Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwa 1/2 Meilen vom Zentrum von Napa und Ubers waren reichlich und schnell, um uns zu unseren Abendessen Reservierungen zu nehmen.

Loved everything about the property, from Chef Josh's food to the service at the bar. Bellman was very helpful with all of our luggage, and the front desk was very helpful with our annoying tourist questions. Couldn't have been happier with our stay, we will be returning to Napa one day and will only stay at The River Terrace. Loved the property.

This hotel has seen better days. I have not stayed there in quite a few years and wont be back. The platinum amex concierge made the resi for us and apparently booked a basic king. No problem it was a quick stay. We were only asked upon check in if we wanted a bigger room. Didn’t realize smaller room meant trashed room looking over the back alley. I could understand if the hotel was booked since we booked last minute but no, it was a Sunday night and dead. Why they would put any guests in that room unless at 100% capacity is beyond me. All i can think is for some reason the front desk agent didn’t like us. The room not only looked over the back alley but had major water damage. The wood floors are completely destroyed. Everything was worn out and best up. The chrome was chipping off the bathroom fixtures, gross grout in the shower. The walls in the hallways were all beat up too. I could go on. Bottom line, don’t stay here until they invest some money and make sure they dont stick you in a room overlooking the back alley.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, vielfach beladen, und das Bett ist stark genug, um zu bleiben. Die Bettwaren des Zimmers und das Bad sind hochwertig. Aber der Rezeptionservice ist schlecht, ist nicht sehr freundlich zu den Chinesen; Im amerikanischen Urlaub, die Kellnerin gab ein super schlechtes Zimmer, das ganz im Gegenteil des Fensters war, kann keineswegs die Fensterschranke öffnen. Der Kellner hat eine schlechte Einstellung vorgeschlagen.

My husband and I wanted a relaxing vacation where we wouldn't feel quite like tourists and still experience a quiet break. The Inn is great. The breakfast is handmade and with good old-fashioned service. Dolly is the Manager but she serves in all capacities to make your stay comfortable. She was responsive and professional and would meet each request. We have traveled to quite a few places and this is a luxury that is refreshing to see is still practiced. We had a small fireplace in our room and when it rained all day we stayed in bed by the fire and cracked the window to have a bit of fresh cool air. our room was clean and comfy. we had secured locked doors that would open only with our code. fresh warm cookies at our choosing as well as a bottle of wine upon check-in. Dolly even recommended places to eat and a wine tour we should take and that too didn't disappoint. We left our stay feeling like we had a great visit with an old friend. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Napa. Thank you Dolly for making our stay one of the best birthday gifts I've received.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! We stayed in the Majestic Room, which lived up to its name with direct access to the outdoor pool, adding an extra layer of luxury to our experience. The room had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere, complete with a cozy fireplace and a relaxing jacuzzi, making it the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, with a different selection each day that kept things fresh and delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights in an extremely comfortable bed. A special touch was the delicious wine we received upon check-in, which made us feel welcomed right from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in the Majestic Room!

I recently stayed at the White House Hotel in Napa Valley, and it was a blast. The hotel’s historic vibe and cozy decor perfectly compliment its chill vineyard setting, making it a great place to unwind. My room was nicely furnished and offered a comfy spot to relax with some nice views. The service was really top-notch; the staff were super friendly and helped out with local tips and stuff. The on-site restaurant had some good food, though I think the menu could have used a few more choices.The amenities, the pretty garden and comfy lounge areas, made the stay even better. If you’re after a laid-back getaway in Napa Valley, the White House is definitely worth checking out.

