가격 좋습니다. 다만 아침 조식 부페가 제공되지 않아 당황했어요. 평일이라 그랬던것 같아요. 대신 메뉴에서 고를 수 있었어요. 아쉬운 음식 빼고는 나머지는 다 좋았습니다

Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice frim das Front Desk Team zum Beastro Team. Ich komme immer wieder für die Qualität des Zimmers, die Bequemlichkeit für meine Arbeit und den Starbucks-Café. Andere Hotels nur nicht schneiden. Hof ist der Ort, wo zu bleiben. Das Haus war auch schön genug, um aufrecht zu sein!

Damian im Front Desk hilft mir, meine Frage bei meinem kürzlich geplanten Besuch zu beheben. Ich komme einmal ein wenig in diesem Bereich und dieser Ort ist immer eine meiner Top-Optionen. Ich habe hier einmal mehr als 5 Tage geblieben und es ist sehr hilfreich, eine Küche zu haben, so dass ich etwas Essen kaufen und einige einfache Küche machen kann. Zimmer ist sauber. Bei dem jüngsten Besuch, ich bin in einer Drohung und nur ein King-Bett buchen und am nächsten Tag, Ich brauche ein Doppelbett, wenn mein Sohn bei mir bleibt, aber es gibt keine Doppelbett auf der Website, Damian hilft mir sofort, sehr nett Person. Die Leute, die ich im Vordertisch treffen, sind immer sehr nett. Großes Hotel mit diesem Niveau Preis.

We were needing to stop for the evening so I called the Hampton Inn to see if they had availability. Damien, the gentleman on the phone was so friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcome. When we arrived shortly after and he checked us in, his same welcoming personality and positive comments about their hotel made us feel special. The beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was above the normal standards of hotel breakfast buffets. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Loading our car in the drizzling rain, we accidentally overlooked my husbands toiletries bag. When I called, they again, were so friendly and helpful acknowledging they had it. Damien once again assured me he would personally make sure he would get it returned to us. We travel quite a bit and the staff here are the best at making guests feel appreciated and welcome. They seem committed to their jobs and this hotel.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für einen kürzlich auf der Grundlage von Preis und Lage gewählt. Ich wollte nicht sehr oft dort sein, also waren meine Bedürfnisse ziemlich grundlegende. Während die Bilder online wunderbar erscheinen, sobald ich aufgezogen bin, konnte ich sagen, dass ich enttäuscht werde. Die Außenflächen auch schlecht gepflegt, was ein schlechtes Zeichen war. Das Zimmer war grundlegend - es hatte alles, was ich brauchte, aber das Dekor erschlug müde und einer der Ottomanen in der Nähe des Sofas wurde gebrochen. Der Thermostat im Zimmer funktionierte überhaupt nicht, so habe ich die Fenster geöffnet, um die Temperatur zu beherrschen... aber sie haben nur etwa zwei Zoll geöffnet, so dass es nicht viel hilfreich war. Der Fernseher war schrecklich und der Kanalaufbau passte nicht den tatsächlichen Kanälen. Ich benutze oft Hotelstunden als Gartenstein für die Qualität eines Hotels und diese war im Einklang mit den anderen Erfahrungen in diesem Hotel. Es gab drei Kardiomaschinen, aber die Fernsehgeräte funktionierten nicht und als ich versuchte, die Neigung auf dem Laufwerk anzupassen, macht es schreckliche Lärme, die es klar machte, dass es nie gepflegt wurde. Mein nächster Halt war der Gewichtsrack, der nur 3 Pannen von Dumbbellen - 35, 45 und 50 Pfund umfasste. Ich bin ein ziemlich guter Typ, aber das ist praktisch nutzlos...Ich denke, jemand nimmt die Idee von ”Jersey Strong” ein bisschen zu weit! Ich weiß, dass Frühstücksbuffets während der COVID schwer zu betreiben sind, aber die Anzeige der Lebensmittel, die sie präsentieren, war wirklich schwach. Die Toddler-Größe-Behälter von Orangensaft waren ein Witz und der Eis sandwich war kalt und sogig. Ich habe Familie in diesem Bereich, also muss ich regelmäßig Hotels in dieser Nähe verwenden. Es ist ziemlich klar, dass dieses Hotel nicht auf meiner Liste der Überlegungen in Zukunft.

