Ich war hier für eine Nacht, um am nächsten Morgen einen Flug vom FLL-Flughafen zu nehmen. Deutlich bessere Preise/weniger Punkte als die näher am Flughafen, aber die Fahrt war schnell und einfach - zumindest an einem Sonntagmorgen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Turnpike gut erreichbar. Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Badezimmer war groß, wir konnten alle problemlos darin stehen. ABER keine Tür, die den Toilettenbereich zum Rest des Badezimmers abschließt. Kaum Platz für Toilettenartikel und dergleichen im Waschbeckenbereich. Keine große Sache für eine Nacht, aber wirklich schlechtes Design für Zimmer, die für größere Gruppen oder längere Aufenthalte gedacht sind. Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Gegend drumherum scheint ziemlich neu zu sein, viele Möglichkeiten für Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Nichts begehbar, aber eine kurze Fahrt oder über. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, ungefähr so, wie man es erwarten würde. Sie hatten die eigene Waffelstation.

Wenn Sie Miramar besuchen, Florida. Es ist ein MUSS auf dem Hampton Inn bleiben. Das Serviceniveau, das Sie erleben werden, ist zweit bis niemand! . Lage ideal; Immobilien ist gut gepflegt, Mitarbeiter sind sehr angenehm und immer bereit, zu helfen! Danke für den Besuch, der uns zu einem MEMOREable gemacht hat.

I did a lot of research about hotels in which to stay before our cruise, and settlerd on this propevery. The price was right and I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for years. Our flight was delayed because of the storms in south Florida and so our flight didn’t land until about 10 pm. As soon as we landed, I used the app to check in and everything seemed fine. After getting luggage and rental car, it was after 11:30 when we made it to the hotel. When I tried to check in at the desk the attendant asked if I got the cancellation email. You can imagine my surprise. I opened the app, which showed that I was checked in, giving me the page for the hotel and checked my email- no cancellation notice. The indifferent attendant told me that when they get to a certain percentage of being booked, they start cancelling reservations. When asked, they stated it was at 6pm. Very odd, considering I checked in online at 10. Of course, no rooms were available. Proper communication with me seemed unimportant. You’d be better served to stay at the Home 2 Suites Miramar down the road. Better rates, great beds, good coffee and the breakfast is delicious.

After hazards and unhealthy AIRNB apartment this brand NEW hotel is great place to realized what is true !) hospitality IS. Brand Knew everything. Breakfast hours a little bit early for me !) . But they have coffee and teas all day long ! It's great place to understand that AIRNB customers service doesn't exist at all and how bad AIRNB has now idea what is HOSTPITALITY ! Thanks Hilton !

Omar und sein Personal haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet. In der Tat ging jedes Personal, das wir getroffen haben, oben und darüber hinaus, um uns zu Hause zu fühlen. Fatima war unsere Frühstücksbetreuung und sie erinnerte sich an alle unsere Namen und war sehr aufmerksam zu unserer großen Gruppe.Wir arbeiteten auch mit Ckariza im Verkaufsabteilung und sie war großartig! Sie stellte sicher, dass unsere Gruppe und das Treffenzimmer perfekt waren. Sie war sehr froh, mit zu arbeiten. Es ist nicht oft, dass Sie ein gutes Hotel mit hervorragender Kundenservice finden und wir hier gefunden!

I wanted to give this hotel five start as they are really trying. The staff were wonderful. Welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel has been remodeled I believe, as it is bright, cheerful and clean. New carpets, great design. Location near I-75 and Pines Boulevard. 1/4 mile from Cracker Barrel. The hallways were bright and clean, the room was large and spacious and clean. However, there were a collection of little things that irked me. First, the bed in room 304 was horrible Extremely soft, I mean sink down to the floor soft, with lumps. The elevators made noises and the elevator certification was a year out of date. The bed in the room was right near the window and the air conditioner, which was very loud and changed sounds throughout the night. Since I couldn't sleep on the soft lumpy bed, it didn't bother me as I was awake all night. No soap bars, but bottles attached to the walls. The shower was great, except when you pushed the soap out of the bottle on the wall some would land on the smooth shower floor and if you stepped on it, you became Batman and flew across the bathroom. The breakfast bar was dismal. Scrambled eggs and limp bacon was it for hot food. (Thankfully, I love limp bacon so I was happy.) No waffles or cinnamon buns. Had some bagels, a toaster and cereal. Coffee tasted old. They charge an extra $100 deposit which is something I have not had before at a Holiday Inn Express. They also had a nice pool and an exercise room, as well as a small store next to the check-in counter. No vending machines that I noticed. They had a nice laundry room on the third floor. Not that it matters to most people, but there was no bible in the room. Overall, a bright clean hotel. Just missing the mark in a few areas.

The good - nice hotel located in a good area within driving distances of shopping, restaurants (twin peaks had great food) and parks. Room was very comfortable, microwave, mini fridge, sitting area with 2 queen beds and a balcony Pool was relaxing and felt seclude. Ample parking and seemed to be a very safe area. We were able to checkin early(much appreciated)after getting off a cruise. The bad - there wasn’t a day that went by that someone was smoking pot, cigars and cigarettes on the balconies. The hotel staff was very lax in addressing the issues. Even suggested we move rooms instead. We did ask to speak to management but was told no one is available (we stayed 6 days) and find it strange a facility would not have a manager on staff the whole time. Overall we really liked the hotel and the area, hopefully they will enforce the policies in the future.
