This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in Bricktown for spring break and it was a central location to everything we wanted to do- about 15 minutes from everything outside of Bricktown. There is no free parking. We chose to do the valet for $34 a night, but there is a parking lot across the street for the same price. Our first night of valet was comped because it took over 30 minutes for us to get our car. We didn't have an issue after that. The hotel room was average. I suggest you bring your own pillows. Our 5 year old twin boys slept on the pull-out couch, but they are pretty easy going. Breakfast was also average. We stayed 2 nights and they had variations each morning. The pool was big but NOT HEATED. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but man was it chilly! The spa was also large and clean. Our twins had a great time swimming and it was the highlight of our trip :)

GGuest UserUm Mittag kam er oder so und James war sehr hilfreich bei der Eincheckung. Als Spire Elite wurde ich auf eine Suite upgradiert. Diese Suite hat etwas, das ich selten sehen kann: ein Deckfans im Sitzbereich. Ein sehr schönes Merkmal, mit AC zu gehen (es war fast 100 Grad draußen an einem Punkt!). schwacher Wasserdruck war das einzige schlechte Sache über das Zimmer. Voll Frühstück, gut zu sehen, da einige Standorte noch langsam zu rollen. Die Nachbarschaft ist so rund um die Gegend, aber Sie haben einfachen Zugang zu I-35 und I-40 sowie in der Innenstadt nur zwei oder drei Meilen entfernt.

The is a new nice beautiful and modern hotel. We certainly enjoyed staying there. The bathroom is quite nice and modern, The shower is a rain type with plenty of water raining on top of your head. I’m really very pleased, this was my second stay there., and I will stay there again & again when I m in the area. I can’t end this without mentioning the price, which is very affordable even for me.

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGastnutzerDies ist eine ältere Lage. Das Badezimmer Fliesen war viele Male repariert worden. Es lag Müll auf dem Halleboden - ich sah Haushalter im Stock, aber die Müll war noch Stunden später bis zum nächsten Tag. Das Frühstück war kalt. Nicht Zimmerzeit, sondern kalt. Eier, Bacon, Kuchen. Orangensaft wurde gewässert und ungeschmacklich. Enttäuscht. Nicht die HGI, die wir lieben und erwarten.

Hotel is clean and nice. The lobby is vey inviting and has a little water feature thing. The rooms were nice and clean as well. The problem is the beds are hard as a rock. I woke up and I was so sore. I have only been to one other hotel was such hard beds and I travel allot. The other issue is the hotel is located right off the highway and so there is not much close. We had to drive about 10 min south to find food. It's just in a bad location even if it is a nice hotel. Also the hot tub was not working while there and I heard another guest get upset because she had called specifically asking if the hot tub was working as they wanted to use it and were told it was fine. I am going back to OKC in a few months and I will clearly not stay here.

We just got here, and the best part so far is the check in. The desk clerk has the best personality! Upon walking around the corner to my room I was hit with the strong smell of ****. I’m not against people doing it I just don’t want it hitting me in my face where I’m going to sleep. Also you can hear everything from upstairs. I’m not in the best health right now, so praying that I’m able to rest well the next two days. I will edit this after I leave if the stay turned out to be good.

GGuest UserDas einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass ich ein Raucherzimmer reserviert hatte, aber als wir ankamen, sagte der Mann, der uns eincheckte, es sei kein Raucherzimmer und würde uns nicht in ein Raucherzimmer bringen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir wussten, dass es Raucherzimmer gibt. Ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

JJordan YoungDas Zimmer selbst war gut, neben dem Rauchalarm, das ausging, als der Dampf aus der Dusche, die ich genommen habe, ausging. Ich konnte erst nach der Dusche zu ihm kommen, und es ging für die meisten Zeit aus. Es gab Autos im Parkplatz, die super laut Musik spielen, und es gab einen Mann außerhalb meines Fensters, der auf seinem Auto von ca. 3 bis ca. 7 Uhr arbeitet. Ich werde nicht wieder auf dieser Stelle bleiben, ziemlich enttäuschend.

Sstaceyvb7Mein Freund und ich blieben während der Familie in OKC für Xmas besucht. Sofort beim Einchecken gab es keine natürliche Person am Büro und ich wartete wahrscheinlich 5 Minuten, bevor wir gegrüßt wurden. Dann wurde uns die falsche Zimmernummer beim Einchecken erzählt. Nach dem Eingang in unser Zimmer bemerkten wir, dass eine der Kissen in der Mitte des Bettes ohne Kissenkabine war und die Kissen auf ihr große gelbe Farben hatten. Das Badezimmer hatte Schmutz auf dem Boden und die Dusche hatte mehrere verschwundene Haare auf der Duschewand und Ruhe auf dem Deckel. Handtücher hatten schwarze/braune Farben auf ihnen. Eines unserer Fenster schloss nicht die ganze Straße und der Tempel war in den 30er und 40er Jahren in der Nacht. Nicht sicher, ob es eine COVID-Einschränkung ist, aber es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer oder stören Sie nicht das Zeichen. Das Bett war extrem fest. Das einzige positive über das Hotel war, dass es Haustiere freundlich und etwa eine Meile von meiner Familie. Ich werde nicht wieder bleiben und würde niemanden empfehlen, hier zu bleiben.
