Ich blieb hier für einen schnellen Aufenthalt, bevor ich aus dem Flughafen Cleveland fliege. Ich habe mein Mietwagen im Mietwagenzentrum abgelassen und das Hotel angerufen. Sie schickten den Shuttle, um mich zu holen. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und erzählte mir viel über die Geschichte von Cleveland. Innerhalb des Hotels ist ein typischer Hof, sehr sauber mit einem großen TV im Zimmer. Als ich angemeldet wurde, fragten sie, wann ich den Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen nehmen würde. Ich bin am nächsten Morgen für einen einfachen Flughafentransfer auf meinen Flug angekommen.

Sie sind alle gut, der Service ist gut und der Shuttle ist sehr praktisch. Halten Sie sich warm und holen Sie mich bei der Autovermietung ab, um mich im Hotel abzuholen. Die Rezeption hat mir bei vielen Problemen geholfen.

I was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. So as I was standing there already exhausted and

Oh my god don’t get me started. Black sh** comes from the sink and tub as ur using them. The sink takes about half an hour to drain and the tub will have your ankles submerged in dirty water as you shower. I paid for the Deluxe suite online and was asked for a 50 dollar deposit when I arrived, I recently stayed at a comfort in and it did not have me do that and many other places the same thing. Maintenance came 20 minutes before check out when I intentionally called for help hours after check in the day before. Maintenance comes in and proceeds to use chemicals in the sink that burn your eyes and nose and only tells us to leave after a chemical reaction occurs and smoke comes from the . I asked for the manager at check out and was told they were not there and should expect a call by next week. Maintenance guy was very polite as well as the morning desk attendant that I interacted with but overall bad experience.

Basic hotel room, with kitchenette. Utensils kept at office, presumably to prevent losses. Room was quite clean, fairly up to date. Hot water slow to start, but plentiful when up to speed. As an elder, wished there were grab bars in bathtub. Don't need them yet, but nice to know they COULD be available. Ventilation system works flawlessly, keeps room cool in summer, assuredly warm in winter. Bed was way too soft and mushy. Like sleeping in jello. Like the recliner chair. Very comfortable. Kitchen is nice, being with diet restrictions, I can eat responsibly, when needed. Note that grocery is walkable. Shopping mall nearby, as well as public mass transit. Many fine dining choices nearby, freestanding, or at mall.

Decided to spend the night last minute after driving 1.5 hours to north Olmsted to buy a car. This was the only well rated hotel pet friendly nearby. Plus we normally stay at Hilton properties anyways. First off $164 AAA rate seemed high. Second shortly after getting into the room we notice sweaty yellowed pillows and streaks of something running down the wall beside the bed. We went to front desk and told them. Maintenance comes checks it out and says it's verified you guys didn't make the mess and cleaning should have done a better job. NO one offered to move our room, made us sleep in the dirty room. Did not offer compensation. We check out the next morning and complain about the problem and the fact no one offered a compensation or change of room and there were more rooms. The front desk on duty said ”there was nothing they could do and the manager wouldn't be in for 2 days” No manager for days is only part of the problem!!
