My hats off to the General Manager. The rooms are very clean and nice. I love the items in the shower. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers was a nice touch. I was impressed with breakfast. I thought it would be bagels and dry cereal. I will be staying again.

Das ist das schlimmste Hotel, das ich jemals in der Zeit gehabt habe. Das ganze Hotel riecht von Skunk und Marihuana. Das Eismaschinezimmer riecht von Urin, als ob es sehr oft verwendet wurde. Die Vorderbüroteilnehmer beobachteten das Fernsehen im Frühstücksbereich statt zu beobachten, wer in das Hotel kam. Es gab einen Mann, der scheinbar ohne Hause durch die Hotellobby, dann auf die Aufzüge und zurück zur Lobby. Er trug die gleichen Kleidung am Freitag Nacht und Samstagmorgen. Der Morgen-Sitzer auf 2/19 schlief im Büro. Ich musste mehrere Male auf die Bürotür schlagen, um ihn aufzuwachen. Als ich mehr Handtücher gefragt hatte, wurde mir Poolhandtücher gegeben, die klein und ausgezogen waren. Als ich mehr Pfosten gefragt hatte, wurde mir gesagt, sie hatten nur einen übrig, aber das Hotel wurde nicht ausverkauft. Es gab Schicht auf der Decke im Hallway, unser Zimmer, das Badezimmer. Das Toilette blieb immer aufgetaucht, wir hatten Angst, es würde überfluten jedes Mal. Als ich es an den Vorderbüro-Verwalter erwähnte, sagte er OK, hat nicht einmal das Interesse an der Behebung des Problems verpasst. Ich will mein Geld sofort zurückgezahlt. Wir fühlten uns unsicher, wir waren in bedauerlichen Bedingungen, die schrecklich geräuchert. Das ganze Hotel, ich meine das ganze Hotel braucht ein Tränen ab und es wieder aufbauen ist so schlecht. Die Betten waren wie Zwillingsbetten, die nicht für zwei Erwachsene passen, in schlafen.

Ich blieb in diesem Hotel für eine Familienversammlung. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr bequem, professionell und freundlich. Das Personal konnte drei Buchungsfragen lösen, die eindeutig mein Familienmitglied missverstanden. Die Lage ist nahe 95 interstate und andere große Autobahnen im Baltimore County-Bezirk. Auch nahe der White Marsh Mall und andere Geschäfte wie Target und Walmart. Meine negative Beobachtung war das Pool-Bereich. Der Handgriff, um die Pool-Wasser-Stellen zu betreten, war sehr locker, fast dazu führte mich und mein Enkel zu schleppen, was hätte ein Rechtsverfahren gewesen sein können, wenn wir uns selbst verletzt hätten. Auch, der Badezimmer-Wäschesitz war locker, es bewegte sich unerwartet, als ich auf dem Sitz saß. Badezimmer sind sehr datiert, Fliesen und Wandpapier-Scheiße. Jedoch war mein Aufenthalt für das Wochenende komfortabel. Mein Zimmer war 122, das vor dem Hotel-Eigentum steht. Es war ruhige Lage überraschend. Mein erstes Mal auf einem Grundebene Zimmer.

Das Team hier hat mich nie hinabgesandt. Patrice ist immer so süß und immer lächelnd und Nikki war auch sehr nett. Ich bekomme, dass der Parkplatz in jedem Metro-Bereich, auch in den Nachbarstädten, ist zu einem Preis. Als solcher bin ich immer bereit, für den Parkplatz zu zahlen. Ich liebe, dass als Mitglied von Marriott Bonvoy die Parkgebühr verzichtet wird. Und das Frühstück wurde individuell in Artikeln eingepackt. Wir stehen immer noch vor nationalen Gesundheitskrisen und kommen gerade aus einer Pandemie heraus, die die Nation schockiert. Die Tatsache, dass sie vorsichtig und berücksichtigen beide Seiten überwinden mich auch. Dass ein Hotel, das sich auf lange Sicht auf die Gäste, viele mit Kindern, die Zimmer wurden gut gepflegt. Die üblichen erwarteten Punkte waren wenige. Bequeme Betten mit Schaumpissen. Auch die Lobby-Zone war komfortabel. Insgesamt würde ich die Hände nach unten empfehlen dieses Hotel.

Das Zimmer hatte keine ausreichende Anzahl von Waschbecken und Badehandtüchern. Außerdem bemerkte ich, dass es auf dem Komforter, was aus Zigaretten verbrannt wurde, war ein nicht rauchendes Zimmer.

In town to visit family. Stayed here for 4 nights with my Mom who needed a walk-in shower. The queen rooms don't have those showers but Katy the manager worked her magic and found 2 king suits that connected. The rooms were very clean and spacious, beds comfy. Loved the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash; nice product too. The kitchenette had real dishes, silverware, and a full-size refrigerator which you don't find in most hotels unless it's a timeshare. The place does need some work, but not enough to bother us. We were on the 4th floor and it was quiet. The rooms worked great since Mom wants heat on 80 and I like a cool 65. All the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the way the hotel entrance is.. can only make a right into the hotel from 43. No left turn if coming from other direction and GPS made us do a round about way to get into hotel. Once familiar with area stopped using GPS. Lol

Sehr sauber! Was war einer unserer Hauptwünsche, aber es ist auch aktuell & hat schöne Möbel, Matratze, TV & ect. Statt kleiner Probe Shampoo, Klimaanlage, & Körperwasch sie haben schöne Pumpen von Dove installiert in den Duschen. Das Haus hält uns sehr gut und wird eine Hilfe mit allem, was sie können. Die Mitarbeiter des Front Desk sind nur die besten! Sie werden Ihnen helfen, versuchen, Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, wenn es möglich ist & immer eine Freude zu passieren. Unsere Kinder lieben den Innenpool, & komfortable Bett mit einem großen Flachbildschirm. Ich werde nur das Hotel in Baltimore nutzen!