BbyudgIch fühle mich als ein Familienhotel, am Rande der Hauptstraße, ist der Isolierungsgeräusch gut, der Holzboden klingt etwas. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, es gibt zwei Parkplätze, die Lage ist sehr bequem.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Küchenzeile jeden Abend von 6 bis 7:00 Uhr. Es gibt 8 bis 9:00 Uhr  Außenwärmebaum im Garten, um warm zu sein. Nach 8:00 Uhr kann niemand die Zimmerkarte vor und nach dem Hotel schließen. Insgesamt ist es noch zufrieden.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt verschiedene griechische Joghurt, die heutigen Waffle-Eier-Gewürze, Milchkorn-Frucht, frische Früchte sind alle.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Safe, Kühlschrank, WLAN) und hat genügend Staufläche. Der Parkplatz liegt gleich hinter dem Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Weg ins Zentrum des Ortes (ca 1,2 km) führt an vielen schönen Häusern vorbei. Das Frühstück muss man sich selber holen und besteht aus verpackten Fertigprodukten, die aber liebevoll drapiert sind. Man kann im Zimmer frühstücken. Tisch und Stühle sind im Zimmer und auf der kleinen Terrasse vorhanden. Ab halb sechs gibt es eine Weinprobe - keine professionell gestaltete. Es wird in kleinen Schlucken das ausgeschenkt, was vorhanden ist. Gut geeignet für einen Plausch mit dem Concierge.

GGuest UserExcept for a snafu with the shampoo pump in the shower that didn’t work, a 3-day visit was pleasant and a decent value if you don’t mimd being a 10-minute drive from downtown Napa. (The hotel staff was quick to fix the broken shampoo pump.) No robes or special toiletries, but the free bottle of Rutherford Ranch wine and free wines at happy hour were nice touches. There is a Marriott next door. Newly remodeled, cleanly maintained, ice cold water in lobby, pleasant staff.

Das Hotel war in Napa schön. Es war in einer tollen Lage und es gibt mehrere Auswahl an Restaurants in kurzer Fahrtstrecke. Das Hotel war sehr sauber wie das Zimmer. Wir hatten einige laute Menschen oben (sehr laute Fußgänger, wie Sie jeden Schritt hören konnten). Ich würde den oberen Stock vorschlagen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen schönen, großen Außenpatio mit einem Gasfeuerplatz und viele Gesprächsbereiche. Das Hotel war sehr aktualisiert. Keine Waschmaschine, so dass wir ein paar Meilen bis zu einem Waschmaschine fahren mussten, um ein paar Dinge waschen, wie wir eine Weile auf der Straße waren. Ein Waschraum wäre schön gewesen. Sie bieten begrenzte Mahlzeiten und sie haben eine nette Bar im Lobby. Mehrere Snack- und Trinkartikel zur Verfügung zum Kauf.

BBC IWe stayed at the Westin Varasa for 1 night after spending 3 amazing nights in Yountville. We were very disappointed with the Westin - early in the evening we discovered that the toilet did not flush. Tried to call the front desk from the room phone only to find out it didnt work so we sent a chat on the website to let them know. After waiting quite a while and sending a follow up text, for a maintenance person to come and fix the issue, the night was now getting quite late so we werent even able to go out and see all that downtown Napa had to offer. Went to bed and approximately 3am the room phone starting beeping every 10-20 seconds. We tried to assess why it was doing this but werent able to so once again at around 5am we reported it via chat with the hotel and were told that a maintenance person would be up when they arrived that morning - we checked out of the hotel at 11am and no tech was ever sent up. We mentioned these issues at check out so the next party in that room would not have the same issues, and the gal just smiled and said “oh that doesnt sound like a good night”….no kidding! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I’m sure there are much better hotels in downtown that take care of their rooms and their guests. Very disappointing experience and we would not stay here again.

