Hotel war leicht zu finden, nahe von 275 Exit.

Genau das, was ich nach einem stressigen Morgen am Flughafen brauchte. Connies außergewöhnlicher Kundenservice ist etwas, auf das Sie bei jedem Hotelaufenthalt nur hoffen können (vielen Dank Connie!). Sogar der Shuttle-Service war großartig... da ich beim Einchecken drei Koffer hatte und der Fahrer mich buchstäblich als Bell-Captain auf mein Zimmer brachte und dafür sorgte, dass ich richtig untergebracht war... besser geht es nicht! ! Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Renee

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at the La Qunita. The hotel's peaceful setting made it the ideal place to get away from the bustle of the city. Check-in and all other interactions were made easy and enjoyable by the exceptionally polite and attentive front desk staff. The accommodation itself was immaculate and comfortable, with thoughtful extras that added to the enjoyment of the visit. The calm environment made it possible for me to unwind completely and get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of alternatives to suit all palates. Anybody looking for a quiet getaway with first-rate service can definitely consider this one. I can't wait to visit again soon!

This hotel really needs some attention! We stayed here over the weekend and left today, Monday, February 19th, and I must say this is one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced in a very long time! For starters, when we arrived the shower had a slow leak, there was a bug on the ceiling above one of the beds, the refrigerator had some sort of residue on it and the lamp in the room was broken and pieced milled back together instead of replacing it altogether! We reported it as soon as we noticed it and maintenance did come and try to course correct the situation, although he stated the shower did not have a slow drain, which I had to show him that it did, then he fixed it. This is alarming that maintenance tried to get out of repairing the shower. The next item was that we heard footsteps all night long above us the first two nights ALL night long into the morning hours. Why are the floors so hollow that you can hear people walking on the floor above?!?! There were people talking and laughing loudly and playing loud music till we barely got any sleep. I reported all of this to the front desk manager Patrick that only offered to move us to another room, after being told by Mia that there were no rooms available. Moving to another room after being settled is not the fix all! Patrick also said that when hearing noise to let the front desk know. Who's going to do that at 1 and 2AM in the morning?? My focus was trying to sleep! He did very little to remedy the issues. The final night, (last night), the person in the room next to ours played their TV loudly all night long and it was still on and just as loud the morning that we left. The walls and floors in this hotel are thin as paper and we will not be staying at this Marriott site again in the near nor far future!!