I been a loyal bonvoy member for a long time now. I was a Ambassador Elite member but stop traveling because of Covid. So now I’m a Titanium Elite status with 145 days stay with bonvoy this year alone. I’m not writing this review over 1 rotten apple. This Residence inn is something else. Front desk manager Is a ****** and a bully. He had something against me for what ever reason. I never stay at a hotel that is so rude and unprofessional. First off he didn’t like me and went out his way to make things really uncomfortable for me on my last day checking out. Not sure what his problem is but they should fire him. Came to my room around 1 pm with the house keeping lady and say he is there to do the wellness check. I asked him usually that is communicated with me somehow ahead of time. But his excuse is hotel policy if a tenant doesn’t get house keeping that they have to do a wellness check weekly. First off that is the 9th day and the day I’m checking out too. Like hotel policy? Hey buddy your 2 days late. A policy is a policy. It is set in stone. You cannot come 2 days late of your weekly wellness check Dan. He make this establishment look like a joke to be honest. I’m literally is checking out within a few hours but he want to make sure to make it uncomfortable for me and my guest. I opened the door for the two workers to come in, a wellness check means to make sure both guess is ok and alive right? We had the one bedroom suite. So my friend came out the room and now all four of us is in the living room part. So that should be it right? Both of the guest is here and in good health right? But no he took it upon himself to walk into the room and into the bathroom. For what? Thought it was a wellness check? But it wasn’t that. That was his excuse he used to come and make sure that me and my guest feel uncomfortable. And once they left I pretty much filed a complaint thru bonvoy and is in the process of filing a lawsuit. They over charged me almost $800. Yes it is a authorization hold/pending. But that just hold up my funds for no reason at all. I’m paid in full the day i checked out. But here I’m still suffering from what that establishment did to me. I know they know they just picking on me. Especially Dan he is just a ****** bully. I’m sure he knows exactly what he is doing. And I just pray that no one else has to suffer like me. I’m not going let 1 individual that is miserable ruin the relationship I do have with bonvoy. I just recommend not to go there if that bully works there. I have everything to prove my story and my review here.

We booked this hotel many months before the wedding. I called a few times to ask specific questions as when booking online I neeeded to check a box for AC which concerned me. The receptionist was very nice explained that was a glitch and all rooms have air. I also gave her some requests for our one night stay. We didn’t want to be on top of the bar as many reviews said you can’t sleep it’s so loud. Again the receptionist said no worries. Our wedding was a daytime wedding at 11 am on the property. They said checkin time is at 4 if but they will hold our luggage and we can valet park. We can check in as early as 2 if any rooms are available but they can’t guarantee that. However, all rooms are ready for check in at 4. This is NOT true. When the wedding was over around 4 ish we made our way to the lobby to check in and stood in line for about a half an hour. Then when we reached the counter we were told our name had been added to the que. WHAT? Check in time is at 4? Yes, our rooms are not ready we are very busy. We didn’t get a room until after 5. We missed our dinner reservations as well since we needed to get in the room to shower and get ready - we were in wedding attire. Also note, they tried to give us a room on the second floor over the bar after requesting not to be over the bar. This was at 4:50. We asked to speak with a manager. The manager found us rooms on the 4th floor but made sure to say that we could have come as early as 2 to check in. I was there at 10:45 am, gave you my luggage, valet parked and asked to check in and you told me come back after the wedding. Check in is at 4 with an early check in at 2 if rooms are ready. So I went to enjoy the wedding. Had I known there would be a que and a line and angry people I would have slipped out of the wedding to do a checkin at 2pm. But they don’t tell you this. They don’t say you will be put into a que. this was ridiculous. The supervisor and manger were not sympathetic and would not take any responsibility. Fast forward - we woke in the am to no water. Toilets didn’t work, showers, or sinks. When we called they said the best they could do was give us a late check out but they had no idea when the problem would be fixed. We slept in the bed and that was all we did. We left unshowered headed to our next event. We spent money on dinner in their hotel because they caused us to miss our dinner reservations. And we spent money in their lobby on drinks waiting for a our room. When we asked if they could comp us for our inconvenience - they said no. I called my credit card company. I couldn’t dispute the charge because I spent the night. No water, no available room doesn’t matter. This hotel knows this and that is why they take no responsibility. The credit card company said normally the hotel comps the customer for their inconvenience but this was not the case with this hotel. It’s family owned. It’s not a chain. Sadly, this happened to us after our wedding was over. However, there were people

Vier-Sterne-Hotels, das neueste in der Nähe, sind Frühstückspunkte, die jetzt die Zeit für die Bereitstellung der Zeit haben, nicht mit frühen Gästezimmern. Der Parkplatz im Freien ist sehr groß und jederzeit gestartet. Die Schule im Sommer hat sich viele Tage lang verbracht.

I am asthmatic, and with the first room that I checked into, their was a heavy ”air freshener/cleaning agent” in the air, and I could not get it out with A/C or opening the window, and it was giving me problems. I asked for another room, and they showed me another, with much better air quality. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all my needs. I also was very early and exhausted from a flight, and I was given early check in (small fee) and I also opted for late check out the next day (small fee), which they obliged without issue.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Preis ist auch erschwinglich, Frühstücksbuffet, man möchte essen, was man will.
