Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, da ich mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs war. Das Frühstück hatte noch eine Vielzahl von Optionen als To-Go-Box. Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, King Suite, war sauber, roch gut, hatte zusätzliche Decken und Kissen für das ausziehbare Sofa. Das einzige Problem war, dass der Keurig einen Kurzschluss in der Schnur hatte, so dass ich ihn festhalten musste, um an die Arbeit zu kommen. Keine große Sache. Wifi war ausreichend, um Shows zu streamen und Arbeit zu erledigen.

Wenn Sie überhaupt keine Standards haben, bitte stören Sie nicht, dorthin zu gehen, auch wenn Sie verzweifelt sind! Wir wurden wieder mit dem Verkehr zurück nach Hause aus Florida und brauchte nur einen Ort, um für ein paar Stunden übernachten. Alles andere wurde bucht, so dass wir auf alles, was übrig war, einen Schuss genommen haben. Mein Gott, das war ein Fehler! Wir blieben eine halbe Stunde in der Linie, obwohl wir online reserviert haben und wir begannen uns etwas unbehaglich zu machen, als wir das Gefühl hatten, dass dieser Ort nicht gut sein könnte, indem wir um die Lobby herum suchen. Wir haben endlich unsere Zimmerschlüssel und begannen, um das Gebäude zu gehen, während wir uns mit jedem Schritt sehr unbehaglich fühlen. Es gibt eine Gruppe von Jungs, die vor ihrem Zimmer aufhängen und Bier trinken und umher fahren, aber wir setzten weiter. Wir kamen in unser Zimmer und konnten die Tür nicht einfach öffnen, aber wir gingen weiter um ein flickendes Licht zu drehen und was wir sahen, was aussah als eine Kriminalitätsszene. Die Wände waren scharf, Bugs kriechen, Löcher in der Wand und ein sehr scharfes Bad! Wir gingen sofort in 20 Sekunden aus und liefen in die Lobby, während wir eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern außerhalb warnen, nicht in ihr Zimmer zu gehen! Dieses Gebäude sollte verurteilt werden!

CCDDas Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, da ich mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs war. Das Frühstück hatte noch eine Vielzahl von Optionen als To-Go-Box. Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, King Suite, war sauber, roch gut, hatte zusätzliche Decken und Kissen für das ausziehbare Sofa. Das einzige Problem war, dass der Keurig einen Kurzschluss in der Schnur hatte, so dass ich ihn festhalten musste, um an die Arbeit zu kommen. Keine große Sache. Wifi war ausreichend, um Shows zu streamen und Arbeit zu erledigen.

GGuest UserWir brauchten einen Ort, um auf einer Reise von MD nach SC zu bleiben, und um 10:00 Uhr Anfang März 2023, das sah wie die beste Gelegenheit. 1) Das Personal war absolut erstaunlich; von der Eincheckung bis zur Küche bis zum Auscheck, jeder, mit dem wir interagiert haben, war freundlich und hilfreich. 2) Dieses Gebäude ist unter einer großen Renovierung. Das ganze Bodengeschoss war nicht verfügbar, und der dritte Stock hatte ausgewählte Zimmer getrennt. Bei der Eincheckung warnte man uns vor der begrenzten Zugänglichkeit und dem Lärmpotenzial. Nichts hat unseren Aufenthalt tatsächlich beeinflusst. 3) Die aktuellen Zimmer sind offensichtlich verbracht und brauchen Updates. Um über geschüttete Möbel und Badesthetik zu beschweren, würde der Punkt belasten. Die Betten waren komfortabel und wir konnten eine gute Nacht schlafen. Warum also 4 Sterne anstelle von 3? Das Personal ist ein Grund, und das Wissen, dass eine große Renovierung in Gang ist, bietet das andere.
