Beim Check-in war das Mädchen am Telefon, so dass wir warten mussten. Aber als sie fertig war, schien sie lange zu dauern, um uns zu prüfen. Vor dem Check-in fertig hatten wir sie eine andere Telefonanruf, die sie ohne Zweifel antwortete. Dann gab er uns unsere Zimmer-Schlüsselkarten, aber erzählte uns nicht, wie man in unsere Zimmer zu kommen. Es wurde für uns selbst herausgestellt. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war es sehr laut. So rief wir an die Rezeption und fragten, ob wir auf die ruhigere Seite des Gebäudes wechseln könnten. Der Empfangsmann sagte schnell nein, dass wir nicht in der Lage wären, die Zimmer zu ändern. So entschieden wir uns zu gehen und zu sehen, ob sie sicher sein könnte, dass das der Fall war. Während sie mit ihrem Gesicht zu ihrem Gesicht sprach, konnte sie ihren Manager anrufen und unser Zimmer ändern. Nicht wirklich glücklich zu erfahren, ursprünglich gesagt, dass wir nicht bewegen konnten. Obwohl für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts alles gut war. TownePlace Suites sind immer konsequent, um gute Qualität zu sein. Das Frühstück war gut, obwohl es anscheinend ein bisschen am frühen Ende am zweiten Morgen. Am Morgen unseres checkouts wurden wir um 10 Uhr angerufen und fragten, ob wir spät checkout wollten, obwohl der checkout um 11 Uhr war. Nachdem wir in vielen TownePlace Suites über die Jahre geblieben haben, wurden wir nie zuvor zum Checkout gedrängt. Wir haben uns ein wenig nach der Qualität ihres Kundenservices gelassen.

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Taylor hatte eine tolle Gespräche und gab mir einige erstaunliche Empfehlungen für das Gebiet. Sie ist erstaunlich bei ihrem Job. Alicia war wunderbar, um mit am Morgen in der Bistro zu sprechen. Esthela war so nett und süß in den Hallen des Hotels. Angie konnte mir alle Informationen geben, die ich für meine Reise und mehr benötigt habe. Dieses Hotel wird den Menschen sehr empfohlen wirklich kümmern!

I own my own travel agency and have visited hotels all over the world. My experience here was one of the best….. Rosalina at the front desk paid attention to detail….she was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely stay here again Rochelle G Houma, La.

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit zum Entspannen.

A waste of money! We had three rooms rented for a wedding. At first, it was so great. It smelled nice, super clean, and good service One of the rooms was on the second floor and had a light out in the bathroom. They ended up just giving us from a 1 bed to a 2 bed on the first floor for no charge as a solution. Cool. The second room, nothing wrong and it was great. The third room had stains on the bed, cigarettes still put out and sitting there, and just a very gross atmosphere. They sent room service to the room and cleaned it quickly. The next morning, we go to the breakfast room. We were excited for Texas shaped waffles that we seen in the photos. Instead, we were greeted with yogurts, muffins, juice. Everything was out or not working— even the cereal and milk were “out” at the start. We went about our day regardless. It was cheap, so we couldn’t be too mad. We asked them to skip our room for cleaning as we didn’t want people in our room. We talked to the cleaning crew and just asked for three new towels and some toilet paper. They told us to just throw out the dirty ones to the hall. Pretty easy, cool. We checked out the next day, 30 minutes before check out. Shortly after we left, I got a call that I originally missed. No voicemail left, but I called back. No answer. I called again and was told that a blanket and all the towels were gone and we would be charged $200. I was so confused, told them how we didn’t take anything and it must be a misunderstanding. The lady said she would talk to her cleaning staff and call me back. I never got a call back- but I did get an alert of a $200 charge on my card. My boyfriend called back and they basically said there’s nothing they can do and the charge is final. I understand it’s a common truck stop and many people probably lie and steal- but why would I steal ALL the cheap (used at this point) towels and a blanket? Most of us brought our own blankets and just slept on top of the bed. This place is such a scam. Now I see why the room costs were so low- a $200 charge after is what you don’t see! If you have any debate on staying here- don’t. Learn from my mistake.
