I will be very honest , READ : Never ever chose this ugly hotel and the worse customer service . You will see inexpensive price , but later the ask for $120 extra at the front desk , and the girl at the front desk is so rude like the manager . Plus at the room , the bathroom wasn’t clean , have a soap from someone else. And the lamps don’t work ! The most horrible experience for $200 dollars . Please pay little extra and enjoy your night in other hotel . I did , next day I leave to another beautiful place 😅 El anuncio del hotel puede ser económico pero es mentira . Te cobran todo al llegar $100 de depósito más $20 dólares más para ellos . La atención de la chica y la manager está muy lejos de tener servicio al cliente . Ya que son antipáticas y muy rudas . El cuarto al comienzo creo que estaba bien pero no . Las lámparas tenían cortado los enchufes 🔌 y el baño estaba sucio con jabón de alguna otra persona . Cuando le fui a decir a la manager que faltaban las almohadas y que el baño estaba sucio , me dijo que no era verdad . WowW ! Atención al cliente . NO VAYAN AL HOTEL ! Después no digan que no les avise !

Wir hatten vor kurzem eine Veranstaltung im Golf Club. Es war ein Schießen für ein TV Commercial eigentlich, wo wir eine Hochzeit zu planen brauchten. Dana war wunderbar. Sie war super responsiv und aufmerksam. Ich weiß, dass es eine Herausforderung war, weil wir typischerweise nicht die Luxus von Monaten haben zu planen. Ich denke, wir gab ihr nur eine Woche oder zwei Anzeige. Trotz der schnellen Umdrehung gab sie uns alles, was wir für eine erfolgreiche Produktion benötigten, und sie war eine Freude. Sie organisierte das Personal, um für unsere Crew zu kümmern sowie das Essenszimmer zu kleiden, um wie eine Hochzeitsrezeption zu sehen. Es war schön. Dana und ML Golf Club werden nächstes Mal oben auf meiner Liste stehen, wenn wir etwas ähnliches schießen müssen. Ich kann ihr nicht genug empfehlen.

Was here for a little escape with my wife. 4 days of sightseeing in Miami. People working at the hotel did their job well. Didn’t feel they went overboard being friendly but definitely helped when needed. Room was spacious, cleaned each day, a/c is awesome. Hotel is really close to all the important spots you might want to go for sightseeing. Farthest I drove from there was about 30 minutes with traffic to Miami Beach. The rest of the popular places are within 20 minutes approximately so that’s really good. 12 minutes from the airport also. Really good in terms of distance. If I had to pick something that wasn’t great is the area. No way I would walk around in the area but the hotel is fine. It’s an oasis in the area so wasn’t affected at all If you’ve never been to Miami, it is horrible for parking and really expensive anywhere you go so arriving at a hotel after a long day of sightseeing and being able to just drive in, park and go rest is really great. No extra fee for the hotel parking. There are a lot of hotels where you have to search for somewhere to park in the area and pay a pretty high fee daily so please Holiday Inn, don’t change that!! Big positive!

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

Aus verschiedenen Hotels ist mein Mann und ich hier geblieben, mit ein paar kleinen Dingen zu berücksichtigen ist ziemlich gut. Es hat eine gute Lage direkt von einer großen Autobahn. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, die nicht so weit sind, aber Sie werden es anstatt zu gehen fahren wollen. Der Pool ist draußen und es ist eine gute Größe für ein Hotel. Überraschend, das Frühstück umfasste frische, geschrotet Eier, Bacon und Fleisch, das Sie nicht oft in den Hotels. Glutenfrei sein, besonders geschätzt! Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig und die Betten waren bequem. wo wir mit der Sauberkeit des Badezimmers in einigen Bedenken liefen, könnte man sagen, dass die Tube älter geworden ist. Ich kann das Fernsehen anschalten, aber es gab keine Kabel oder Satelliten angeschlossen, so dass, wenn wir nicht unsere iPads, wir hätten keine Unterhaltung für das Wochenende. Unser Klimaanlage auch für eine Zeit stoppen, also in Miami, das war auch eine Sorge. Für etwas nahe und bequem wäre dies eine Wahl, aber wenn Sie mehr Fanzier wollen, können Sie sich an anderer Stelle ansehen.
