Great location! Great views from our room-417. Very friendly staff. Room and bed very comfortable. Had all we needed. I didnt give it a 5 star review because of the lighting in the room. There were 4 lamps in the room but no overhead lights. The lamps were just ok-i had to keep putting my suitcase on the bed very close to side table lamp to see what i was looking for. Also, bathroom very low lighting. Was not easy to do hair and makeup. There is a full length mirror outside bathroom across from clothes rack/iron board with a highhat light in ceiling over the mirror but unless I was standing directly under it, it was not ample enough. The lighting is my only negative about the hotel. I would stay there again.

We were at the hotel for a wedding and our family occupied 7 rooms. When reservations were made for our party, we asked if we could reserve a room or the bar facility for an event during our stay. We were told yes, and that was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. Weeks before our stay, we were informed that the bar (still advertised on this facility's website), would not be open, so we had to make other plans at the last minute. As we spoke to local people around Williamstown in our search for another venue, one store owner told us ”They never had a bar. They never got a liquor license. They lied to you to get your reservations.” The rug in my room was stained and dirty -- about 20 square feet of marks and dirt overall. There were various sticky materials embedded in some stains; others were caked up with a white powdery material (maybe some stain remover that was never vacuumed up?). When I brought the problem to the attention of staff at the desk, the staff member said that they had cleaned the rug professionally. I told him it was still dirty, that I could flake white powdery stuff off the surface of the rug and scratch sticky stuff out of some stains with my hand. (See photos included in this review.) I asked for some rug cleaning materials and a vacuum. The response was that ”It's not going to get any better.” I was traveling with my elderly father who needed an extra blanket or a comforter. When I asked staff at the front desk, I was told none were available. They then said housekeeping were doing laundry and could provide something when we were done. I waited in the lobby about 40 minutes when someone brought out 3 thin cotton coverlets. I said we needed something warm, like a comforter. She said none were available, so I gave my father my comforter. And I could go on... reservations were mixed up, etc., etc., etc. This place is clearly understaffed and the staff who are there are inexperienced. Ultimately, this is a management issue -- the overtaxed staff are not to blame. Stay away!!!

This motel is on Route 2 as you enter Williamstown from the east. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean but a little bit dark, at least on the first floor. The bed was quite comfortable. Overall, it's a good basic motel if you plan to be out and about. There is a pool in the back, but we did not use it. The wonderful thing here is the continental breakfast included in the price. They serve several varieties of fresh organic fruit, including multiple varieties of berries, apple, pears, dates, clementines, bananas etc. They also have yogurt, milk and almond milk, cereal, nuts English muffins and bagels and muffins from Panera. Coffee, juice and water too. It's very wholesome.

Members of our hiking club stayed at Maple Terrace for a week at the end of September and enjoyed every moment of it. They are located in the heart of the northern Berkshires with very comfortable accommodations and a spacious lawn area with a fire pit which is perfect for gathering after group activities. Most important, we received the kind of attentive and caring service that only a family-owned business can provide.

Dieses Hotel muss gekommen sein, um Willems College zu sehen. . . Direkt neben dem College befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Peterpan direkt vor dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch ist. An dem Tag, an dem ich dort war, hat es geregnet und es war sehr kalt. Eine Klimaanlage ist zu dieser Zeit nutzlos. Es heizt nicht und ich weiß nicht, wie der Winter ist. Das Hotel bietet kostenloses Frühstück, ein paar normale Dinge: Würstchen, Eier, Brot, Milch, Müsli, darüber kann man satt essen. Abendessen kann bestellt werden, die Ebene ist voll, wegen starkem Regen, kann nur im Hotel gegessen werden, der Preis ist nicht niedrig, normal. Die Zimmer sind natürlich alt und klein, aber sie entsprechen dem gekennzeichneten Bereich.Diese Art von Hotel in den USA muss alt sein. Es soll das einzige Hotel im Ort sein, die anderen heißen Motels. Die äußere Umgebung ist natürlich gut, voller Grün. Um diese Stadt herum gibt es viele Berge.