Husband and I came here for a relax-by-the-pool babymoon weekend right before the birth of our second baby. We had a nice time. What the hotel lacks in polish, it makes up for with really nice, helpful staff and decent amenities. Pros: - we were initially assigned a small, first floor, cave-like room facing the parking lot and the management was able to reassign us to a much nicer 3rd floor room facing the pool! This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. - the rooms have fully operable windows which was amazing. Do great to capture the cool breeze at night instead of running the noisy, stuffy AC - Beautiful pool and nice loungey area with big towels and configurable shade structure. The pool was busy but not too crowded which was nice. Water was lovely and very clean!! -all staff were incredibly kind and helpful -free EV charging was an awesome and unexpected perk -decent free breakfast Cons - older, smaller rooms with awkward layouts. Not a deal breaker for me. - they could really improve the free breakfast with a few small tweaks: 1. Please provide real coffee cups. Drinking coffee out of paper is such a drag plus it's just super wasteful. 2. Would love to see some fresh, cut fruit options 3. Ice at breakfast would be nice. - Location is meh. Know that you will be staying off a pretty busy street in basically a business/office park. This was a fine trade off but something to be aware of going into your stay. - too many tip solicitations signs everywhere. Makes the hotel feel cheap This would be a great, economical place to stay for an out of town family visiting napa for a wedding.

GGuest UserWir blieben hier 4 Nächte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Größe des Zimmers. Viel Platz, um alle Ihre Sachen zu platzieren. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle auf einem kleinen Gehäuse. Es gibt eine separate Küche wie Tauch zusätzlich zu dem regulären Badezimmer. Das Bad Vanity hat viel Gegenraum und ist außerhalb des eigentlichen Badezimmers. Das macht es für einfachere Morgen, sich bereit zu machen. Ein wirklich gutes Lager in der Stadt Napa, die eine wirklich schöne Stadt zu Fuß zu gehen, sowie ein gutes Gebiet zu allen Weinbauern zu kommen! Der Preis für das Gebiet war wirklich gut. Wir würden hier wieder bleiben.

GGuest UserIch habe schon seit vielen Jahren im Hotel Indigo gegetaways zum Tal auf dem Wochenende verbracht. Nicht nur ist konsequent erschwinglich, sondern es ist immer EXTREMMEN sauber, gut eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind riesig und die Betten und Betten sind extrem komfortable und von top Qualität. Sie sind auch tierfreundlich, was für mich eine Notwendigkeit ist, da ich fast immer mit meinen Hunden reise. Vor kurzem musste ich eine letzte Minute Stornierung machen, da mein Hund sehr krank und Mirasol, der Manager war so freundlich, mit mir zu arbeiten eine letzte Minute Stornierung und eine Rebooking. Sie verstand meine Situation und wohnte, buchte mich für einen späteren Termin ohne viel Mühe oder Gebühr. Ich bin kein loyaler Patron als je zuvor. Vielen Dank für die Anregung, Mirasol zu verbringen und Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt im Hotel Indigo zu danken.

GGuest UserDas Napa Valley Wanhoo Hotel befindet sich in einer großen Industrie zwischen der Weinberge und der Stadt Napachen! Das Hotel bietet Reisenden viele Privilegien, wie z. B. die Goldkarte und darüber, die einen guten Gibbonsen genießen können. Das Zimmer ist etwas alt, aber der Hall und die Wäsche sind der Spitze. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner und grundlegend als das andere Hotel, das ich lebte. Das Gibbs ist sehr zufrieden, uns zu helfen. Jessia hat uns eine wunderbare Reise verbracht!

KKaycey SDas Personal war freundlich und hilfreich, als es kam, um Vorschläge zu bieten, wo man zu besuchen für Weingeschmack und Restaurants. Wäre sicherlich wieder hier. Die Wände sind ein wenig dünn, aber dankbar niemand war laut. Es war sehr sauber und sah aus, als sei es kürzlich aktualisiert worden. Die Lage war Alles!!! Kein Auto braucht irgendwo zu bekommen. Das Ziel eines Hotels ist es, Ihnen Schutz zu geben, wenn Sie nicht raus sind und über. Wer auf Urlaub in ihrem Hotel überwiegend übernachtet!!!! Insgesamt war erfreut und findet, dass das Hotel sehr unterbewertet für Preis und Lage.
