GGuest UserThis hotel exceeds expectations!! I visit this often when I travel for work in Columbus. I always find it to be clean with a pleasant smell. The staff from the Manager to the housekeepers are always very professional and courteous. They make sure mine and my colleagues are very well taken care of and that they do all that they can to accommodate us. And just from personal observation I’ve noticed the same attentiveness to other patrons as well. You guys have my business anytime I’m in town!! You rock!!! Charles Ellington

RR8952GSlauriesI have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times over the past year when in Columbus to visit my daughter and son-in-law. From the very beginning it felt like coming home. The staff is incredibly welcoming! The highlight of each day is seeing Eugenia, who provides the breakfast. I can always count on a big hug from her. The rooms are always very clean - something that I value. The mattresses are oh-so-comfortable as are the pillows - fluffy towels as well! The location is perfect to walk into the shopping area (about a mile and a half) yet I hear very little noise in the rooms. There is a McDonalds and a gas station just steps away. And they have a Peloton bike in their fitness center. Unlike some other hotels I have stayed at, they actually have it hooked up so I can get my regular work out in while staying at the hotel. But the main attraction is the staff. They are like family to each other, and they strive to include their guests into their family - not just me, I've seen them with other guests who get this same wonderful treatment. The only critique I could give is about the building - I think Hilton would do well to give a face lift to the hotel. I won't avoid the hotel if they don't, but a renovation would give it a fresh look. This Hampton Inn is one of the best hotels I have ever had to pleasure to stay in - whether you are passing through or staying for a few days like me it is a great fit.

GGuest UserIch und mein Freund haben vor ein paar Wochen in diesem Hotel ein paar Mal geblieben! Freundliches Personal, vor allem Bobbi, sie war sehr freundlich, respektiert und hilften mit allem, was wir brauchten. Nun, ich und mein Freund blieben ein paar Nächte hier wegen seiner Arbeit und der Heizung war nicht in unserem Zimmer, was verständlich ist, weil es gerade hier in Georgien kalt wird, Aber ich ging und fragte jemanden im Vorderbüro um eine zusätzliche Deckung, weil der Heizgerät in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert und es ist gefroren. Sie sah mich tot in meinen Augen und sagte nein! Das war verrückt für mich! Wir haben dieses Geld nur für dieses Hotel bezahlt und ich kann keine zusätzliche Deckung erhalten, weil die Heizgeräte in Ihrem Hotel nicht arbeiten ... So, als ich meinen Freund darüber erzählte, sagt er, dass sie der Manager ist und sie immer unverständlich ist. Das ist nicht ein guter Blick auf dieses Hotel, muss sie allein in einem Büro und von den Kunden entfernt sein. Sie macht das Front Desk schlecht, vor allem wenn ich weiß, dass einige von ihnen nicht die Art, wie sie tut. Versuchte, mit dem Besitzer zu sprechen, er nie antwortete. Also rief ich Unternehmen an und nahm mit ihnen Angelegenheiten.

MMary6706Dieses Hotel wurde von einem Freund in Columbus empfohlen. Es war sehr schön und sauber und komfortabel für viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir schliefen spät jede Nacht, so dass es nicht täglich Reinigungsservice für zusätzliche Handtücher etc. hatte. Das einzige negative, was ich sagen würde, ist, dass keiner ihrer Wasser- oder Sodamaschinen gelagert wurde (aufgrund von Covid?) Nicht sicher, ob sie das Zusatz Frühstück anbieten oder nicht, war nie in der Zeit aufgetaucht. Ich würde in Zukunft nochmal dort bleiben. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundlich.

Room was nice & clean, blankets sheets clean not dingy or stained found no bugs at all and the furniture was nice i did not go to breakfast so I can not comment on that over all I will be back for another stay in September

GGuest UserDie Pilze sind der Fluffier, den ich je gefühlt habe. David war außergewöhnlich mit allem, was ich brauchte. Er machte mich sehr komfortabel und fühlte sich willkommen. Pool ist wunderbar. Ray kam und fixierte mein Toilette in einer rechtzeitigen Angelegenheit.

GGastnutzerMeine Verlobte und ich haben uns überraschend in Columbus GA besucht, um meine kleine Schwester zu sehen, die in Fort Moore (Fort Benning) stationiert ist. Wir lieben das Hotel! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sie halfen mit allem, was wir brauchten. Ein weiterer Perk vom Personal entfernt, das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum und einem Filmtheater. Ich hatte die beste Zeit und werde so bald wie möglich zurückkommen.
