Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt und die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie machen derzeit kein Frühstück wegen der gesamten COVID-Sache. Die Betten sind extrem komfortabel. Das Personal ist in der Nähe. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass ich keine Fotos genommen habe, um mit meiner Bewertung zu helfen, aber es war eine Geschäftsreise, so war ich besorgt. Es gibt viele Restaurant-Optionen innerhalb von 2 Minuten Fahrt. Wenn Sie auf Fuß sind, gibt es einen anständigen Pizzaplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Natalie war außergewöhnlich, sie arbeitete die Mittagswechsel im Vorderbüro und verdoppelte sich als Bartender, sie war super persönlich und machte den Aufenthalt viel mehr angenehm. Die Bar ist jetzt bis 10 offen, so wissen Sie es!! Wenn Sie in der Stadt sind, ist dies ein toller Ort und das kommt von jemandem, der ziemlich loyal der Hilton-Marke ist, ich könnte das überdenken!!

This hotel is very well staffed and taken care of. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. The pricing was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Everyone working here from Management to front desk to Food and beverage to housekeeping couldn’t have been nicer and more friendly. I felt at home for the entire dayand would like to say thank you to everyone that made my stay such a pleasure. Thank you very much.

Wir hatten eine Gruppe von 14 mit 3 Zimmern, die für 3 Nächte geblieben waren. Die Besitzer waren so großartig. Sie arbeiteten wirklich, um unseren Aufenthalt groß zu machen. Die Kinder hatten einen Blow in dem Pool. Wir konnten nicht das Frühstück versuchen, weil COVID-19. Aber das war ok. Es gab ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle in den Zimmern. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wird sicher auf der nächsten Ausfahrt hier zurückkehren.

In my years and years of travel, never have I ever experienced such a messy situation at a hotel. We had booked this hotel well in advance for the labor day long weekend. When we arrived at night with my 2 littles, they told me that my booking was canceled. I hadn’t received any cancellation from them, my payment was already processed in full, and the person at the front desk simply stated that there’s nothing she could do about it. When we asked if we could rebook on the spot, she said that they did not have any other 2 bed rooms available ( which obviously meant that our rooms had been alloted to someone else… how else would they not have the rooms at all) . The orbitz rep(app through which i had made the booking) was able to call the hotel and confirm that indeed the hotel had canceled the booking . The person at the front desk kept lying to me that they did not cancel the booking. We were even ready to accommodate our family in a smaller single bed room.. but she wouldn’t price match and I wasn’t going to pay $300 extra for a smaller bed. Not once did she apologize or explain or offer a solution. We then walked out and booked another hotel nearby.. Just stupid bad management and careless, lying to your face , unapologetic staff. Do not recommend.

Ich war 3 mal da, und die letzte war wirklich 😡. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Front Desk ist so warm und alles ist perfekt außer dem Frühstücksservice. Das erste Frühstück am Freitag Morgen war das asiatische Mädchen so nett und wir können Starbucks Kaffee aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, das in unserem Frühstücksplan enthalten war. Aber am Samstagmorgen war der Frühstücksbarserver eine weiße alte Dame und sie sagte keine Starbucks Kaffee, ich sagte gestern war OK und sie antwortete heute ist heute! Ich glaube, sie ist der Besitzer dieses Hotels und hat die Politik über eine Nacht geändert! Außerdem war sie grausam, weil mein ein langer Haar auf dem Schecktisch gefallen ist und sie sagte: „Dein Haar!“ Ich war schockiert von ihrer Reaktion! Ich habe ihr Schecktisch verunreinigt? ***!
