Mein Flug wurde abgebrochen und ich war drei Stunden von zu Hause, so dass der Flughafen Pittsburgh/United Airlines ein Shuttle zu diesem Hotel und Gutscheinzahlungen lieferte. Ich traf einen harten Büro-Gewerkschaftsmitglied, aber Herr PATEL hat die Situation richtig gemacht. Er ist ein sehr nettes Mann, und so ist seine Frau. Wenn Sie Probleme haben, werden sie sie richtig machen. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben. Und das Bett ist sauber und komfortabel.

Place may be a bit dated, but so what. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything was in working order, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish I caught the name of the young lady with glasses working the front desk when we checked in that evening. She was excellent. Saturday morning breakfast was an added bonus. Will stay here again.

Finally - after years, they have (almost) finished the renovation and brought the hotel to Marriott standards. Only the elevators are still a WIP. As a result, the rooms are standard Marriott and pretty decent from a hard goods standpoint (although I've already had problems with the outlets not working, etc.). Now the bad news: (1) Foremost, they overbook and DO NOT guarantee your room reservation (albeit if you don't show up, they will charge you a night as a ”no show.” Our company has spent several hundred nights there and we had a new employee show up only to be told - ”sorry, we're overbooked, try the Comfort Inn across the street.” Seriously??? One, overbooking should never happen. Second, when it does, they should at least often to call a comparable hotel and often to put the person there (although see point 2 - maybe the Comfort is comparable). It's just one of many indications how bad this management company is. (2) The housekeeping is beyond bad and the front desk indifferent. On the first night, i went in to take a shower only to realize there were ZERO bath towels. I had to use a hand towel to dry off. I mentioned it to the front desk and the classic answer was ”how many towels do you need?” ONE WOULD BE NICE! I've stayed in thousands of hotel rooms in my lifetime - never had one until now that lacked a bath towel. Further, the room was not cleaned. I noticed in the shower there were extremely long hairs on the shower wall - clearly not mine. I could go on - don't bother complaining, management will write some note that they will address whatever the problem du jour is and they won't. This management company is sub-par and below Marriott standards. Unfortunately, there is not much competition in the area, but recommend looking elsewhere. I know our Company is going to discuss moving elsewhere due to the continued problems (this was just the most recent visit).

Room was comfortable and clean. Location convenient to airport and reason why I booked the night. Close proximity to restaurants. Wyndham reward member and used my points to stay for free. I have been staying in hotels since Aug 1 traveled from St Pete Beach FL with stops throughout GA, TN, KY, IN and PA. Enjoyed this hotel the most as compared to Red Roof, Days Inn and Super 8- they all add up and can't stay at the Hilton for a travel job for nursing when I'm all over. Would recommend and definitely stay again!!
