Diese Anforderung ist immer noch erfüllt. Die ursprünglichen Hygiene-Personen sind nicht im Hotel. Es gibt auch wenige Sorten für Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist nicht 24 Stunden. Ich wechsele das Hotel, wenn ich zurückkomme und das Kind holt.

This is only for the restaurant, not the hotel. We had one of the worst experiences at the bar and restaurant at the Hotel Northampton. We walked up to a nearly empty bar and the bartender barked ”and what do you want?” without looking up at us. As we were ordering, she walked away. She came back and said ”well?” We again ordered two simple drinks, and she brought them to us without a word or a smile or any eye contact. She put them on the counter, went back to print our the receipt and tossed it to us from a few feet away. As we walked to the patio with our drinks, she yelled (and I do mean yelled) ”where are you going? You can not take any drinks outside.” She was so loud the diners in the place all became silent and looked up. The staff member at the front door came over to us, acutely aware of how loud and uncalled for this was. She said we could, in fact, take the drinks outside, but it had to be to a small section of the patio, away from the diners. We followed her instructions only to find that all the chairs in this little section were tethered and bolted to each other and to the tables, so we could not even sit down. When asked about this she said ”I said you could use the patio, I didn't say you could sit down.” At that point we chugged our drinks standing right there in the dining room, and sat the empties on a stranger's table, and left. Never will set foot in there again.

Wirtschaftlich praktisch, sauber kleines Stadthotel, das Zimmer hat eine Mikrowelle, kein Warmwasserschrank, das Bett ist sehr groß, die beste Familie in der Nähe der Smith College. Obwohl das Frühstück vorhanden ist, kann man ignorieren, der Kaffee ist sehr sauer und nicht sauer!

Meine Tochter und ich brauchten einen Ort, um für eine Woche während der Weihnachtssaison in Northampton, MA zu bleiben. Wir sind so dankbar, dass wir das Quality Inn und Suites wählen. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich, freundlich, professionell und hilfreich. Die Betten waren erstaunlich: komfortable mit mehr als genug Kissen und Schleifen. Die zwei Zimmersuite war großzügig in Größe, Zubehör und Möbel. Es gab sogar einen Feuerplatz im Zimmer!! Dass man sich im Urlaubszeitraum von Haus zu Hause entfernt hätte, war schwierig, aber diese Anlage hat die Saison mit dem Feuer, dem Schnee außerhalb des Fensters und den freundlichen Gesichtern, die uns jeden Tag grüßten, verbessert. Dieser Raum war für uns eine wahre Segen! Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Genügend nahe der Stadt, dass wir zu Restaurants und Geschäften gehen können, aber weit genug, um sich aus dem Zentrum zu fühlen. Unsere Wassertemperatur im Dusch musste angepasst werden, und Dan und John waren nicht nur bereit und bereit, das Problem zu lösen, sondern waren freundlich und professionell, da sie die Temperatur perfekt machten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal war angenehmen und bereit, uns mit allen Bedürfnissen, wieder mit Lächeln und professionellen Manieren zu helfen. Obwohl das neue Fairfield Inn direkt neben der Tür ist, bin ich so dankbar, dass wir das Quality Inn wählen. Der Preis war auch perfekt, da wir 7 Tage zu bleiben, es brach nicht die Bank. Sie renovieren also ein neues Pool-Gebiet war gerade unten im Halle und sie haben Waschbecken auf den Treppen. Ich möchte auch bemerken, dass ich sehr sicher fühlte. Da wir zwei Frauen allein sind, ohne ein Fahrzeug, war es eine Sorge. Das Büro hat einen vollständigen Blick auf alle Zimmer und die Sicherheit war offensichtlich eine Priorität. Ich werde feststellen, dass der Kaffee nicht das Beste war, das ich je gegessen habe, aber ein DD ist direkt über die Straße für jemanden mit einer mehr gepflegten Kaffeepalette. Die Lobby hat den ganzen Tag Getränke und das für die Frühstücksbar zuständige Personal war oben, um es sauber und gelagert zu halten. Meine Familie wird dies eine Routine auf unserem Weg von PA bis VT machen, da es ein perfekter Ort war, eine Nacht, zwei und eine Woche zu verbringen. Second time I have stayed here and it is a great option if you want to be convenient to both Amherst and Northampton (or even South Hadley) as it's in the middle of everything. Easy drive to all the 5 colleges/towns. Plenty of free parking and you can even catch the PVTA right next to the hotel if you don't want to drive around. Room was huge, modern and well-maintained. We also were happy to be able to do laundry here (reasonably priced coin-op including detergent, change available at front desk), a nice perk when on a road trip. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn, with a good selection of waffles, bagels, fresh fruit etc. Common areas were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There's even an indoor pool and a gym. Good value for the money. We will always have this place in mind when visiting the area!

This is a nice, non-chain hotel. Lobby was inviting, rooms were large, bed was comfy, heat was quiet, bathroom was fine. We saw an indoor pool and a small workout room. We did not use the facilities as we just stayed because we were caught in a snowstorm. Breakfast was buffet style and with limited seating so I don't know what it is like when the hotel is busy. Food quality was not outstanding so don't expect a phenomenal breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and the price was good, of course it was January at a facility that clearly is set-up for events.

The hotel was located perfectly on the main ***** but was very quiet and relaxing. It is across the street from Walmart and quite a few shopping stores. Restaurants are very close by. Texas Roadhouse is two minutes drive up the street. The room was very cozy and provided everything you need for the stay. Nice living room space and full kitchen. Breakfast was very good. A few added items other than the basic continental. The pastry were very fresh. We not use the pool or exercise room but they were both nice. The pool isn’t a very large one.
