We had 24 people from around the country fly in for Electrical Sfty training and the conference center we paid for set us up for the wrong days. Ceir, Gene and the crew at Marriott's Courtyard Midlothian stepped up to save our day. In under an hour we went from people milling around in a parking lot, to people sitting down in a meeting room for their training. I cannot compliment the response, professionalism and helpful attitudes enough. They changed what could have been a disaster into a minor inconvenience and the training is happening as I write this. If you are looking for a conference space in the DFW area, I'd highly recommend starting here .

We block booked this place for a funeral and had about 30people over a course of 4 days. The so called ”deal” was NOT a deal as we were still paying about $150-180 per night...a rip off. The room were clean but the few staff we saw were like robots, the rooms were not worth 180 a night. After 3 days stay, we reserved a separate last day but after the burial, we decided to spend the last day with widow's house (she needed support) before coming back to the UK, We asked if we could cancel the room (24hrs notice) and to everybody's shock we were quoted the standard nonsense policy of ”you need 48hrs to cancel”. Of course we knew that, but we were thinking they will make an exception because of the number of business we had brought them the last 4days. We would have expected basic common sense to prevail especially having taken more than 20 rooms for a number of days but they were more bothered about making that last $140 rather than making an exception. What a mess and what a shame. the hotel is a disgraced and there will be more rewarding reviews coming your way once people settle down in their various places. CROOKS.... The breakfast was ok provided you get down early if not its stalled powdered eggs and its take it or leave it. The lady making the food thou was first class and ran around trying to attend to customer, she was class. Overall, we were all grieving to complain but despite the manager knowing about our request, she was as useless as the receptionist that originally dealt with us who was as deem as a anything What a shame........ Companies with no human feeling or interaction or reward, make all the buck you can.....embassing.....

Gut, gut, gut, gut, gut.

Dies könnte die schlimmste Erfahrung sein, die ich je in einem Hotel gehabt habe. Die erste Nacht, die wir dort waren, fuhr ein Hund über meine Tochters Kissen/Nase und weckte sie gerade, als sie schlief. Am nächsten Tag fand ich einen im Badezimmer. Ich habe den Vordertafel angemeldet und sie haben mein Zimmer sprühen, während ich am selben Tag aus war. Ich bin sicher, es ist relativ sicher, aber ich liebe nicht die Idee, dass sie das Zimmer, in dem ich wohne für Hühner behandeln. Das heiße Wasser wurde gebrochen, das sie endlich repariert haben, aber nicht in der Zeit, um mir wirklich eine heiße Dusche zu bekommen. Der Fernseher wechselte den Fernseher und änderte das Volumen, aber ich konnte den Kanal nicht ändern. Das Front Desk empfahl mir, ein paar Dinge zu versuchen, aber alles, was wir sehen konnten, war Sponge Bob Square Pants auf Nick. Das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen nicht sauber. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass Sie alle Ihre Nachbarn hören können. Ich konnte sie hören Schnorcheln, ihre Alarms, und eine Nacht waren meine Nachbarn so laut, dass sie mich um 2 Uhr aufwachen (unbeschadet der ”keine Parteien”-Vereinbarung, die wir bei der Eincheckung unterzeichnet haben). Nachdem ich das Front Desk mehrmals angerufen und keine Antwort erhalten hatte, habe ich es selbst geholfen. Ich durfte das Frühstück nach dem Lernen der Felsen nicht versuchen. Die komplimentären Toiletten waren eine zufällige Mischung von Marken, nicht passend. Obwohl dies technisch nicht schlecht ist, ist es nur seltsam und typisch für die Qualität des Aufenthalts/Service. Es gab auch einen übermächtigen Geruch im ganzen Gebäude (reiniger vielleicht) , der all meine Dinge durchdringt. Am Tag, als sie mein Zimmer für Fehler behandelten, brachte uns das Front Desk einige Komplimentargetränke und Snacks, die sie nett war. Ich denke, sie war nur eine anständige Person, nicht Indikator für die Gesamtqualität der Management in diesem Betrieb.
