TTravelTheSkyGreat experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

GGastnutzerFür ein 2-Sterne-Hotel erhalten Sie genau, was Sie zahlen. Solange ich nicht klage, weiß ich nur, was Sie abonnieren und haben nicht über den Durchschnittserwartungen. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well light parking lot with cameras (we've had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Das Zimmer war angemessen sauber, aber die Hundefelle war sehr vorhanden sowie die Haare von jemandem auf den Kissen.

MMac MkGreat place to stay but deposit takes a long time to get back, at least for me. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is included and very good. Cloth hangers are available and a personal safe is there also. Nice big tv as well. And several cups are available in the room.

Erst nachts auf dem Teppich in unserem Zimmer Barfoot zu Fuß zu Fuß und das Teppich schien zu Dampf, wie sie es vielleicht dampften. Ich habe den Couch für meine 5 Jahre gebraucht, als ich ihn aufstellte, habe ich einen schwer weichen Ort im Teppich durch den Mini-Kühlschrank bemerkt, der Couch ist gut für Kinder, die auf alles schlafen können, aber ich fand ihn zu dünn, um sogar komfortablen auf sitzen.
Am Morgen war der nasse Ort am Kühlschrank noch größere, wir informierten das Front Desk & sie sagten, dass sie Wartung wissen lassen, um zu prüfen, nach unserem Wissen, dass sie nie gemacht haben.
Der Pool war schön und wärmlich, sie verwenden Salzwasser, das ist schöner als der chemische Geruch von Chlor.
Das inbegriffen Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Der Waffelmaker ist immer ein Schlag mit Kindern. Wir empfehlen, die Eier und Sauce zu verschwinden, sie gab uns tummige Probleme. Kaffee war schrecklich nach meinem Mann & Tee ist nur einfach Lipton.
Die Lage direkt am Autobahn ist großartig, Reisen nach Stadtzentrum Veranstaltungen war weniger als 15 Minuten entfernt. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Für einen voll reservierten Wochenende war es sehr ruhig.
Wir würden hier nochmals für den Preis, Pool & Lage in Betracht ziehen.

GGastnutzerI have stayed here before and the location and price were right. This time however I was very disappointed and honestly feel I should recieve a refund do to the condition of the room. For starters there were roaches behind the bed and by the desk area and the carpet was seemed together terribly . Did not appear that the room was cleaned very well at all. Then I went to take a shower and notice it had zip ties and tinfoil holding some of the shower head together. I had a first floor room and the window latch was broken as well. This was very dissatisfying and definetly made it hard to sleep after noticing roaches behind the bed . I usually never leave reviews if I’m not satisfied with something but I feel an obligation to leave this review to prevent any traveling business people from picking this hotel because the location is great but it is a party hotel if you ask me. I would definetly like to be refunded for this terrible experience.

GGastnutzerFirst off, the signage for parking attached to the hotel was poor. The access to the hotel from the parking ramp was not labeled very well. There is nothing on the web site that states where the parking ramp access is. And the ramp as not full size truck friendly. The exercise room was in disrepair. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Although I did not have have time to use the pool or hot tub, they were very small.
The room was clean, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was very good. And it was only a leisurely walk to the Fiserv Forum.

SSAID ULAlso alles war schön, nahe dem Flughafen, sauber und ruhig, aber Einrichtungen. ..... Ahh.. Entschuldigung, keine Slips wurden geliefert, nicht einmal Wasser, nicht einmal Shampoo... nicht einmal ein Zahnbürste oder Zahnpasta. Die Lage war perfekt.

NNoel MarianoDas Hotel war sehr sauber. Es war sehr ruhig und das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr schnell und professionell. Das Frühstück war zum Mitnehmen in vorbereiteten Taschen, was bei der sozialen Distanzierung half. Werde wieder hier übernachten.

NNoel MarianoDas Zimmer und die Lage waren großartig - die Gäste waren es nicht. Wände waren eine super Sache und es hört sich so an, als ob mehrere Partys stattfanden. Als ich mich über den Lärm an der Rezeption beschwerte, fragten sie mich ”Nun, was soll ich tun?” Auch die Person am Morgen beim Auschecken war sehr unhöflich, als ich nach einer Quittung fragte.
