If you are looking for a location with the customer in mind, this isn't the place. My husband had business in Michigan and the company booked us at this site. I tagged along for some time away. The facility is clean, but the service is lacking. We needed a late checkout on the final day we were there as his meeting didn't end until the same time as check out. I wanted to be able to stay in the room and load the truck when he got back...we only needed an extra hour. I started calling the hotel two days before we'd arrive to see about the late check out. I was told I had to call back the next day as there was no one there to authorize it that day. So I called the next day only to be told they couldn't do late check-outs until the morning of departure. What? That is crazy. We needed to know before then as the check-out time determined when we'd have to load the vehicle and if I'd have a place to wait for him. We checked every day to see about the check-out time only to be told they couldn't tell us anything. The day before we were to leave, the desk clerk told us we should be able to arrange a late check-out that evening. When we came back from dinner, we asked about the check-out again. This time, the desk clerk, who was lounging in the chairs in the lobby, told us we couldn't do a late check-out until the next day and she didn't know why the earlier clerk would have told us we could do it the evening before. So I called the front desk at 12:15 a.m. to request the late check-out and was politely told it would be no problem and it was arranged immediately. Give me a break. I can't believe they couldn't do a late check-out earlier in the week. The company hosting the meetings my husband went to told him they'd had the same issue with the hotel in the past when they requested late check-outs for spouses attending with their spouse. In addition, in-room amenities are missing. No coffee maker is available nor is there one you can get from the front desk. They keep carafes of coffee and ”hot” water in the lobby. The water was lukewarm at best and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. It looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in the carafe since the day before. No closet to hang clothes in the room nor drawers to put anything in. They have storage under the bed and some pegs on the wall to hang things as well as hangars above the refrigerator that are too short to put much on. Our bathroom door wouldn't stay open so we had to block it open with the Kleenex holder. The small working area is next to the register for the heating/cooling so either warm or cold air blows on you while you are working. We saw very few guests staying at this location. Maybe if they kept their customers in mind, they would have more business. I hope my husband's company picks a different location for future stays.

Tonight is my third night at the hotel. I know they only do a courtesy type cleaning after four nights however, I travel at the Hilton frequently, and usually after two nights the food that I may order to the room needs to be discarded as well as the towels need freshening and coffee needs to be replenished. I called this morning to ask if they could do those things as well as they should make the bed. And then went by the front desk and made sure that my request was going to be carried out and they assured me it would. I apologize for coming by the desk and calling, but explained that in the last two visits in the last three weeks at Hilton That the housekeeping service had not performed their duties. With that being said, they smiled and said oh no, those are other properties we will do a good job. And I had to explain that as a friend as one company because I travel all over the US and I only wanted to have the room serviced and that’s what I was looking for no matter who owned the hotel. So after another long day, I came into the room, and everything was done except the bed being made. This would not normally be a big issue accepted the sheets do not fit the bed very well and they come off the corners every night. So, after two nights, I felt it would be great to have them make the bed so that I didn’t have to make the bed again tonight. So I had to make the bed again tonight and tomorrow will be my last night here. I’m not sure if they will come to make the bed so that when I come home after a long day that the bed will be made. It would be nice but you just can’t expect good service anymore these days I think. Like I said, I’m a diamond member with millions of points and still yet the service is not very good. Very disappointing in this hotel. It’s my first stay here and I have been coming to Michigan twice a year for 10 years. So I may try another Hilton brand for my next trip.

Ich konnte Zigaretten rauchen in der Halle und ein wenig in meinem Zimmer eine Nacht. Ich habe nicht den Büro angerufen, weil ich nicht sicher, was sie hätten getan haben können. Ich fliege fast jedes Mal, wenn ich im Hotel verbleib, in diese Sache, Weil es Menschen sind *****s. Ich wünsche mir, dass es eine Technologie gab, die diese Menschen aufzeigen könnte, und ich wünsche mir, dass sie ausgewiesen werden könnten. Ich habe mehr als meinen Anteil an Schlaflosen Nächten aufgrund meiner Sensibilität für solche Geruchs. Der Aufzug riecht einmal stark von Pot. Noch einmal, Die Leute sind nur egoistisch. 4. Ich war auf dem 3. Stock, und der Duschewasserdruck war schlecht. Das Wasser war am besten warm. Vielleicht könnte der Ingenieur das ansehen (Ich habe das Hotel über das e-mailt). 5. Ich habe nur einmal mein Zimmer gefragt, und ich habe nie neue Badehandtücher. Ich habe mit den Handtüchern gemacht und am nächsten Tag eine Badehandtücher gefragt (weil mein Zimmer nicht gefragt wurde). Ich denke, sie erfrischten Zimmer nur auf Anfrage, was sinnvoll ist und spart Geld. Ich habe kein Problem damit, aber man muss endlich Toilettenpapier und Handtücher. 6. Die Boden sehen ein wenig schäbig mit riesigen ****s wachsen. 7. Ich habe nicht viel Fernsehsender beobachtet, aber als ich es tat, DirektTV hält sich aus. Das war enttäuschend. Ich habe sie e-mailt und empfahl, sie zu sehen. 8. Die AC war gut und kalt, und ich schätze das. Es schien jedoch nie zu wollen, auszuschalten, wenn ich die Temperatur recht hoch erhöht habe. 9. Ich hatte einen Tag eine verwirrende Frage mit der Tür. Ich hatte den Raum für eine schnelle Reise zu meinem Auto verlassen und die Tür hinter mir hören. Ich kam wieder her, um die Tür zu sehen, Und es scheint, dass es nicht vollständig geschlossen war, weil ein Problem mit dem Schlagplatte unschraubbar geworden ist. Glücklicherweise waren meine Werte unberührt. Ich rief Ruth an, und sie hatte es sofort behoben. Ich frage mich jetzt, wie lange es nicht richtig funktioniert. 10. Die Lage ist gut mit vielen Lebensmitteln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 3 Minuten.

After doing our homework, reading reviews & the fact that the hotel is quite new; we decided to check in. We had been on the road for almost 12 hours. The lobby/breakfast area is bright and well designed. We did wait for several minutes for a desk clerk to come to assist us. We asked for the best rate on a suite. And were told that only a few suites were left (Mon afternoon) and that only so many were set aside for discounted rates. My husband and I exchanged looks, deciding whether to leave. The clerk then came up with the suite/rate we had asked about. The suites are lovely. Very large, with every amenity you could want. (Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave & fridge). Lots of closet space for a longer stay. BUT this is the where my rating changes to a 3/5. The suite was not very well cleaned. There were beads, (from a child’s craft) all over the sitting room and bedroom floor, along with potato chips. And candy wrappers on the couch. For a new hotel, it needs some touch ups and wipe downs. Oddly the shower has a 1/2 glass wall, meaning the shower head does spray somewhat onto the floor. Not a deal breaker. But odd. The breakfast was the usual free fare. There was a good selection and there was lots left. Checking out…I had to wait again, for a few minutes, for the desk person to show to the counter. The exterior could use some TLC. There was a lot of garbage on the grounds. It looked like spring maintenance had not yet been started. *The original check-in comment about room availability hotel? The parking lot certainly did not reflect this. Maybe it’s a marketing strategy.

We recently stayed here for a wedding the weekend of 8/22. We were A little nervous after reading the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was always Fresh and replenished as necessary and the staff were so courteous. Particularly Caleb. Caleb was so nice and went out of his way for just the smallest request. I wish all Hilton employees were like Caleb. I’m happy to say that we will stay there again during our next visit to the area.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
