GGuest UserDas Hotel kann nicht so alt sein (Vielleicht 5 Jahre) und der Bau ist schockiert. Wir haben ein ADA-kompatibles Zimmer, das war gut, aber es war nicht s/up für eine nicht behinderte Person. Keine Handtücher in der Badezimmer (Man könnte die Griffbaren verwenden) und keine Hüfte auf der Rückseite der Tür. Die Fliesengrotte fehlte, um einige Fliesen loszuwerden. Der Duschekopf kam aus der Wand. Der Handtücher in der Treppe war abzuspalten. UND .... Nach unserer ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer ohne unsere Handtücher ersetzt, die gut war, als wir sie aufhängen. Nach der 2. Nacht und hinterlassen unsere übliche Kostenlosigkeit auf der Kissen ...Die GRATIS war VERSTÄNDIG, unsere Taschentücher wurden leer, aber nichts anderes! Ich habe es an das Frontdesk berichtet, dass uns entschuldigte und uns reine Handtücher ausgestellt. Sie sagte, sie würde es dem Haushalter ...we nichts davon hören. Debris blieb am Boden der Halle die ganzen 4 Tage da waren. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Fabulous stay! I was there for work. Water waiting at the front desk. Phyllis was always cheerful and helpful at the front desk with restaurant recommendations and helping me out when I forgot toothpaste. Lauren at the bar is so charming and fabulous. The breakfast was delish and I will stay here even if I get a better rate at another hotel.

GGuest UserEinen Abend für einen Bindungspunkt auf einer Kreuzfahrt im Lande Bus. Eincheckung war angenehm. Einige Schwierigkeiten beim Einsteigen in Wi-Fi und Desk-Teilnehmer nicht zu konversieren mit Schritten, wenn um Hilfe gebeten. Zimmer war sauber und Bett gut schlief. Als 1st kam ins Zimmer, war es zu warm und die Einheit war aus. Eismaschinen bequem in der Nähe des Aufzugs auf jeder Etage. Hotel in der Gegend mit wenigen Restaurants in der Walkweite. Das Hotel scheint viel Kundenverkehr durch sie zu erhalten. Komplimentar Frühstücksbereich war unter Ressourcen & von 0800 am war aus zahlreichen Artikeln und nicht genug Hilfe auf der Hand zu unterstützen. Das Essen, das von einem Einzelpersonen unter Dürre zubereitet wurde, wurde bei der Benutzung unterkocht (nicht heiß, wenn in Heizvorrichtungen gedumpt). Tischservices für viele Artikel nicht verfügbar, Müllbehälter gefüllt und Tische nicht entsorgt. Die Erwartungen der Arbeitnehmer müssen durch die Verwaltung überarbeitet werden.

GGuest UserDer Sheraton-Name war Luxus. Nicht so viel mehr, jetzt, da es nur eine der vielen und oft ununterscheidbaren Marken von Marriott ist. Lassen Sie mich sagen, mein Zimmer -- eine Suite wirklich -- war eine riesige Anzeige komfortabel. Aber nur ein, drahtgewächs-gebackener Stuhl auf dem Arbeitstisch. Kleine Handtücher. Ein Bad-Nachtlicht, das zu hell war und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Noch. Gesamt, komfortabel und mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Einer, der aus dem Zimmer stammt, aber die Dinge fallen ab. Einer der Etagenbilder des Aufzugs wurde verbrannt, so dass Sie nicht sagen konnten, wo Sie waren, was o verkompliziert war, als es sich weigerte, auf jedem Etagen zu stoppen und ich wurde für 15 Minuten auf ihn gefangen. Und als ich das Notruftelefon benutzte, lief es 15 Mal, bevor jemand es aufnahm und sagte, sie taten es nur ”weil sie durchgingen.” Das Hotel ist, es scheint, ernsthaft unterbesetzt. Die Lobby ist ein verschwundener Erinnerungspunkt mehr Büstenzeiten. Die drehende Tür ist so langsam, man könnte von alten Alters in ihr sterben. Die Dekoration muss aktualisiert werden. This place is disgusting. There are cigarettes marks in the mattress and sheets despite all the signs claiming non smoking. It’s humid and smells like mold here. The beds are very itchy as well. There were also people trying to open the door at night as well.

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und funktional; das Bett war ausgezeichnet. WiFi war schnell und Kabel-TV besser als durchschnittlich. Kleine Details waren jedoch übersehen worden. Frühstücksservice war praktisch nicht vorhanden.

RRebecca MLooks can be deseving. When seeing the lobby I thought This is really nice and our children are gonna enjoy themselves. Boy was I wrong! I don't even know where to begin. Made reservations online for a week soon as we arrive got our key for the room my family and I were greeted by a roach . The towels were dingy with spots. The blankets had burnt holes fridge was dirty The outlet cover was half cracked. The claw marks on the bathroom door from animals and it smells like an animal kennel with cat piss smell ,trash mildew, and Old bleach. I am from the front desk of the roaches and the burn marks I was told that they would send maintenance down haven't seen maintenance from that day till this day housekeeping does not knock on the door to see if you need anything you have to physically run them down and no one speaks English they use their phone to interpret what to say. False advertisements there's no continental breakfast my kids thought that they were going to go swimming needless to say the pool is out of order along with the ice machine. They're very rude at the front desk they don't know how to speak to people. Everyday a few times in the day my key card had to be reactivated. We were killing roaches and flies all day every day. We were better off camping outdoors . They had a few events that took place and the music was so loud you could feel the vibration. People running and screaming threw the hallway starting around 1am until about 4am. During checkout we asked about our points to get free nights you earned. (The stay should be free always) We were told that we had to ask to be signed up for the Rewards before paying for the room and give them the rewards number which is impossible when they (Receptiones) are supposed to give it to the customer. Then said that I wasn't on the rewards program. Which is Bull. I then logged in my account in front of her she then said that we don't have any points when you receive them when your supposed to receive them every day your there 12 days and not 1 point . This place is full of and they respond to everyone's review the same especially about the bugs and the Pest Control Company they say they use. Please I'm warning you Don't Stop Here. You will definitely regret it!!

This motel is short staffed. Upon checking in no one was at the front desk. The smell from cigarette smoke comes in the rooms from people smoking outside the rooms. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell in the first room was too strong. The telephone in the room does not work so there is no way to contact the front desk. I've had to walk to the front desk twice due since I checked in due to issues I've had with the rooms. The TV in the room I am currently in is NOT working. Unfortunately, there is no one available to fix it. The staff is friendly and the room is okay, but I probably will not stay here again. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra and stay at a Hilton or Marriott.

JJayAndShyI feel that we shhould be able have our privacy , if I want put blankets on my blankets on my railing so I can sun bathe on my balcony I pay almost 100 dollars every night , I should at least be able to do that since I can’t play music And for housekeeping not to enter my room unless I say I need the servis done. Invansion of my privacy I don’t like coming back to house keeping being in my room if we got to keep the sound ordinance down (aka ) loud music you should let us slide on little things
