Finde Hotels in Peoria

Die Annehmlichkeiten waren sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer für separate Reservierungen reserviert. Ich hatte ein paar Tage vor der Anfrage um die Anschlusszimmer angerufen, sie setzten sofort eine Notiz auf die Reservierungen, so dass, wenn die Zimmer für den Tags-Check-in-Ordner eingerichtet wurden, sie wüssten, uns in die Anschlusszimmer zu setzen. Sicherlich, es war gemacht!! Die Person am Telefon war super freundlich, auch hilfreich! Als wir ankamen, war die Person am Lobby-Zähler freundlich. Das Personalmitglied, das die Zimmer gereinigt, war auch sehr nett. Ich habe sie im Halle gestoppt, um zu fragen, ob sie den Körper waschen liefern kann - wieder sehr freundlich und es sofort. Ich muss auch sagen, dass das hier das sauberste Zimmer war, das wir uns vor kurzem gehalten haben. Wegen Covid löschen wir alles, wenn wir in ein Hotelzimmer kommen. Wir haben in einigen Hotels geblieben, wo die Clorox-Wippe, mehrere, nur schwarz/grau von uns wässrten Türknoten, Schalter, Fernsehsender, Zähler (überwiegend alle hohen Berührungsflächen). Die beiden Zimmer waren ehrlich spottelos!! Oh, wir fragten auch zufällig, ob Rolloway-Betten verfügbar sein könnten, da meine Kinder nicht über das Teilen eines Bettes erregt waren - es war auch verfügbar und kostenlos. Wir haben nur einmal eine Rolloway in einem anderen Hotel gefragt, die ein anderes Mal abgelehnt wurde. Das Hotel ist für Restaurants, Gemüsegeschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Autobahnen angemessen.

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2024. The hotel is well located near good highways, restaurants and a shopping center in what seemed a safe area. The physical facility is very nice with a sofa, table, and chairs: clean with good amenities like an indoor pool with a whirlpool, and a workout room' neither of which we used. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The suites have lots of space; it was clean and had everything one would expect. One highlight was a good shower with good water flow. Negatives were I could never get the safe open (requests for fixing were unsuccessful) and the magnetic key which loses its use easily. The light on the phone blinked most of the time, and no one could remedy this. The room was quiet, but the facility seemed to have few clients. They had the broadest range of foods available I've seen although many were not all that healthy. I admit I am not a fan of the free breakfasts that many hotels have. A high quality coffee and juice would resonate with me. Check in and out was efficient, and all the workers were friendly.

Personal: Jakob (Front Desk) - Jakob machte meinen Aufenthalt schnell, komfortabel und sicher. Er war sehr professionell mit einem hellen Herzensgeist, der den langen Tag wie heute Abend zum richtigen Ort für Ruhe machte. Diese Saison kann für viele hart sein; aber für seine Freundlichkeit und Mitgefühl für mich und andere, die bleiben, muss ich sagen, er macht eine Frau sich sicher. Das ist ein Gefühl, nur wenige können sagen, sie erleben, wenn sie allein bleiben. Jakob hielt immer ein Observer auf den Boden , hielt die Standards der Darstellung der Immobilie (Sammlung von Flaschen und Müll). Aber die Aktion, die am wichtigsten war, war sicherzustellen, dass eine Frau, die allein in der Nacht bleibt, sicher blieb. Er ist ein 5-Sterne-Mitarbeiter und ein wahres Vermögen für das Unternehmen! Nächstes Mal besuche ich werde sicher zu fragen “Wie war Jakob? :)” Happy Holidays, bewegen mit Licht und Liebe. Not going to lie. After reading the reviews, I was a little leery about staying there. But, the place was awesome, ALL the staff was beyond pleasant and happy to see you. Parked in the parking garage, which is attached, was able to walk the sky walk to the Peoria Civic Center. Hotel was very clean, rooms were great. The only con really was the Bar/Bistro area. After the concert, which got done pretty early, we headed back to the hotel. Thought it would be nice to have a drink at the hotel bar and chat before heading up. All the lights were on but no one seemed to appear to wait on us. Stood there for a while, went across the street to Hoops to get a drink. They were packed to say the least so we took our drinks back across the street and finished in the hotel lobby. Someone appeared at the bar at the hotel then, only to close it out for the night. My thoughts were that they lost a lot of money by no one being there to wait on us. Just my opinion. All in all, we loved the hotel, the location, the rooms, the staff and will definitely stay there again.

The hotel does not have it's own parking. You can park at a meter on the street after 5pm or a city-owned parking garage in the back with non-working elevators. Second the hotel staff at the front desk when we checked in did not know the layout of the floors. Third, there was an event which caused them to put the hotel on lockdown and the guests of the hotel were not made aware of this prior to the event. A lot of small children were in our group and were scared because lockdown now means a shooter to them. The hotel staff needs trained in customer service and communication

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and well-kept. The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming; she checked us in quickly. The room was extremely quiet and very comfortable; the bed was especially comfortable ensuring a good night’s sleep. We enjoyed the popcorn in the lobby as a late night snack. The Bistro was open late for food, as well. Tom, the morning clerk, was also friendly and efficient. Thank you.

體驗十分不錯的一家萬豪，酒店洗衣烘乾十分便宜了，停車場也價格實惠，酒店有直通停車場的通道，早餐也是一路下來比較有印象的一家了，有切好的新鮮水果。

Always a fantastic stay ! Great staff! Awesome location, clean beautiful rooms, great view !
