Niemand da war, als wir in der Anlage auftraten. Anrufen und erzählten der Person, dass sie nach Hause für eine Weile gehen musste. Erzählte mir meine Situation mit einem kranken Partner. Wartete auf Parkplatz in über 100 Grad Zeit für ihre Rückkehr etwa 45 Minuten nach der Anrufe. Wir haben in 10 Minuten zuvor geprüft. Nicht was ich für gut Kundenservice halten. Keine Ahnung, ob dies sogar bis zur Grundnorm von Wyndham versprochen den Kunden. War am Ende kein glücklicher Kunde.

Die Lobby war schmutzig und eine schwer gebrannte Kerze war verbrannt (was war es bedeckt?). Die Vordertafelfrau war sehr nett und stellte uns in ein Zimmer entfernt von der Autobahn, wie wir in unserer Buchung gebeten hatten (was offensichtlich war, weil wir einen König gebeten hatten und sie nur auf der Autobahnseite sind). Wir waren angenehmen überrascht, als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Es war frisch gereinigt und schön dekoriert und sauber. Das WLAN war schwer zu schließen und dann waren zunächst keine Daten hinter ihm. Dann war es unsicher und unser Mac sagte nicht sicher zu benutzen. Der Boden der Dusche war Sehr schleifend. Der Fan im Badezimmer war am Lichtschalter und war super laut - es würde die Toten in der Mitte der Nacht wachen. Ein einfacher Ausgleich wäre, sie auf verschiedenen Schaltern zu haben und sogar schöner wäre, ein Duell-/Nachtlicht (3 Schalter). Oder eine Nachtleuchte (ein Ausflug sollte installiert werden) für die Nachtbesuche - keine Schalter nötig. Sie haben einen Kupon für Pancakes in einem lokalen Restaurant angeboten, da ihre Angebote praktisch eine Tasse Kaffee waren. Es ist eines der wenigen Haustiere-free Hotels in Wall.

Nichts angenehm, aber es war sauber, die Leute waren schön, und das Frühstück war gut. Schreckliche Lage, um die Mauer zu besuchen und einen frühen Start in Badlands NP zu bekommen. Nice bed set up for families.... 2 Königinnen plus ein zusätzliches Zwilling haben unsere Familie von 4 von einem zweiten Zimmer behalten.
