Hotel is very clean. Good breakfast. Located within residential buildings in a pleasant surrounding. Safe to walk around the hotel to localised shopping and dining amenities. Stayed 4 nights. First two nights at new wing. Good water pressure. Last two nights at older wing. Water pressure not good. Trickling..

Ich habe schon einige Zeit über diese Hotelkette geschrieben und werde dies nur noch tun, weil sie die Beste Hotelkette sind. Ich sehe sie als Geschäftspartner, weil sie mich kümmern, ich kann mit meinem Kunden tun, was ich brauche, und das ist mir mehr als alles andere wert. In der Geschäftstätigkeit sind Sie nur so gut wie Sie können Ihre Kunden glücklich zu halten und Hilton macht es für mich super einfach, meine Kunden sehr glücklich zu halten. Danke nochmals an alle Mitarbeiter in dieser Doubletree in Rosemead Lage für all Ihre freundliche und professionelle Hilfe. Ich werde bald wieder wirklich sein.

Sehr praktisch, die Rezeption spricht Chinesisch und der Service ist begeistert. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es ist wirklich gut. Eine der großen Schwestern an der Rezeption empfahl mir viele Ausflugsziele. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und loben.

Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und es gab kein Schloss an der Tür. Die Rezeption half uns, in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln, aber die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Zu faul, um noch einmal zu wechseln

Don’t expect much from quality inn. This is one of the better property for the price, location and room. Can’t ask for much. I’m happy with it.

Die Lage ist praktisch, das Hotel ist groß, die Zimmerausstattung ist neu und der Aufenthalt ist relativ komfortabel. Allerdings haben wir selbst vietnamesische Nudeln gegessen und das Hotel verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze.

Dated furnishings. wifi so slow it is unusable. limited breakfast. but mostly horrible staff. I asked them beforehand if they could hold a package for me if I have it shipped there. they said no problem. the day of our checkin the ups guy comes to the hotel,. the clerk tells him no such person is staying at the hotel and turns him back. Package goes back to sender. result; I waste over 130$ in cost of shipping and return (valuable items), I waste tons of time and face terrible stress. We travel and spend every night in a different place so imagine the logistics of trying to have that package sent again to another hotel somewhere down the road. It’s super tricky to plan. And all because one guy couldn’t be bothered to do his job. when I confronted him about it he made up different lies to cover his tracks. and offered absolutely no compensation so I’ll be talking to my credit card company about a chargeback.I wouldn’t trust their staff with anything so if you stay there be careful because they’re sketchy and unreliable. I have proof of everything i wrote here about the package in writing if anyone needs it. I have sent packages to many hotels all over the us and never such horrible disrespectful behavior. Beware.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉
