Incredible experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The things that need improvement is the carpets on the hallway and in the rooms have stains. Additionally, the quality of toilet paper they use is very low.

Das Hotel liegt an der beliebten Straße, schräg gegenüber ist McDonald's. Es ist nicht weit von Macy's und anderen Einkaufszentren entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr leicht zu finden. Die Rezeption ist sehr begeistert. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ein weiteres Zimmer hinzuzufügen, aber die Rezeption war sehr gut. Ich sagte, dass ich das Zimmer wegen der unklaren Schrift nicht gebucht habe, also gab ich das erste Zimmer für die erste Nacht kostenlos. Die Zimmer mit zwei Betten und einem Kingsize-Bett sind sehr hoch, komfortabel und geräumig. Das Hotelfrühstück ist amerikanisches Frühstück, außer den Haferflocken, es ist kalt, aber es ist auch sehr gut und das Gesamtgefühl ist immer noch gut. Neu in Memphis empfohlen!

This hotel is trash! Driving into the parking lot there was a large mattress that everyone was driving over like it was no big deal. WARNING! The pictures on the website are NOT the actual hotel. They are what the hotel is going to be once they renovate! Walked in and the overwhelming smell of ********* takes your breathe away. While I was in the lobby the front desk worker, AJ, actually kicked out a homeless man and told him, ”quit trying to ********** in this hotel”. There is a myriad of issues with this hotel. They are in the process of closing to completely renovate and reopening under a new name. Meaning if you contact Baymont the do not care because this hotel is not going to be a part of them. I immediately called the place that I booked the hotel and told them about what was going on. After 5 hours of back and forth between the booking site and the front desk I finally got relocated to a different hotel. AFTER I had to pay for one night at this bad excuse of a hotel. I am out of a little over one hundred dollars because this hotel misrepresented itself. The whole place is packed with construction materials and debris. My best advice is to RUN! NONE of the amenities are available. Everything is either broken or stuffed full of remodeling equipment.

Gutes Hotel für den Flughafen. Ein kostenloses Shuttle führte uns am Flughafen um 4 Uhr morgens. Das Front Desk war schön und immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten.

First, I have always loved staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites...until yesterday. We stopped in Memphis on our way back from Texas. I dropped $155 for a less than mediocre hotel. I can honestly say it was clean but it was nothing compared to the other Fairfield properties we have stayed at. It seemed to be in a questionable area. When I was looking for lodging, it was rated 7/10. Unfortunately I didnt look at individual reviews. They certainly weren't 7/10. People slammed doors all night. The air conditioner ran very noisily all night. I got very little sleep and couldn't wait to leave so I didn't stick around for breakfast. The swimming pool was covered. I think I read it was being converted to a patio. It would have been nice if the advertisement had told us that there was not a pool. The staff was friendly and professional but that is the best I can offer.
