Zunächst ist das Hotel nicht das gleiche Hotel in den Bildern sehr betrügend. Zweitens habe ich eine Erstattung wegen eines sehr unzufriedenen Aufenthalts beantragt. Das SWAT-Team war da und setzte Flash Bombs aus und hatte das K-9 Team ankommt um 3 AM meine erste Nacht dort zu bleiben. Sie verweigerten diese Erstattung mit dem Wort „Nichts geschehen“ Es war auf den Nachrichten und es scheint nicht das erste Mal, dass das SWAT-Team in diesem Hotel auftreten musste. Meine Sicherheit wurde gefährdet und sie sagten „Nichts geschehen“. Ich glaube nicht, dass das SWAT-Team und K-9-Team dort gewesen wären, wenn „Nichts passiert ist“. Der Hotelmanager Alana glaubt, dass sie das Recht hat, Ihnen zu sagen, wie sicher Sie sich in einer hohen Stresssituation gefühlt haben. Sie sagte, ich habe für diese Art von Erfahrung bezahlt. Ich war während meines Aufenthalts schwer schwanger, so dass es ein Gesundheitsrisiko war, dass ich in einer hohen Stresssituation sein. Das SWAT-Team hat diesen Ort mehr als einmal besucht! Drittens gibt es ein Wohnfreies Camp direkt neben der Parkgarage, wo sie leichten Zugang zu Gästefahrzeugen aufgrund der riesigen Öffnungen gegenüber den Zugbahnen, wo das Camp liegt. Es scheint nicht wie eine sehr sichere Lage und ich werde definitiv nie wieder hier bleiben. Wenn Sie Ihre Sicherheit schätzen, werden Sie auch nicht hier bleiben. Parken ist eine ihrer Einrichtungen, aber sie behaupten, es ist nicht von ihrem Hotel abgesehen. Es ist ihre Parkgarage, aber sie haben keine Kontrolle über sie.

Very clean, and friendly staff, as others have mentioned. Truly excellent blackout shade on the window, quite unusual in any hotel. The odd numbered rooms face four lanes of I-5 and are so close to the freeway that you can read the license plates, so be sure to ask for an even numbered room, which faces the entrance to the hotel but is far quieter. There are a few downsides. The breakfasts are not special, but there are no restaurants within walking distance, so it serves the purpose. The hotel is easy to find from the I-5 exit ramps, but if you are arriving from downtown via 14th, the county's signage is very poor, and it's easy to end up back on I-5 unintentionally. Finally, although the property is reasonably new and well maintained, the furnishings are, well, cheap. The prefab shower looks like something from Motel 6. I'm aware that the Garden Inn is designed to be at the bottom level of Hilton properties, but at rack rates of more than $200 nightly, I had hoped for something a bit better.

What a wonderful experience we had in Olympia! The only regret is that we only booked for one night. The hotel is located just off the highway south of the city of Olympia. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, with hot water and complimentary Starbucks freshly roasted coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with a clear introduction to the hotel and all the necessary assistance we needed.

Pros - they actually had a towel rack near the sink. Many hotels are forgoing this for some reason. The towels themselves where very plush, and the coffee maker can provide two cups of coffee simultaneously. Cons - Extremely poor design of the shower. In order to turn the water one, and it starts cold, very cold, there is no way to turn it on unless you’re STANDING IN THE SPRAY!! The shower has two glass panels one is a glass wall and one is a door. Of course, the solid glass panel is the one next to the spigot. The only way to reach the spigot is to get into the shower and turn it on and there is no way to predict where the water is going to hit and the nozzle is to high up to reach for most people. As a result you get to start your day with a nice cold blast of water from head to toe! But don’t worry this is in lieu of coffee. They do provide coffee in the room but if you go down to the lobby after 9:30AM there is no coffee. Period! Most hotels provide coffee in the lobby throughout the day – not this one and if you don’t have your tail feathers down in the lobby by 9:30AM you are SOL. We booked this hotel to stay their New year’s eve night and New year’s morning the maid decides it’s a grand idea to knock on our door at 9AM in the morning to see if we need service!! There are signs all over the room stating if you need service you have to let them know otherwise, they won’t bother you. Apparently, this does not apply to the day of check out even though checkout is at noon and it was a Saturday and New Year’s day to boot. I called and complained about it and was told – well you should have put your sign out that you were not to be deserved. And I replied that is absolutely no excuse given the date and that check out is not until noon! I will not be coming back and would recommend not staying here unless you like cold showers, no coffee, and being waken up early by the maid. FYI that this hotel also requires that you pay for parking and breakfast.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, die geografische Lage ist sehr gut, am Rande der Straße 5, aber nicht so gut.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Tumwater Olympia Inn. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great! The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub room was clean, and the workout room was full of top-of-the-line machines and the temperature in the room was nice and cool! All in all, a great experience.
