Das Zimmer ist OK, aber nichts Besonderes. Die ”Sie können nicht sagen, wir haben nicht ein Frühstücksbuffet” war eine große Enttäuschung. Eis kalt kocht, trockenes Getreide, instant Oatmeal, Yoghurt, Äpfel(keine Bananen), Mini-Muffins, Granola-Bars und billiges weißes Brot für Toast sind die hohen Lichter. Der Kaffeeservice ist besser in Ihrem Zimmer und die OJ war sauer, so bin ich froh, dass ich meinen Antisud genommen habe. Die TV-Kanäle bestehen aus 20 Lateinkanälen und 52 Musik-Wahl-Kanäle. Es scheint nicht ein Kanalauswahl-Guide entweder gedruckt oder auf dem Bildschirm und der Kanal-Taste funktioniert nicht, so müssen Sie einfach durch Kanäle springen und hoffen, dass Sie Glück haben. Das Zimmer war sauber und die A/C-Wärme funktionierte gut. Es gab eine Alarmkloch, aber das Schließen es schien ein Problem zu sein, so habe ich nicht stören. Die Tischlampen waren schmutzig und könnte eine Upgrade auf die mit USB-Porten und 110v-Outlets verwenden. Es gibt eine Schließband auf dem Desktop, aber es ist fast voll und grausam. Kurz gesagt, ich habe es schlimmer getan, aber ich habe auch weniger bezahlt.

Es war sehr laut. Andere Kunden waren direkt außerhalb unserer Tür, nur wirklich laut. Kann die Flugzeuge hören ✈ abnehmen. Zimmer war angemessen. Badezimmer ist wirklich klein, kein Auspuff-Fan im Badezimmer. Der Verkehr war früh morgens verrückt. Das Wetter war großartig!!

Ich war lear von diesem Hotel, weil es ein Best Western war und der Preis war gut, aber ich war sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Dieses Hotel war schön aktualisiert und EXTREMMEN rein. Es war sehr familienorientiert, Haustierfreundlich und hatte am Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Der Außenbereich war schön gepflegt und sauber und sehr gut gelicht. Es war im Herzen von Stuart Florida in einem sicheren Teil der Stadt. Nahe an Restaurants und das Nachtleben in der Stadt.

Das Hotel ist neu, daher waren die Zimmer schön und sauber und hatten immer noch den Geruch des Neubaus?

The check in front desk clerk (Jill) was not very friendly. I asked her if It was possible to get a king room and she frowned and was like no, then gave my co worker a king room. She acted as if we were getting free rooms, when my company is paying well for us to stay at the hotel. The hotel is on the old style and my bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, there was hair in the tub and they only clean the rooms on the 5th day of your stay so these rooms should be spotless. The Tissue box in my bathroom was also empty. My co workers said that the Hilton Suites 2 was much better, but they were full so my company had to book us here. The morning front desk crew were all very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this one was just mediocre. The breakfast wasn't that good either, the bacon was actually burnt, so you picked it up and besides being black it cracked because it was crispy burnt. Hampton Inn in Stuart needs to upgrade and do better.

I had a wonderful perfect stay! I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am for the week and a half I just spent with you all 🙏. My dad had a housefire, so I have a lot going on up in upstate New York, working seventeen hour days. I really needed to unplug and de-stress, I absolutely was able to do that!!! ! I could not believe how incredibly respectful the staff was, especially in the morning. I live on the road one third of the year, and I have never had the luxury or ability of being able to sleep in, usually because the staff are so noisy going about their business in the morning. Not this place. so incredibly quiet that several mornings I accidentally slept in way past the time I wanted to actually get up, trying not to freak out as I'm looking at the alarm clock indicating it's almost noon because it was just that quiet. I think that's incredible with consideration that the hotel was at 100% occupancy just about the entire time I was there! 👏 I wanted to make it known how incredibly grateful I was to Kayla, who personally oversaw a few aspects of my stay, for example my wanting to extend on two separate occasions. It is very difficult to find people who actually do their job anymore post Covid, most of them seeming to attempt to get away with the bare minimum with respect to their jobs, and how it impacts the hotels I stay in. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a personal matter that I was concerned about was handled perfectly. Post covid, I am quite used to having to double check after people, however, I dare say my concerns had been handled brilliantly, with that old familiar level of professionalism that we all took for granted pre-Covid, where every i dotted and t crossed! So very rare to come across such exceptional levels of professionalism these days, let alone a complete stranger, choosing to go the extra mile for me!! Management material right there!! For this random act of kindness, I had expressed how truly grateful I was to Kayla, who was so humble about it all. I'm pretty sure she was the only one on duty throughout the night, and still took on my personal matter for me, despite all her other many tasks, she demonstrated nothing more than authentic sincerity and gratitude of her being able to be there for me. Such an honor and privilege to come across such a remarkable human being!! 🙏🙏🙏
