I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

Exempelservice und Einrichtungen. Vielleicht die besten Frühstücke, die ich jedes Hotel gesehen habe. Das einzige Hotel, das ich jemandem empfehlen würde, im NYC-Bereich zu bleiben, vor allem wenn man sich um den Verkehr und die Strenge von NYC vermeiden möchte.

Hier blieb, weil es nahe einer Hochzeit war, war wir anwesend. Zimmer war kleiner als durchschnittliche große Kette Hotels, aber nicht wirklich ein Problem für uns. Hatte ein Königsgröße Bett in einem Nichtraucherzimmer, das war eigentlich weich und nicht hart, wie die meisten Hotelbetten normal sind. Das Zimmer war sauber und im ersten Stock, das war schön. Zimmer kam auch mit einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank, das für die übrigen wir hatten. Kein Eisen oder Kaffeemaschine aber wieder, war für uns kein Problem, aber wenn Sie eine brauchten, das Zimmer hatte es nicht. Das Frühstücksraum war geschlossen auf COVID, das wir erwartet hatten. Es fühlte sich wie wir in einem sicheren Bereich waren. Check-in/out Personal Leute waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich gehe hier wahrscheinlich ein paar Mal im Monat. Ich lese diese Bewertungen und bin mit dem Personal nicht einverstanden. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrung mit Sicherheit, Bartendern, Betreuer, Büro-Personen. Ich habe viele Male gewonnen. Ich denke, die Kompasse könnten besser sein. Wie vielleicht andere Farbspielerkarten für Menschen ti erhalten kostenlose Getränke serviert ********. Parkplatz ist manchmal eine Frage, aber wenn das passiert, ich liefere einfach meine Schlüssel an den Väter und lass sie damit umgehen Ich brauche nicht wirklich die kompetenten Hotelzimmer, weil 1) sie sind ziemlich grundlegende, which sie hatten Mikrowellenkühlschrank und.besonders Kaffeehersteller. Auch ich bin von Natur und Boden kann manchmal mit Saatzeichen gefüllt werden. Insgesamt liebe ich Jakes

Es gibt weniger teure Hotels in der Gegend, aber ich werde nicht bei ihnen bleiben. Das Zimmer war sauber und sauber und Geruchsfrei. Alles funktionierte und die Dusche war heiß mit schönem Wasserdruck. Das Frühstück war kontinental, nichts heiß, aber ich hatte die Absicht, Bagels für das Fahren zu Hause zu bekommen und ich war nicht da für das Frühstück. Ich würde dort bleiben, wenn ich wieder auf der Insel gehen musste.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Hotel, das auf einem Golfplatz sitzt und zu einem angemessenen Preis ist. Das Hotel sagt, es bietet Zimmerservice, aber das Telefon im Zimmer hat niemanden angehört. Um mit jemandem im Hotel zu sprechen, warum Sie sie über Ihr persönliches Handy anrufen mussten. Das komplimentäre Frühstück war erstaunlich, mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, aber versucht zu finden (wir mussten unsere Nase folgen) war ein wenig eine Herausforderung und das Sitzen war super eng! Wir baten um eine Aufrüstung auf einen Golfplatz und hatten ein Eckeszimmer, das nur wunderbar war. Zimmer war sauber und im Allgemeinen war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

I am not one to write reviews, but the staff at the Hampton Inn Islandia is exceptional and should be commended! Gen Manager Kaitlyn Young was kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We didn't know the area very well and were staying at the hotel until we found an apartment. This young lady tended to all our concerns and needs. Couldn't have been nicer. The first night the gentleman I believe his name was Romero gave a needed toothbrush and deodorant. I told him so sorry I came unprepared. He replied, ”no issue we are prepared. Just let us know what you need”. Then there was George (chief engineer) . A perfect gentleman! Came running to carry my heavy bags and also immediately fix the doorknob when it was sticking. The ultimate was Rommy. Some noisy and inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious late in the evening. She changed the room for my daughter and made sure she was in a quiet room for the night. Also, gave her a snack seeing how upset she was. When I called to thank this lovely lady, she replied that's my job! I assured her not many people do their jobs so efficiently and professionally. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and plentiful and the staff truly amazing! Thank you all for a great stay. Top notch staff!
