GGastnutzerGreat hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

GGastnutzerMy only issue was the check in girl was rude, and then the hotel double charged me for the room...cuz the check in girl didn't have a clue what she was doing. Tried to tell her reservations were through Trip.com, but she still messed it up.

Ff1trillionRenovated and mostly clean. Only found some crumbs in one of the two beds and the neighbors seemingly decided to throw a party in the middle of the night waking us up at 2am. However, that's not really on the hotel. Little disappointed they didn't have scrambled eggs for breakfast.

GGuest UserSehr sauber, in der Nähe des Zentrums aller Aktivitäten und Restaurants, Frühstück war lecker, der gemeinsame Bereich war sehr modern und gut gepflegt. Das einzige Problem war der Trockner im Zimmer hatte jemand anderes Haar in ihm war ....icky. aber alles andere war ausgezeichnet.

MMagnaniclausIch war 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel, und alles ging gut. Dann am Dienstag, 15. November, arbeitete Cody am Frontbüro, und ihre einzige handvoll ruinierte meine ganze Erfahrung. Wir gingen, um zu fragen, ob der Kaffee komplimentär war, und er schwingte einfach seine Hand, ohne uns selbst zu sehen. Ich ging draußen und kam wieder rein, und ich greife alle im Lobby, und Cody schaute nicht einmal auf mich zu erkennen. Er hat mich gefühlt, als ob ich nicht hier gehört habe, und das ist nicht der Dienst, den ich in den letzten zwei Tagen erhalten habe. Cody muss sich bewusst machen, dass unabhängig von Ihren persönlichen Ansichten zu einem anderen Rennen, Sie das zu Hause verlassen, wenn Sie kommen zu arbeiten. Ich habe hier gutes Geld gezahlt, um hier zu bleiben, und ich fühle mich, dass ich willkommen sein sollte. Danke Cody, ich fühle mich nicht mehr willkommen. Aufgrund Cody, denke ich nicht, dass ich dieses Hotel an meine Familie oder meine Freunde empfehlen würde. Danke an alle anderen Mitarbeiter, dass ich mich begrüßen konnte, aber dass ein Akt alles zerstört hat. Danke Cody, bitte bitte Hilfe, wir sind keine schlechten Leute, und wir verdienen, wie die Jungs, die Sie während meiner Lobby erkannt haben.

GGastnutzerSehr schöner Ort. Sehr schöne Associaten zu behandeln, und das Frühstück war heiß und frisch, wenn bestellt. Ich wünschte nur, es gab einen Wind in den Badezimmern, um den Dampf zu töten, um zu schütteln. Andererseits, ein großer Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerThe cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

GGastnutzerWir hatten einen erstaunlichen 2-Nacht-Stadt in avid. Hotelzimmer war sauber, modern und geräumig. Komplimentar Frühstück war schön und der ganze Tag Komplimentarkaffee war ein großer Plus. Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist nur wenige Minuten Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum und Wasserpark und andere Attraktionen.

CChrisDas Zimmer war sehr freundlich und eine ausreichende Einrichtung. Das Zimmer konnte etwas zusätzliches Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit des Badezimmerbodens verwenden. Er genossen den Außenpool, aber einige Sicherheitsbedenken mit den Lebenswächtern, die sich an ihre Handys anstatt die kleinen Kinder in der Kinderzone beobachten.

MMars_My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.
