I selected the Hyatt Place vs the numerous others within a short distance because of their food service. I expected a comfortable room and got it. The hotel was much quieter than I expected, a welcome bonus, despite there obviously being many other guests, My second night there a girls’ college soccer team checked in and I expected to hear at least loud conversation all night, but didn’t hear a whisper. It was especially nice the be able to have a very tasty sandwich, wings, or snack at the end of a long day when I just didn’t feel like going out again. Having a well-equipped bar didn’t hurt, either.

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine große Suite. Wir lieben es in diesem Hotel und werden wieder bleiben. Besonderes Dank an den Speiseessen Mr. Naiyem für bequem während unseres Aufenthalts! Alles war über der Straße und die Lage ist sehr komfortabel.

Meine Frau und ich haben Ende Juli 2024 am Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova geblieben. Das könnte eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen sein, die wir je gesehen haben. Zunächst, nicht einmal, sondern TWICE, rief der Hotelmanager unser Zimmer, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung mit unserem Zimmer war, und es war sicher! Das Zimmer war unschön, das Bett sehr komfortabel, und ich bin ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher, dass wir mehr hätten gefragt. Das Immobilien war ziemlich sauber und angenehmen Aussehen. Wir waren sehr müde nach einem langen Tag und gingen zum Hotelrestaurant, und während das Essen ziemlich geschmackvoll war, waren sie aus einer Menge verschiedener Getränke und Menüartikel. Der Bartender war jedoch ziemlich freundlich. Dieses Hotel scheint das Modell zu sein, das alle Hotels mit ihrem Kundenservice befolgen sollten.

Das Personal hier ist ein fünf plus Stern. Sie sind alle so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was ich nicht mag, war, dass sie nur alle drei Tage die Zimmer zusammenstellen. Wir baten, unser Zimmer nach zwei Nächten zu raffinieren. Es gibt auch kein kontinentales Frühstück an dieser Stelle. All the other Marriott’s I have stayed at providing this.

Отель хороший, несмотря на то, что ведутся ремонтные работы, они ведутся тихо и не мешают.
Интернет в номере хороший, жаль что телевизор старый, но если возить с собой приставку, то на это не обращаешь внимания.
Постель хорошая, подушки удобные.
Завтрак неплохой, в целом есть все, не хватает только сыра :).
Расположение тоже неплохое - тихий район, бомжей практически не было замечено. В 5 мин оживленное место с магазинами и каким-то ресторанами.
Персонал на стойке отзывчивый.
Рекомендую.
Кондиционер, конечно, шумный, но это болезнь, практически, всех кондиционеров в сша

The staff is really great. I honestly have had the biggest change of heart because of the transition I'm in. My lease was up in middle of December and I have planned to move to Florida once my settle is approved. And until then, I am in this motel. Staff, great. Very helpful, very polite, and honestly overall understanding. I appreciate this place. Its given a sense of normalcy since I had to ”live in a motel”. I've been here for two weeks 12/31 til now 01/09 and going.

Excellent stay. Pretty smooth check in and check out. VERY fast and reliable wifi. Excellent shower, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well. The bed was comfortable with extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Ironing board and iron, hair dryer in the room. Free parking. The breakfast and coffee was acceptable. There is a good restaurant very close that opens for breakfast at 6 am. Our room faced Folsom Dr. and was near the light rail tracks, so there was light road noise and in the middle of the night loud voices yelling from the street/rail stop. The elevator was always slow, but the morning we checked out it was out of order and our room was on the third floor. I'll return next time we need to visit Rancho Cordova.

I stayed here for a week and everything was great, pod breakfast, friendly staff and driving close to lots of things. There were only two issues I had one, bottom of the pool was not very clean when I swam but it was a Monday morning and there had been lots of guests in the pool over the weekend. Secondly I got a bad carton of milk once but it was one I had taken to my room to drink later so I didn’t get a chance to tell the breakfast lady but I had probably a dozen or more cartons of milk while there and the rest were fine.

AAndrea GThe hotel had everything that I needed. Nice and clean. The hot tub was closed so I was sad about that but the pool was still open and breakfast was delicious. I am only giving it a 4/5 because it can be noisy at night, as it is so near to the highway.
