Nicht wie die Grauheit des Ortes. Hallen waren grau, Teppiche grau, Zimmer war grau. Nicht zu fragen. Neben dem Dekor war das Zimmer ok, außer der Ak-Einheit war ein wenig laut. Die Betten waren komfortabel und es gab ein schönes TV im Zimmer mein Junge sah ein Disney-Film im Badezimmer war modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend für die meisten. Es wäre schön, wenn sie Beeren Topper für die Waffeln. Yoghurt war eine günstige Marke . Bagels wurden nicht gefüllt, wie es die gekühlte Fruchtsalat war. Keine Walnüsse auf dem Buffet oder etwas Besonderes. Sie hatten eine Dusche am Pool, die schön war und sie legten zusätzliche Handtücher im Zimmer auf meine Anfrage. Dies war am Freitag Abend im Rücken des Hotels ziemlich gut geblieben.

Das Hotel kann nicht so alt sein (Vielleicht 5 Jahre) und der Bau ist schockiert. Wir haben ein ADA-kompatibles Zimmer, das war gut, aber es war nicht s/up für eine nicht behinderte Person. Keine Handtücher in der Badezimmer (Man könnte die Griffbaren verwenden) und keine Hüfte auf der Rückseite der Tür. Die Fliesengrotte fehlte, um einige Fliesen loszuwerden. Der Duschekopf kam aus der Wand. Der Handtücher in der Treppe war abzuspalten. UND .... Nach unserer ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer ohne unsere Handtücher ersetzt, die gut war, als wir sie aufhängen. Nach der 2. Nacht und hinterlassen unsere übliche Kostenlosigkeit auf der Kissen ...Die GRATIS war VERSTÄNDIG, unsere Taschentücher wurden leer, aber nichts anderes! Ich habe es an das Frontdesk berichtet, dass uns entschuldigte und uns reine Handtücher ausgestellt. Sie sagte, sie würde es dem Haushalter ...we nichts davon hören. Debris blieb am Boden der Halle die ganzen 4 Tage da waren. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Worst experience I've ever had staying in a Marriott hotel. Checked in by two confused employees who felt the need to remind me that they were fully booked even though I had a reservation. She wrote the room number on the room key envelope and told me I was on the 3rd floor and they had breakfast in the morning. She did not verbally tell me my room number or where the elevators were. No big deal tho because as I stated, I saw her write it on the room key envelope. What was a big deal was they had no wifi this night so we could not stream movies in my room. I called down to the front desk and was pretty much told I'm SOL (S*** OUT OF LUCK). They stated they had a wifi issue earlier in the day and had someone going around to the rooms without service to fix them, but he was now gone so there was nothing they could do. That was it..No solution, no help, no care. I got this room specifically to get my fiance away from the kids and binge netflix shows, now my main purpose for doing this isn't even available. You would think this was something they would give you heads up on at CHECK IN. But let me continue, there was a group of people outside under our window loudly talking and drinking well past 2AM. Along with stomping and running from the kids that were clearly just above us. So not having a TV or streaming capability was really an issue as we couldn't sleep in the loud room. Oh yeah I didn't mention not only was the wifi not working, we had one tv that just turned on at 1am while we were laying in the bed and would not turn off. The other tv would respond to the remote but would only loop the Marriott Bonvoy advertisement, no other channels available. I took a chance on Fairfield By Marriott because it's only two years old but I would NEVER come here again due to the service. Full charge without full amenities. REFUND REQUESTED
