Große Lage im St. Louis-Bezirk. Sicher, sauber, viele Mahlzeiten in der Nähe. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet! Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war untergebracht. Das Büro war etwas klein, aber diente seinem Zweck.

Hallo, im Allgemeinen war es in der Vergangenheit nicht so schlimm, aber dieses Mal muss ich leider etwas sagen. Die Bettdecke hatte einen ausgetrockneten Erbrochenenfleck. Am Rand des Bettes war ein Kinderdeckel zu einem Saftgetränk. Der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn.. Ich habe das Zimmer desinfiziert, weil es sein musste.. Ich wischte alles ab.. und benutzte meine eigenen Decken aus dem Auto. Ich habe meine Mutter dorthin gebracht, die an Demenz leidet, und ich wollte Zeit mit ihr verbringen. Getränkeautomat auf unserer Etage war ausgefallen. Keine normalen Kaffeepads.. 😔 Ich dachte, jemand sollte es wissen.

Die King Suite selbst war ok- Sofa ein wenig überbenutzt und veraltet- das Bett war großartig König Größe. Das Badezimmer war großartig mit separater Dusche und einem geschlossenen Toilettenbereich - aber hatte ein Fernseher, das gebrochen wurde. Fernseher sind nicht intelligent und wenn sie waren- es gab keinen Zugriff auf Strom aus Ihrem Telefon. Die Lampenschirme hatten eine Art getrocknete Flüssigkeit auf ihnen. Kein Zimmerservice- Kein Konzierger verfügbar, wenn ich ankam. Informationen und Karten sind veraltet. Der Pool schließt um 8 Uhr in der Woche und um 9 Uhr am Wochenende- Die Sonne hat nicht einmal eingestellt- und die waren die ”neuen” Stunden. Der Pool war eine ganze Größe- 4ft tief im ganzen - Ich bin sicher, aufgrund der Trinkgefahr. All das - und sie zahlen immer noch $11 für eine Art von Service aus der $50 Einlage. Ich buchte über Hotwire- hinzugefügt einen zusätzlichen Tag - und ich musste im Grunde den Vorzeige-Verwalter Kacey bitten, dass sie in dem gleichen Zimmer bleiben dürfen. SMH-. Der Aufenthalt war ziemlich mittelmäßig für die gezahlten Preise. Ich habe fast $600 für zwei Nächte bezahlt, habe diese Art von Erfahrung. I'll start with the positives of the stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice, and apologetic when I mentioned something. They did the best they could. It seemed like the front lobby was busy all of the time, and they were very attentive to the guests needs. I was however, a bit disappointed in this stay. I booked the stay for a quick weekend getaway with a friend. I had asked for the top floor, and a quiet room. The hotel was booked solid it seemed so we couldn't have a room the top floor. I booked on the 19th and our stay was for the 24th through the 26. The room we were given was an accessible room on the first floor facing the interstate. I didn't ask for an accessible room, so maybe we were placed there as a last resort. There was absolutely no quiet. The room next to, or across from, us had their television on all night long at what seemed to be full volume on our first night there. Around 4am, they finally turned the tv off. The noise from people in the hallway, the people walking by our window, the neighboring rooms tv and the interstate, made for a very not quiet stay. Maybe it is quieter on the other side of the hotel, but we had zero sleep the 24th. Cleanliness: When we arrived, there was hair on the sheets, and the bathroom floor was so sticky that I asked the front desk staff for towels so I could clean the bathroom floor. I am certain it was just too much cleaner, so I wet the towels in just water and wiped the floor clean of stickiness. Additionally the carpet coming into the room looked extremely dirty, and there was very clearly something on the carpet in between the beds. The carpet seemed so bad, that we tossed towels on the floor to walk on instead of walking on the carpet. The top of the refrigerator needed attention also, there was sugar or crumbs in the grooves on the top of the door. The breakfast area was not kept clean during the breakfast, the hot water for tea was cold, and the breakfast was very lack luster. My friend did say the waffles were delicious and I just had the frosted flakes and a banana. I did mention all of these things when I checked out, and the staff at the front desk was again very apologetic. I don't usually write reviews that are this critical. I think that with just a little more oversight, and cleaning or replacing the carpet, things would be improved quickly. The hotel was in a location that allowed easy, quick access to the historic main street shops and trail. We had a great time at the new Main Street Honkytonk, a good salad and sandwich at the Bike Stop, and we did use the 10% off coupon at Texas Roadhouse. Overall it was a good trip, but the hotel stay could have been better.

WLAN war etwas auf der langsamen Seite, aber die Arbeit wurde fertig. Viel Sitzplätze.
