Meine Frau und ich blieben hier 2 Nächte. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und das Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe Potomac Mills, ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum. Die Zimmer im Hotel waren sehr sauber, geräumig und gut vorbereitet. Das beigefügte Frühstück war gut - Eier, Sauce, Waffeln, etc. ,etc. , Der Innenpool ist groß und entspannend. Wir gingen in und genossen es wirklich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Ihr angenehmen Demo macht für einen nützlicheren Aufenthalt. Der Büromanager war hilfreich bei der Bereitstellung von Informationen über die Merkmale des Hotels Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das große TV war ausgezeichnet und bietet viele Kanäle zu wählen. Die Suite hatte einen Sitzbereich und ein Sofabett, das schön war. Insgesamt, gut wert das Geld. Wir werden zurück sein.

The hotel room itself was very clean and no issues. Enjoyed being able to do late night check in and the check out time was at 12pm. That was wonderful to be able to rest and not have to hurry. Only issue I have is you cannot lounge or even swim until 1pm when a lifeguard is on duty. Which seems silly to an older woman. Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had an array of different foods for everyone to enjoy. Also, loved the fact the coffee machine made Lattes! Would have given 5 stars if I could have enjoyed the pool.

I stayed for over three months on an extended stay, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was often left dirty and dusty. I had to call the front desk numerous times to report that housekeeping had not attended to my room. The vacuum cleaner was broken and needed parts for replacement, but the response was always to find excuses. The management at this location is disorganized, and I encountered rude responses from the supposed regional manager. The breakfast served daily was nearly inedible, with almost expired yogurt and hard bagels wrapped in plastic. Additionally, we were discouraged from raising any complaints. The pool heating system was broken all winter, with staff continuously stating they were waiting for parts to fix it. Written comments at the reception desk suggested that they try to hold the deposit amount for an extended period and find ways to absorb the whole amount. I would advise staying away from this hotel. The only positive aspect is its location, which is close to Potomac Mills Mall. However, if you are expecting the standard Marriott service, this is not the place. The manager is rude and arrogant, and the staff, including housekeeping and restaurant cooks, do not speak English and seem unhappy to work there. The hotel appears to rely on refugees and temporary workers who are almost forced to be there.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Donnell, der Front Desk Representative, hat mir einen hervorragenden Kundenservice angeboten. Er hat sichergestellt, dass mein Eincheckverfahren reibungslos ging und meine Zimmervorstellungen erfüllt wurden. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, aber der Rug brauchte sicher etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit, da es sich um ein gründliches Vakuum in dem gesamten Zimmer handelt. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicherlich wieder für zukünftige Geschäftsreisen in Woodbridge nutzen.

Michael war sehr hilfreich. Meine Kreditkarte würde nicht arbeiten, so er nahm die Zeit, um meine Cousine ein Formular zu e-mailn, so dass sie ihre Karte für mein Zimmer verwenden konnte. Das Hotel ist sauber und neu. Gute Lage direkt von 95! Danke Hilton für die beste und besonders für die Anstellung von Top-Notch-Kundenservice-Personal wie Michael!

Superb. Will stay here again. Quiet, friendly, comfortable, clean. Great location next to major highway yet perfectly quiet. We had breakfast, used the fitness center, and dined nearby. Beds were deliciously comfortable. Josh at the front desk was particularly helpful in picking out a great room choice for us.

The hotel seems fine, pleasant staff and clean rooms etc. I had 2 issues that made it where I’d be reluctant to go back, though both could probably be fixed. 1. There was some kind of high pitch sound that was similar to a beep but seemed to be related to the plumbing. It happened roughly once a minute which made it hard to get to and stay asleep. 2. Then, in the morning, showering, the shower products attached to the walls (39 degrees north brand) had awful package design so you couldn’t read the description of what each bottle was. Grey bottle with pale green product description (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) so you couldn’t see the difference. Point proven by staff who apparently couldn’t see it either because there were 2 conditioners, 1 body wash and zero shampoo - which I verified after my shower with cell phone flashlight and glasses on. All in all, though the rooms and staff were good, but the whole purpose of being there was to get a good night sleep and shower which were both messed up.
