Do not stay here. Save yourself the trouble and book at another hotel in the area. We didn't make it ten minutes before returning the room key and finding another property in town. Before sharing our experience, I would like to thank IHG for the refund. We booked with points, and we're afraid it would be nonrefundable, despite the hotel not following through on basic necessities. Here's why no one - absolutely no one - should stay here: the hotel is filthy. Really gross. Nasty. The check in process was weird, but easy enough although we should have been alarmed when they didn't ask for ID. We were given a room on the 4th floor. The hotel has clearly been renovated within the last 2 years (modern furniture with minimal scuffing) but somehow the carpet is already stained. It looked like maybe there was gum on the carpet? That could be overlooked, but everything was sticky. It was bizarre. There were sticky stains on the walls. The floors were sticky. The microwave was sticky. It's like someone sprayed a soft drink over every surface and never bothered to wipe it down. Which was nasty but the worst part is the toilet didn't flush. And when we masked for a different room, not only was the clerk indifferent but the second toilet did not flush either. That room had sticky floors as well. I'm not sure what was happening or has transpired in those rooms, but we didn't hang out. The clerk at the front desk didn't seem surprised by any of this, but wasn't especially accommodating either (not sure what she could have done?) and I have never been happier to leave a hotel. While I should have known when we walked into the smell of vomit that this wasn't the best option, we actually chose this property due to the positive reviews. My goal right now is to save someone the same trouble.

Alles ist perfekt außer Zimmerservice. Frühstück ist der beste Teil. Und der Kaffee ist ganzen Tag für Gäste und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Lebensmittelplätze wirklich nahe. Ich hop neben der Tür. Goldener Korallen ist über die Straße.

I used TripAdvisor when planning a recent road trip, and chose this hotel based on positive review comments and ratings. The location was easy to find on GPS, just off a main highway, but far enough away to avoid highway noise. My wife and I were very impressed with the physical spaces throughout. The facility was well-designed in every way, from the recessed ice machine in the hallway and the elevator recessed sideways into the wall to minimize hallway noise, to the luggage cart storage space near the front desk, keeping the entrance clear. The room was equally well-designed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. Our room was modern and clean, and there were plenty of options throughout for charging electronics. WIFI worked well, as did the large TV. The shower was unique and very nice. The breakfast area is spacious and the offerings were typical for Choice Hotels...nothing fancy, but very convenient. We're glad we chose this place for our Sunday overnight stay, and we think you'll be pleased, too.

3351patmPretty nice hotel. Location is great. It’s right off the interstate. Has an IHoP across the parking lot plus a large mall across the street with lots of eating places. Staff was super friendly. The property is older but looks like it was renovated within the last couple of years. Room was clean and A/C worked great. Our room only had a shower but that’s what we wanted. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast. Hotel has laundry and exercise room available. Only negative thing was noise. Walls are thin and there was noise from adjoining rooms and from outside. All rooms open to the outside so I expected the outside noise. Overall, for the price, you can’t beat it.

BBrtravelMeine Reise war am Wochenende vom 4. Juli! Sehr beschäftigt! Das Hotel hatte eine Politik, nur die Handtücher zu ändern und wenn der Gast zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie das Bett, die Reinigung des Bodens und das Zimmer (Sand) benötigt, muss der Gast einen Antrag stellen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es sich um eine lange Politik oder nur bei beruflich Zeiten handelt, aber ich möchte die ganze Zeit die volle Service haben, besonders wenn das Hotel am Strand vor ist und unvermeidlich Sand auf Kleidung, Handtücher und Schuhe haben.
Sie haben eine gute Arbeit mit der Unterhaltung für die Kinder gemacht. Viel Aktivitäten im Pool. PS: Der Schwimmbad ist im Grunde für die Kinder - keine ganze Zeit für Erwachsene. Nun, es ist Juli!!!

GGuest UserKleine Frage, aber nach 550 Meilen Fahrt gehen und fragte, ob der Kaffee den ganzen Tag serviert wurde und ja gesagt wurde, so ging ich über, um eine Tasse zu bekommen, aber der Decaffe war aus, keine große Sache. Es war sehr kalt, so dass die Heiz-/Ak-Einheit angepasst und schnell nach Hause gelassen. Hatte ein Thermostat auf Einheit auf 76 gesetzt, aber als wir ins Zimmer gingen, um zurück zu kommen, war es heiß. Wieder einstellen, um zu kühlen und in ein paar Stunden war es wirklich kalt. Das war nur der Anfang. Eingangslichtschalter funktionierte nicht richtig und wurde in der Umkehr gedreht und dann musste der Schalter von unten aus drücken, um das Licht aufzufangen. Erlebte eine zweite Nacht von Wärme und Kälte, bevor sie sich veränderten oder Zimmer am Thanksgiving Morgen. Kontrollierte Wärme und funktionierte richtig so aus gingen wir. Ich kam zurück und drehte die Fässer auf, um meine Hände zu waschen und es war nie heiß, so ging es wieder auf den Desk, jetzt 9:00 Uhr und ich wurde nach keinem Schlaf für 2 Nächte geschlagen und sie entdeckten, dass die Fässer in der Rückseite gebleicht war. Auch Sänk hatte einen großen Dreieckskrack in ihm, das würde definitiv Wasser lecken. . Legen Sie das Bad Handtuch auf den Boden und es war so rot, Löcher in ihm und drehen Bar große Zeit. Frühstücksbar war nichts außer niedrigen Ende Süßrollen und Naturtal Bars. Auch hatte sie ein Ei, Bacon-Käse Sandwich, das in Zelfan verpackt wurde, das eingefroren und musste Mikrowellen werden. Sie boten eine Erstattung 50.00 und ich wollte eine 1 Nacht-Comp für alle Unannehmlichkeiten und kein Schlaf und ich sagte, dass es ein Beleid war. Oh ja und Seifenbehälter im Untergrund der Dusche. Es gab mehr, aber das sollte genug sein, um nicht dort zu bleiben, nur sehr schlechte Wartung und auch Hauspflege.
