Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good beds, nice shower, decent breakfast. This hotel is about 20-25 minutes to either Wrightsville beach or Topsail Beach. 20 minutes to the waterfront in downtown Wilmington without paying Wilmington prices. Lots of food options close by if you didn’t want to drive far. We wanted a weekend at the beach and this checked all the boxes. Paid under $200 for the night. Highly recommend!

OOsborneMargaretCheck in Prozess war nicht reibungslos, weil Zimmerschlüssel nicht korrekt programmiert bei der Eincheckung. Wir wurden oben geschickt, um den Schlüssel zu “probieren” die natürlich nicht funktionierte. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett darüber und kam, um uns ins Zimmer zu lassen, bis die Schlüssel programmiert werden konnten. Die größte Enttäuschung war unser Zimmer. Es hatte 2 Doppel, die perfekt für Familienreisen, aber die Glasdusche ist vor und Zentrum mit Blick von jeder Richtung im Zimmer und von der Außenhalle. Nicht ein Familienfreundliches Aufenthalt.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for work a trip. Prior to me arriving, my manager booked my stay and at the time of the booking he stated that the stay should be completely charged on his credit card. The Hampton Inn employee stated because we are with a group, the security deposit would be $15 per day and I was aware that a charge would be on my personal credit card, which was fine . When I checked in, the lady at the desk said she would charge for the security deposit. I was staying for 3 nights , so there should have been a charge of $45. Once I got to my room, I checked my account and saw there was a $500 charge on my account . I went back down to the front desk and calmly said to the lady, I am just looking for clarity on why my card was charge this amount when that’s not the agreement that was told by phone. I was immediately met with hostility and was told “I’m not going to argue with you, you can talk to the manger.” The manager Sheeri Hightower came out and she was just as rude. She was very dismissive and told me no credit card was on file for my reservation and that’s why I was charge. That was a complete lie , because you can’t even book a reservation without a credit card and if that was the case, why wasn’t that mentioned when I checked in??! So, I went back to my room. As I walked away, I heard Sheeri Hightower and her employee laughing at me as I walked away(Nice way to make your guest feel welcomed.)To make a long story short, I had my manager email over his credit card info so he could cover the reservation. My manager called me and told me he talked to the front desk and it should be handled. Instead of the hotel manager calling me to tell me the issue was resolved and my credit card would be refunded, I heard nothing from them. So I stopped by the front desk again, Just to confirm they received my managers credit card and that it would be refunded . Again, I was met with an attitude and was talked to In a condescending tone. The following day, I was at the bar by the pool and the manager Sheeri Hightower walked behind the bar, looked dead at me and didn’t speak . She turned her back to me and ate a hamburger behind the bar and never acknowledged me. Once she was done, she walked away. The Hampton Inn needs to take a better look at the type of people they are hiring . I have been a customer service manager for 15 years and I would never be this rude to a customer. GGuest UserIch habe zum ersten Mal ein Hotelzimmer eingetreten und hatte ruhige Musik spielen. Es setzte eine entspannende Atmosphäre, um in einem sehr komfortablen Bett in einem sehr schönen Hotel zu ruhen. Das TV war auch ein intelligentes TV, so dass wir in unsere Youtube und Netflix Konten einloggen konnten - als ich vor dem Abmelden ging, sagte es, sie auto abmelden Sie beim Abmelden. Sehr intelligent. Auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Büropersonal.

Wir hatten unsere jährliche Konferenz in diesem Hotel für das 4. Jahr Sept. 23-26th. Wie immer haben sie uns gut umgesehen. Wir werden einen neuen Platz finden müssen, weil unsere Gruppe zu groß ist, um zu beherbergen, und wir bedauern, dass wir hier verlassen. Das Personal war großartig, vor allem Johnny, Christina, Etha, Trevor, Jaime, Chef, Erika, Frankie und Michael. Jeder hat uns geholfen, unsere Konferenz von etwa 180 Menschen zum bisher erfolgreichsten zu machen.

LLANDer Vorteil des alten Hotels ist, dass der Servicestandard garantiert ist, die Umgebung ist gut, das Frühstück ist gut, die Rezeption ist enthusiastisch, es ist in Peking, Xi'an und anderen Ländern in China, ihre schöne Erinnerung. Die Ausstattung ist etwas alt.

GGuest UserDas war unser erstes Mal in diesem Schlafen in und obwohl das Zimmer ein wenig klein schien, außer dass es gut war. Die Mitarbeiter am Frontend waren hervorragend mit zusätzlichen Seife und Handtüchern, und es war schön, sie haben ein Frühstück statt die Gepäckte zum Frühstück einige Motels noch ausgeben. Sie hatten 2 Waffelmaschinen und hatten sogar Schokolade-Pancake-Batterien, zusammen mit Mikrowellenküchen und Burritos, Getreide, Obst, Gemüse usw. Die Orange Juice-Maschine hat einen Tag brechen. Es war schön, die USA heute auf dem Tisch im Lobby zu sehen.

MMark GThis was our 1st visit to the Comfort Suites and came away impressed with the room, staff and price. Our king room was very large with refrigerator, sink and sleep sofa. In for the Cape Fear Azalea Festival, our price was $20 less when booked 2 months ago verses current rates and lower than other like lodgings in and around Market Street. The continental breakfast was fine with waffles, bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs. There were plenty of muffins, bagels, breads, fruits, oatmeal, juices, coffee and teas. Checking in on a Thursday afternoon we found the young lady at the front desk to be efficient, personable and informative. We would definitely stay here when in Wilmington again. We noticed the pool was empty during our April 4-8 visit but would guess it would be ready to go by May 1.

GGuest UserSam and BJ were absolutely exceptional during the check-in/check out process. Despite what other individuals have posted regarding this location in the past, it is currently immaculate and and even the rate is extremely competitive considering you are only 15-20 minutes away from the beach :-). I look forward to future visits to this location.
